Everything was perfect. Pet friendly, convenient location. We drove to the beach but you could walk if you wanted to. Very clean, they had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We were overwhelmed with the cleanliness, how equipped the kitchen was and how many extras they provided for us! ( Beach chairs, sun block, beach towels) It was an excellent location, close to shopping, the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

We got to see manatees 2 out of our 4 days there!The space was great for our family. The pool was lovely. Wish we had had time to kayak, but didn't this trip. Maybe another time!Hosts were responsive and friendly. Id highly recommend this place!

We spent countless hours in the “Florida room” and enjoying the back patio and pool area. You can’t put a price on having your first cup of coffee with six manatees swimming around the harbor every morning!This home is immaculate and comfortable, and we look forward to staying there again!

Just returned from our stay and can't say enough about this home. If I could give it 12 stars i would.From the moment we entered it felt like home. Beautiful furnishings, fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for the week. and very inviting outdoor space.Sitting at the dock with my pup watching the manatees visit was a highlight each morning. Communication with the owner and property manager was seamless and both were very responsive.

We had an amazing Christmas vacation at this beautiful rental property. The house was very spacious and had lots of room for my family. F beautiful bedrooms and the master suite was incredible. The kitchen was very well stocked and located in the center of the house overlooking the 2 living spaces, dining room and the beautiful sunroom which was another incredible space for the whole family to hangout. The sun room overlooked the large gorgeous pool which led to the backyard which had a seating area with a gas fire pit overlooking the dock. The view from the dock was breath taking and my favorite place to sit and relax, chat and watch my girls kayak which were provided by the owner. We had a couple of sightings of the manatees while hanging out there. For those that may need to work while away, there is a nice office.The house is in a beautiful location and close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. It is also close to attractions such as Kennedy Space Center and Orlando if you choose to go to the theme parks. The owner, Debbie was super accommodating and very responsive to any message I sent. Since we were there for Christmas, I asked her if we could put up a Christmas tree and she went out of her way to put up the most gorgeous pink Christmas tree, it was truly perfect!!!I would totally recommend staying at this incredible property in Cocoa Beach. I give it 5 stars plus and a big thumbs up!!!!Thank you Debbie for having us, we had a great time!

This property is such a gem! Since booking, I have wondered if we had too good of a find to be true, but it honestly was even better than expected or pictured. Rooms were clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Pool was so wonderful, and there were even a few pool floats and beach balls in it to use. The grill worked well to cook some burgers and hot dogs, and the kitchen was clean with nice appliances. 2 of the 4 bedrooms had huge TVs in them, as well as a TV in the main living room and one in the Florida room. We all had spaces to relax when we had some rainy weather for a little/needed to escape the sun. Plenty of clean towels to use for the 6 with us. The fire pit by the dock was a treat, and there were several manatees we spotted frequently by the docks. Everything was close to drive or bike to. The yard and outside of the home was well maintained and the neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. Host was quick to respond to a question I had and gave insight on how to access the beach easily as well. My husband took one of the kayaks out one morning and enjoyed that as well. The Florida room was so comfortable even in the summer with the fans going. Check in was simple and check out was a breeze (no huge checklist -- just put out trash, put up AC, wipe counters, and put anything back you may have rearranged.) This property is really wonderful, and I hope to get the opportunity to stay here again. Highly recommend!
