Carillon Beach Gulf främre hus med privat walkover - 2 miles till Rosemary Beach och nära Alys & Seaside. Heminredning 90% ny i december 2016! Helt nytt flyttat kök med vita kvartsbänkskivor, nya skåp och Kitchenaid-apparater. Helt nya krukor kokkärl plattor glasögon etc och vi lämnade den gamla också för massor av extra! Alla nya 8 "trådlösa golv i fransk ek på huvudnivå och övre nivå. Komplett ny färg på interiör och 90% ny inredning. Restaurering hårdvara, keramik ladan etc. Färdigt som vi ville att vårt eget hem skulle vara! *** 2 miles till Pier Park - Coconut Telegraph ger den perfekta miljön i Carillon med nästan en mil med sockervit, orolig strand och dina egna privata strandlounger och parasoller som ingår i säsongsuthyrning. Glöm massorna men var ändå nära till allt.

* 3 grannskapspooler, en är viken framför med cabanaområden för att koppla av och äta
* 5 sovrum inklusive en otrolig kung främre sovrummet med eget 250 kvadratmeter täckt däck samt en extra huvudvåning befälhavare med en dusch och badkar och ytterligare 160SF däck med utsikt över framsidan av huset.
* Nytt kök med Kitchenaid-apparater nya skåp med kvartsbänkskivor fullt utrustade med gourmet allt. Ja, det finns en Keurig här!

Best beach vacation

Dream setup - this one is

This is a real gem of a home and feels like we found our forever classic beach vacation home to keep returning to! Doesn't feel like a rental and is furnished beautifully and comfortably with the right touches to feel extra special (holy smokes that shower in primary suite)! Special touch of the secret play area for kids.Our family had a range of ages from kids to grandparents and it knocked it out of the park for everyone. THE VIEW is jaw dropping as is the spectacular electric blue green water that is your own private beach. House had toys for kiddos and fantastic umbrella/chair concierge that quickly became something we didn't know we needed and now don't want to live without! Groceries and nearby towns all super close. Fantastic service with owners and rental company. Couldn't be a more total package home!

Perfect beach getaway

Coconut Telegraph was the perfect spot for our end of summer getaway with family and close friends. The location is awesome, the community is amazing, and the home is even better than the pictures. Communication was thorough and quick, and we were able to ensure we had everything we needed before our stay. The house was also well equipped for the kiddos. We hope to be back again soon!

second time around

This was our second year staying at Coconut Telegraph and it was as spectacular the second time as it was the first time. The master bedroom has a stunning view of the beach. Plenty of room and ocean front allowed easy access for our 1 year old grandchild.

A nice week with the family

This house has a lot of great spaces and the community is beautiful. Each couple had their own bathroom, and the others shared the common bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets. The new charcoal grill was great. Being steps away from the beach was so worth it. The towels, chairs, and beach toys and gear are a nice amenity, too.

Our family was blown away by Coconut Telegraph! It was perfect for our family: multiple king beds, large eating/lounging areas, stunning views, and a cozy community. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. We will be coming back (if it isn't already booked)!

Great off season stay

The house was super nice. The location right on the beach was spectacular. Off season was nice to miss the crowds. We were lucky to have no rain and some days of sun (still chilly). Love the primary bedroom. Thanks for a fantastic place to stay.

Coconut Telegraph—yes!

We love this house! Been going to Carllon Beach 20 years. Third time in this house, second with this owner. It was unanimous that this is probably the best set up for our family now that our kids are grown with their own kids. We are already looking to book next year!

4th time at Coco Tele

This is our 4th time at Coconut Telegraph! Have been twice with friends + their families and twice with our extended family (parents & sisters + kids) - Coconut Telegraph never disappoints! The location is top notch. On the beach, but also close walking distance to pool, park, sports courts and the Beach Cafe / Lake Powell Pizza. House has all the amenities. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking necessities & the large table makes for wonderful gatherings and great memories!

Coconut Telegraph delivered it all! Gorgeous view, comfy beds, all the things for littles, well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor and perfect layout for my family. We all agreed it was even better than advertised. Would recommend to anyone and stay here again- longer next time!

Best place!!

We have used Vrbo for many trips and this was by far the nicest most well stocked and taken care of home. The location and beach access was beautiful!! The kitchen was well stocked and felt like they have thought of everything to accommodate their guests. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Native to Atlanta I grew up visiting the area from Destin all along 30-A, we have owned property in the area since 1999. I own and manage property in the Atlanta area and have managed our vacation properties from Blue Mountain beach to Carillon with the idea of making them your home away from home. After selling property in Seagrove in 2014-15 we decided to move to the uncrowded beaches of Carillon. There is nothing like it on this coast. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Carillon is such a unique neighborhood. Being gated helps you feel secure about younger travelers riding bikes around the area or to one of the three pools. There are tennis courts and basketball courts and even a kids playhouse area. The community offers so many amenities inside a secure environment, we love that. As a bonus the beach area services only Carillons 360 lots, all of which are not currently built on, is nearly a mile long. No chance of even 2 deep chairs here, you have your own spot of beach and it is quiet and peaceful.
