3 sovrum, 2 bad 1600 kvm fötter tri-nivå hem sitter på en hektar i Blue Lake Springs, Arnold. Sover 6-8 bekvämt.

Sovrummet är ett loft på toppen, med Kalifornien kung säng och master bad med rymlig dusch / badkar som tittar in i träden. Bottenvåningen har rymligt fullt utrustat kök med mysigt vardagsrum och vedeldad spis. Innehåller ett nytt däck som sträcker sig över hemmet. Däck har gaseldad grill, uteplats bord och stora sittplatser stolar för att titta på träden och stjärnorna på natten. Bottenvåningen har två sovrum. Ett sovrum har full storlek säng med våningssängar. Öppnar också upp till ett litet däck med trappa tillgång till fastigheten nedan. Stor nivå för bocce ball eller hästskor. Andra nedre sovrummet har en full storlek säng också. Bottenvåningen bad med stall dusch. Alla sängar (förutom bunkarna) har memory foam toppers och är mycket bekväma.

Sängkläder / handdukar / disk / spel - allt du behöver för att njuta av en stund bort! Plus wi-fi, kabel (Comcast med HBO och On Demand).

20 minuter från Murphys - som har många vingårdar och restauranger. Medan du tittar på Ironstone Vineyard Concert-serien i Murphy Eller min favorit vingård, Zucca Wines.

35 minuter från Bear Valley för skidåkning / snowboard plus längdskidåkning och snösköna.

Blue Lake, 1. 2 miles away från huset, på sommaren erbjuder fantastisk familjens rekreation - komplett med pool, sjö, grill, mellanmålshack, tennis, basket och boccebanor. (det finns en daglig avgift - $ 15 per person eller $ 75 för en grupp upp till sex)

White Pines Lake En snabb 10 minuters bilresa är perfekt för att fiska efter blå gyllor och liten bas. Och har en bra disk golfbana som går runt sjön.

Stora träd Calaveras Park ligger några minuter bort och erbjuder fantastisk vandring.

Observera att Robin's Nest är mitt hem, jag bor här under året så det här är inte strikt en semesteruthyrning.

A great cabin in the trees

An awesome stay

We had a ton of fun staying at Robin's Nest during Christmas. The house is perfectly located, sorrounded by the trees and away enough from other properties to feel very private. Our whole family really loved it. Robin was very accomodating and responsive and immediately attended to a minor problem we had at the beginning of our stay. Highly recommended!

Cozy stay

Fantastic Family Getaway

This worked great for our family of 7. It was very clean and spacious, and in a nice location for our planned activities. Robin's communication was very helpful. We visited numerous local lakes/rivers/trails and the restaurants/shops in Arnold were very convenient.

Truly private

Robin’s cabin at the edge of Blue Lake Springs is truly private. The master bedroom with its many windows in the upstairs loft is great, especially when it’s not too hot.

Great return visit

We were so happy to come back to Robin’s nest! The cabin was below the snow line but it was an easy drive up to the Sno Park. We relaxed and enjoyed the trees, and we had plenty of comfy places to lounge and sleep. Great amenities throughout. Look forward to coming back again!

Coziest spot up in the trees

We absolutely loved staying here! Very well-appointed house with something for everyone - puzzles, books, toys, lots of cozy spots to just chill. The views were phenomenal - really did feel like we were in a tree-house. We hope to be back again!

We are an outdoorsy family who loves tranquil spaces, and this house fits the bill exactly!! It is surrounded by trees, no nearby neighbors, and far from the freeway. It was an absolute pleasure to wake up to pure, quiet bliss. It is also close enough to the Arnold Rim trail, Calaveras Big Trees park, Moaning Caverns, Murphys, and Mercer Caverns--enough activities to keep an outdoorsy family busy for days! The beds are SUPER comfy, kitchen has everything you need, and the house is very spacious with amazing views from two separate deckks

Despite a brief stay due to an unforeseen event, our time at Blue Lake Springs House in the Trees was enchanting. Nestled among tall pines, the spacious, well-appointed interior offered tranquility. The expansive deck, perfect for family gatherings, overlooked the forest canopy. The amenities exceeded expectations, and nearby attractions like ski areas added to the charm. Though our stay was cut short, the experience was truly magical. We eagerly anticipate returning for another visit.

Awesome mountain escape

Robin was an amazing host, very informative and super easy to communicate with. The cabin was spacious but the fireplace and decor made it feel cozy. The views out of the main room into the giant trees was definitely a highlight!!! We will definitely be back.

Nice property in nice area of blue lake springs. Everything about this house was great. The only thing that could have been better is if the deck area was cleaned more.... pollen everywhere and the grill needs to be cleaned.

Blue Lake Springs House in the Trees

This is a terrific 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for a short stay or a longer family vacation. It is surrounded by forest, with an ample deck for outdoor entertaining. The house is of a modern, unique architectural design providing a welcoming and cozy interior. There is a wood-burning stove in the living area, and the kitchen has top notch appliances and is well equipped. Highly recommended.

December in Arnold

Property and house lay out were great. Amenities such as tv/streaming, games, etc were great. It is a little off the beaten path. We liked the setting, but can be tricky finding the house in the dark. We had no problem with parking but with ice or snow the narrow, steep driveway would be interesting. Overall, 5 stars definitely.

Nesting among the trees

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Robin's beautiful home peacefully nestled in the big trees. While the weather was raging outside, we were warm, comfortable and safely tucked away in this cozy home, enjoying the warmth of the fire. Our first night we experienced a hard winter rainstorm that blew through the area, followed by a foot of fresh snow the next. We had a great stay with spectacular views of the forest and nature at its best. We highly recommend this home in the woods for a mountain retreat or ski weekend.

Beautiful New Memories

Great central location to the local areas we typically visit - Bear Valley, Calaveras Big Trees, Downtown Murphy, Moaning Caverns. Robin's Nest is located in a quieter more secluded area which was nice and it was close to the entrance to the National Park. The property was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 to enjoy. Robin Latta är värd

I rent in the Bay Area, since I can't afford to purchase a home there, I decided to purchase a vacation home in the mountains. We love to hike, fish, ski and just hang out in Arnold. It's a super-family friendly area and everyone I meet here are incredibly nice.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Arnold is a great town. There are quite a few lakes (public and private) that are fun to swim and fish in. It has excellent hiking and smack in between Murphys where you can wine taste and Bear Valley where you can ski. Only a 2 1/2 hour or so drive from the Bay Area, it's a great place to unwind without the hassle of driving all the way to Tahoe. I looked for almost a year when I decided I wanted to buy in Arnold. I thought I wanted the classic chalet, but when I saw this house, I was immediately drawn to it because of the views and the ability to see trees in virtually every room in the house. It's really not a cabin, it's a cozy home in the woods. I will continue to improve on things as I go.

This house is in a unique location. Many Blue Lake Spring homes are close to each other - this one is super private. Sitting on the deck you can watch the pines sway and listen to the tranquility of the woods. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering with friends and family.
