Amazing Experience

The property’s location is amazing, the apartment is spacey and well equipped, and our stay was fenomenal ! I will certainly come back !!

Spacious apartment in great location

Flat had tons of room! House was in a quiet apartment complex. Would definitely stay here again. Side note, the pizza place down the street 2 minutes beside Publix (NYPD Pizza) is great! 13 minutes to Universal.

Great place to stay with a family---

Lin was great to work with and answered every question I had within minutes! The inside of the condo was clean and had all the amenities needed-- The reason I gave it 4 stars versus 5 is the patio was not clean (dirty cushions,etc) so we were not able to sit out there--I had small grandchildren so there was a sanitary issue-- Definitely would recommend!

Glad you loved your stay Julie. Im sorry about the look of the balcony seat cushions. White was always going to be an issue. We clean them after every stay and have even scrubbed them, but they still look grubby. We are currently looking for more practical seat cushions. Lin=)

Great family apartment

Great family apartment. Rooms are a great size with plenty of storage. Extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. Apartment was clean and communication was great and we had everything we needed on arrival. The added bonus of a pool was great and nice at the end of a busy day at Universal. Couple of power cuts due to weather and unable to use the pool but it didn’t spoil the holiday. Will definitely book Vista Cay again. Only downside for me (not with the apartment) is that checkout is rather early, especially when you have a evening flight.

The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. There were ants present upon arrival. Also, upon arrival, there was trouble with the master bathroom toilet immediately stopping up. This was with us being very cautious as the guest manual stated the toilets were very sensitive. We contacted the landlord and it was attended to quickly. It happened the second day as well and it was attended to again that day. Also, the dishwasher was not working the first day. The landlord/manager was contacted and it was looked at . Seems the panel board was bad. Again, the condo was spacious and for the most part comfortable, but we were disappointed we had to deal with these issues during our vacation.

Hi Nancy. Im so sorry you had such bad luck with these issues doing your stay. The tiny sugar ants you saw are a typical Florida phenomenon. No matter what prevention is in place, they can pop up inside the buildings when it has been exceptionally wet or cold, usually thru the sink waste, so it's impossible to spray for them. It happens very seldom and they are harmless and disappear just as quickly but I know how irritating it is to find them in your space. I hope you had a fantastic time despite the inconveniences. Wonderful stay!

We stayed here with my 3 year old and elderly dad, and had a wonderful visit. The layout is great for togetherness, but bedrooms separated nicely for privacy. Beds super comfortable, and entire place very spacious. Loved the elevator and corner unit, as well as the outside space (enjoyable breakfast on the balcony!). It's just a short, quick walk to the pool (and towels provided was terrific!), and lots of amenities within reach. Lynn was super responsive and helpful. Will be back!

Large, quiet property

The rental is in a quiet complex with a pool and nearly two miles of walking paths, just a few minutes from all the theme parks and Icon park. The unit is very nice and very clean, even larger than pictures convey. Perfect for a family that wants more space, some peace and quiet, and doesn’t want to pay holiday season room rates at the theme park resorts. Also only about 50 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and the beaches in Cape Canaveral.

Beautiful, large updated condo!

Really nice, updated condo at Vista Cay that was perfect for my sibling getaway trip. Everything was really pretty and inviting. The front door could use a little TLC, looks like someone had tried to break in at some point? Also the water pressure left a bit to be desired and the sound proofing above was pretty poor (could hear kids running back and forth starting at 6am and again at 8pm), but that is not the fault of the owner and did not really impact our stay. If you want a spacious, well-appointed condo, you've come to the right place!

I wish I could borrow this place’s interior decorator. What soothing colors to return “home” to after over-stimulating amusement park days! Thank you for sharing this lovely oasis!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Our only complaint would be that the neighbors above us made a lot of noise and we could hear them walking and moving around frequently. Maybe they were just heavy walkers. 🤣

Absolutely fantastic condo!

The condo was beautiful, well appointed and luxurious. Often pictures make places look better than they are. Not here. The condo was as large and beautiful as it it is portrayed. Extra care was shown with new antibacterial soap at every sink. The location is perfect being equidistant from Universal and Epcot. Grocery and excellent curbside pick-up restaurants are close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This property was in a great location. We were surrounded with fun family activities and were also able to have days just lounging by the pool. Get down there early if you plan on spending the afternoon as it gets busy! The people were very friendly at the condo as well as around Orlando. If you’re looking for a place in the center of the action but doesn’t feel like it, this is your spot!

Orlando holiday

Beautiful and well maintained accommodations! A few things that would make it even better would be putting the daily garbage somewhere other than the hallway and just a few more paper supplies. We were supposed to have recycling bags, but we couldn’t find them. All in all the condo is decorated with taste, yet comfortable and perfect for our family of six with a 7 month old baby!

Great Condo

The condo was perfect for our team to stay for a week in back to back trade shows. Immaculate and simple in every way. We will be back next year as I can't imagine a more convenient and great place to unwind after long days at the OCCC. Thanks for making the week great.

Charming

We have stayed in HomeAway homes all over the world, and this one was by far the best. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for all our needs. We had a fabulous weekend and will definitely be back.
