Really spacious place, great for families. Great location, very close to the beach and Waikiki shops. Would have been great if they provided more basic kitchen supplies like oil, foil. Their TV couldn't connect to the internet so there was no Netflix (very first world problem I know) so we had to talk to each other ;P but it would be nice to have the option as we wanted to watch some Hawaiian themed movies during our stay! All in all, it was a great place for a combined family vacation. Would happily go back, thank you!

Good times at Captain Cook Resorts

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean and very spacious. Easily accommodated six adults for 5 nights. Everything was super easy to locate. This is the second time staying at Luana and both have been positive experiences and I will stay there when I visit the island again. Only issue i had was parking misunderstanding with my unit and it was quickly addressed. See ya next time.

Amazing stay!

This rental unit was perfect and it was in an amazing location! It's only about a 15-20 minutes from the main Wakiki strip and the unit was so spacious! All 8 people fit comfortably and we even had extra beds left over that we didn't use. The property manager was also extremely communicative and responded very quickly to any issues we had! Highly recommend this rental!

its a private residence within the hotel. full access to washer dryer and basic home emenities. pros; washer dryer full kitchen individual rooms nice bathrooms cons; sheets on pull out were stained- i notified the manager washer has dirt in the gasket...i cleaned this but it needs a scrub and .....baby roaches. Yes there are baby roaches but we managed and sealed eveything. no room service and there is a 40 dollar valet charge eaxh night. But i still dream about being there.

Family vacay

M400 was a perfect condo for our family. The kitchen was well appointed, the parking was a bonus,the unit was large, the pool was warm and the location was great. We were able to walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrella came in handy. The “back door entrance” was convenient way to get to the garage. It was great communicating with James. We were allowed a little extra time for check out which was needed since traveling with a toddler and infant can be challenging packing up. A very nice stay all in all.

Great Property, Close Proximity to all

This condo is very well kept and we were very pleased during our stay. Rooms are massive and can fit a good sized group. Location is nice and close to most areas in Waikiki. Would stay again.

Property was overall great. We had a few hiccups like leaky showers, silver fish, and water droplets from water damage in ceiling. Management communication is as good. The unit could be a bit cleaner but the amount of space was great and AC was in every room. Location, parking and washer/dryer in unit were great perks. Worth the stay!

Great location and great stay

My friends and I came for a wedding and had more than enough room with 8 people. Although there was only 2 beds, the couch, rollaways, and air mattresses were high quality and comfortable! The location of this rental is perfect for walking distance to food, drinks, and the beach! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Clean property. As advertised

Our checkin with James was friendly with clear instructions. He was very responsive to all our questions. The place was clean and comfortable in a great central location, lots of kitchen supplies. Easily walkable to the beach. I especially loved how beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were included. So thoughtful and convenient, made our beach trips so much more enjoyable.

Spacious quiet accommodating

Our family of 8, 6 adults, 2 teenagers had plenty of room. Every room, including laundry rm,was spacious. Military police located in park behind condo,so quiet nights and save easy walk to beach. Second floor no view of ocean, view of nice park. Safe free parking garage. Walking distance to shopping.

Clean and spacious

The condo was very clean and spacious. It was so close to everything. Every night for dinner we walled to near by restaurant. I love that shopping was near by. My family was comfortable with the place. I would definitely stay at this place again.
