Great Getaway!

Lots of space to spread out for our family of 5 (our "kids" are all young adults in their early 20s). Everyone was pleased with their own private space, but the pool and spa provided a welcome place for us all to come together and play sgain!

Overall a great stay

The house was set up very nice for a family stay. Our only issue was not being able to set the thermostat below 72 degrees, which made it warmer than desirable at times.

This home is cute for a family on a Disney Vacation. It is spacious and close to Disney parks and Sea World. We did find the twin beds to be very uncomfortable but the other three bedrooms had comfortable beds.

Very Spacious Home!

We really enjoyed this spacious house. The kids got a kick out of the nice pool. We did a lot of cooking for this vacation and the house was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Will defiantly love stay again!

Overall pleased

The home is in a great location, and the host was very responsive and available throughout our stay, which we appreciated. While the home was generally clean, it could benefit from a deeper cleaning—particularly the ceiling vents and fans, which had a noticeable amount of dust. At this price point, it would also be helpful to have starter toiletries or at least enough supplies to get through a weekend, as the only item provided in the bathrooms was nearly empty hand soap. Additionally, a few lightbulbs were out, so a quick maintenance check might be a good idea. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and with a few small updates, it could be even better.

Disney With Friends

This house was great for what we needed! We were in town with friends for a trip to Disney and we had 2 couples with kids ranging from 4-18 years old. The pictures show a different living room set up but it was still fine for us, I think they may have replaced the couch that is shown. But the house Location was within 10-15 minutes from each park we went to, the younger kids were able to enjoy the pool a little bit on one of our shorter park days, and all the beds were very comfortable after full days of being on our feet! Communication was great as well, I had reached out the day before our stay to check on things because hurricane Milton had just gone through the area and I got a quick response letting me know all was well! Great spot for an Orlando vacation because it is a little tucked away from all the chaos. We would stay again!

Perfect for our Disney Visit

The house worked perfectly for our needs. There was plenty of space (with two extra bedrooms to spare) for everyone and we all had our own bathroom. The house is located close to the parks, the grocery store and restaurants. The hot tub came in handy for sore bodies! We didn't do a lot of cooking except for one dinner and all our breakfasts and the kitchen worked out fine. We had read there wasn't a Keurig, but there is now. The couch and rug are different than pictured. There is a new gray sectional which is comfortable. There weren't any pillows or throws as pictured, however. Perfect house for a Disney vacation.

Decent house, poorly managed

The place is centrally located and was perfect for my family. Plenty of bathrooms and the 2 kids rooms are perfectly themed. There was some clear scuffs and wear to the house from being a rental in Orlando, but the kitchen was ideal. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and we could barely tell that it was heated. When we arrived there was a book of rules saying to contact the owners to let them know we had arrived, with no response. The garage has been converted to a game room but everything had dust or dirt in there. The cable and internet went out on the last day and I tried to contact the owners to let them know, with no response. We loved the house, but not the management.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
