Välkommen till Lake Placid och vår vackra lägenhet, Pinehill 4! Vår 3-nivå lägenhet har 3 mycket snyggt inredda sovrum som sover 8 totalt. Den övre nivån har 2 sovrum med 2 dubbelsängar och våningssängar och ett delat badrum medan den lägre nivån har ett privat quuen-sovrum och badrum. Vår mellannivå har kök, halvt badrum, vardagsrum och däck. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med matbord för 6-8 och allt du behöver laga mat. Vi har också 2 privata parkeringsplatser och lagringsutrymmen för dig cyklar eller skidor / snowboards.

Vi är på ett fantastiskt läge cirka 1 mil från hjärtat av staden på en 5-10 minuters promenad, beroende på vart du vill åka. Vi är mycket nära alla mest allt inklusive Olympic Jumping Complex; Olympic Center Lake Placid Olympic Museum; Längdskidåkning; Whiteface Mountain; High Falls Gorge; Olympic Sports Complex hem till längdskidåkningen och skidskyttcentret och kombinerade spår / skelett / luge; Spegelsjö; Adirondack Equine Center; golfbanor och mycket mer! Vi är ungefär en 3 minuters promenad till en fantastisk restaurang, Lisa G's.

Comfy, homey, and convenient

We enjoyed our time at Pinehill and found the furnishings comfortable and homey. The walk into Lake Placid was pleasant, and we also enjoyed the nearby running/walking path. Apparently we arrived just ahead of the summer crowd, which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful area to visit.

Perfect Lake Placid Getaway

Located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, this is a beautiful townhome within walking distance to downtown. Beautifully appointed and spacious. It was a perfect base for our daily outings and a pleasure to return to every evening. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact.You cannot go wrong with this property.

Winter getaway

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. With Mother Nature throwing us a curveball with more than 12 inches of snow we had plenty to keep us busy with games to play and a dvd player to watch movies. Love the proximity to town and Whiteface Mountain. We definitely would stay here again next time we are in Lake Placid.

Hockey Tournament Weekend

We all had plenty of space at the condo and enjoyed our stay. We were happy that we could adjust temperature in individual rooms, wash clothes in the laundry area, and get in and out of town quickly and easily! Everything we needed was here, with more than enough extra blankets, pillows, and towels.Very cozy and comfortable!

Weekend at Lake Placid

Nice place, good location within walking distance to main streets. We were in town for the Ski Jumping World Cup. Enjoyed the place. Would definitely stay again.

Close and convienient

Quiet condo development near town. Walked to restaurants, skating etc. Cross county skied along bike trail near the house. Short drive to Mt Van Hoevenberg for races. One glitch on address. Should say Unit 4 not phase 4 which caused confusion.

Christmas in Lake Placid

Visited Lake Placid to ski, snowshoe and hike. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but the ease of access to the village helped to save the day and allowed us to walk to Main Street and explore the shops and restaurants. I’d love to come back to experience a snowier time with better outdoor options and won't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely property, great location

Unit #4 is exactly as advertised. It was well furnished with a great kitchen. Views of the mountains from the decks was a plus. Beds were comfortable. We had a light bulb in need of replacement. We reported it to Rudy via text, and it was replaced early the next morning. Very well managed property. Highly recommend it.

Quiet place to relax

We were in Lake Placid to watch our kids ski at Mt VanHovenberg. Spent lots of time at that action-packed venue and were so happy to come back to the quiet condo. Three spacious bedrooms were enough for all adults to find private space of their own. Super nice to have laundry facilities available. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Might recommend updating TV's to have streaming capabilities, but we were able to hook up my laptop to watch a few movies in the living room. Overall a great stay with good communication from the property manager who responded promptly to questions.

Perfect location

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Just a short walk into town/Main Street and an even shorter drive. Has all the comforts of home. Half bath has been updated since photos were taken. Would definitely return!

Quiet neighborhood, close to town

Nice location and layout for our group, excellent communication with the property manager, window A/C units in both upstairs bedrooms and the living room were great help for the one hot day, downstairs stayed cool and comfortable throughout.

Nice place!

The owners/rental manager were very accommodating. The decor reminds me of a themed bed and breakfast - outdoorsy and a reminder that you're in the Adirondacks. The powder room has been updated since the photos of the listing were taken and looks great. The townhouse was roomy and met our needs. If we find ourselves in Lake Placid again, we would try to book here again.

Ski weekend

Great location. Town is walkable from the unit and it is a nice community with pine trees. We were in town to ski at Whiteface. By coincidence the University Games were in town, so we took in figure skating, Super G and ski jumping as well. A great long weekend in Lake Placid!
