3 sovrum - första har två enkelsängar och en fäll ut dubbel ordet; andra har två queen sängar, har sista sovrummet en kung, drottning fälla ut (extremt bekväm!)Och ett par tvilling vika outs. De gånger outs kan flyttas till ett annat rum.
Första bonus rum är mediarum - en full futon och utrymme att krascha på golvet.
Andra bonus rum är konverterade garage - pingisbord, soffor och ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare.
2 badrum, med dusch över badkar och en halv bad i media rummet.

Njut av en bekväm, modern stuga i den berömda Blue Lake Springs gemenskap i Arnold. Våra 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum 11 sovplatser (i sängar) bekvämt (ytterligare tre twin utvikbara golv sliprar för barnen. Det är bara två minuter från Hwy 4 och Moran Road. Två minuter från Blue Lake Springs Cabana Club! Bli vår gäst på Cabana.
Tillsammans med vandring, fiske, segling och skidåkning, Blue Lake Springs Cabana erbjuder uppvärmd pool, sjö simning, tennis, basket, bordtennis och en trevlig restaurang.

Vi har utformat kabinen vara perfekt för familjer att dela tillsammans. Spel, BBQ, ett bordtennisbord är alla för din njutning. Vi konverterade källaren till ett mediarum, med fullt surroundljud! Ta med din gadget, med tillhörande HDMI-kabel, pop lite popcorn, plocka en knäpp och njuta av teater!
Utanför, har du en gasgrill, vackra däck, hängmatta och integritet. Vårt bord och stolar kommer sits 15+ personer bekvämt!

Oroa dig inte om att föra pappershanddukar, TP, kryddor, köksmaskiner, matolja, och bdag firande objekt. Vi har tänkt på det och det är där! Vi levererar även sängkläder för sängar och handdukar för duschar, inklusive bathtoom väsentligheter såsom schampo, lotion, Q-tips, hårtork, och mycket mer! Allt du behöver ta med är en tillfällig sovsäck för de barn som vill ha camping erfarenhet att sova på golvet.

Vi ville göra detta till en resa, men vi vet att alla vill hålla kontakten och har sina personliga erfarenheter med musik och video. Så vi uppdaterat stuga med USB-laddare i alla rum, kabel-tv, smarta TV och fullt WiFi. Ta med din gadget, och en HDMI-kabel, för en otrolig filmupplevelse, efter en dag i bergen.

Al was super easy to communicate with and could not have been kinder or more considerate. The cabin is perfectly situated in a cul de sac and is very well-maintained. It had everything 2 families would need for a fun weekend. Would love stay again!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, clear instructions for everything from the check in, check out, what to do if is any ice on the driveway, where is the salt for the ice.

A wonderful cabin, great hosts

This cabin is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked, there are bedrooms for quite a few people, a movie room and ping pong in the garage.

We had a large group with lots of children and this house was perfect. Plenty of very comfortable beds wonderful basement media room for the children to hang out. They loved the ping-pong table the popcorn machine just overall a great experience for a large group. The house was very welcoming, spotless clean with every amenity you could possibly think of Albert was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the whole experience and we look forward to going back again.

Wonderful place

Even though the weather wasn’t as cooperative this weekend, we still enjoyed being inside and enjoying all the amenities, including the warmth of the woodstove.

Wonderful stay

This is our second visit to Beo’s and definitely not the last. The house is extremely comfortable and has everything a group needs. Lots of space to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, beautiful deck, comfortable beds. The home is spotless. We loved our visit!

Ski weekend

This is a great house that easily accommodates 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids). The house is very comfortable and its location is fantastic - an easy drive to Murphys and Bear Valley. We’ll be back!

Summer getaway

Loved this property! It was so spacious that we could either be all together or have quiet time apart. Kitchen was beautiful--clean, well appointed, nice appliances.The deck was spacious and inviting--great for morning coffee. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a great time on our getaway.

Great house!

Love the house and all the different options for sleeping! We plan to come back and stay sometime in the winter. During our stay the power went out for about 24 hours but they have an amazing generator that kicked on immediately! Communication with the owner was great as well.

Perfect family retreat

Great place, very well appointed. They’ve thought of everything. Our group of 6 was comfortable and cozy. From tv to games to ping pong to frisbee golf, kids were entertained and happy! First time checking out Bear Valley. We’ll be back!

Hospitality Plus

One of two homes selected for our annual family reunion. While I, personally, did not stay at this home, adult children and grandchildren agree the accommodations and hospitality of the place and owner’s equalled or exceeded expectations. Recommend without any reservations.

Fantastic Family experience

We were a family 4 plus grandparents who stayed at the cabin for 3 nights. It was an amazing experience. The house was well equipped with all that we would need for the stay. The checkin and check out experience was seamless. The location was very convenient and close to a lake, shops at Arnold and numerous hiking spots around the big trees state park. The kids had a blast and the rest of the family had a relaxing time.

A cabin with everything!

We had an amazing time at this cabin over a stormy few days. Plenty of room for multiple families with kids and so many fun perks like popcorn machine, ping-pong, excellent wood-burning stove, games galore, AND a movie room in the basement. Plus, we had no worries about a power outage during the storm b/c the whole place is on generator backup😉. We will be back!

Beautiful Remodeled Cabin

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is well maintained, and the owners have gone out of their way to make our stay a nice one. Everything was clean and new and worked perfectly. The kitchen was really well appointed, and cooking meals here was a real pleasure. The beds were nice and everyone slept well. The property is in a great location and close to the swimming lake, the town of Arnold, and in the winter it would be easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend!

Yearly Snow Trip

The property was spacious and even better than pictured. We spent 2nights and loved the cabin feel yet everything was upgrades. Felt like home away from home. We had 5 adults and 4kids. They loved the bit of snow that was in the backyard and all the board games and TV room. The adults enjoyed the kitchen and living room and having coffee out on the patio.

July 4th stay

It was very hot and we appreciated the house's effective AC and the access it gave us to the pool and lake area, just a couple minutes drive away. Downstairs movie room was perfect for the kids and the adults loved sitting on the deck off the kitchen. Well laid out house. And we appreciated the little thoughtful things the owners left behind for our use, like hand wipes and sunscreen.
