Nice house but a couple issues

Problems, critters in the attic, pool heater not working and very early morning construction noise at the house next door. The pool heater was fixed, apparently they couldn’t do much about the construction noise at 7AM and the critter problem was going to take a while to resolve. The management company was able to find another property for us to stay for the remainder of our month stay. The house itself was nice.

Spring break

Everything was wonderful! Sadly construction on surrounding homes started at 5am instead of 7am and they played loud music all day .. but that’s not the property’s fault! Location was great for restaurants and shopping! Will definitely be back!

Family vacation

SEA SPRAY was well maintained and had everything we needed for play in the pool, time at the beach, and cooking in the house. We all had a wonderful time: two grandparents, our two grown children and two grandchildren. One aspect of the property management that should be communicated up front is the expectation that guests wash all but two loads of laundry and leave the grill spotless in order to avoid incurring extra charges. Learning about this shortly before departure made the end of the stay stressful as we did multiple loads of towels and sheets.

SeaSpray is Top Notch

We absolutely loved this property - layout, amenities, decor, overall cleanliness and proximity to everything. The beds are amazing - I have never slept so well on vacation. Our kids used the bikes every day. The place was spotless, we cooked a few times - had everything we needed, used the pool several times per day, just lovely. Marco Escapes (Angela) was great about checking in on us and was always accessible. We truly enjoyed staying at SeaSpray and hope to stay again next year!

Marco Island Paradise

The home we stayed in served all the needs of a family. It was spotless, the pool area was perfect for a family with children or just adults. The location was close to restaurants. The beach was an easy drive away.

Great Place to Stay!

Great place enjoyed our stay!! Very clean and well maintained. The home was exactly as the pictures. The pool was great, my grandson enjoyed. We look forward to renting on our next visit. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful Property

The house was newly renovated and had everything you would need for a beach vacation . Bikes, fishing poles, floaties, beach cart ....great location . Would rent again for sure

Amazing vacation!

We had the most amazing vacation at this home. No detail was overlooked. The management company was the most attentive and helpful company that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We all had so much fun in the pool and also spent hours fishing in the canal every day. The kids caught so many fish! The beaches were beautiful and the shelling was the best I have come across. Highly recommend this house. Thank you for a perfect family vacation!
