Du kan titta på kalkoner, rävar, rådjur, vägkörare och en mängd olika fågelliv från uteplatsen. Detta hem rymmer 12 personer. Det ligger 1/2 mil till den fjärde korsningen på River Road och bara några minuter till "Horseshoe" på Guadalupe River. Det är mindre än 10 minuter till Canyon Lake där du kan njuta av båtliv, vattenskidor och segling. Det finns extra parkering för en båt. Guadalupe-floden ligger 1 km bort. Du kan åka till Rio Raft vid 4th Crossing eller Little Ponderosa Outfitters vid Ponderosa Bridge för att hyra rör och pendeltrafik. Om du gillar levande musik är Whitewater Amphitheatre, River Road Icehouse och Gruene Hall bara en kort bilresa. Du är bara 15 minuter till New Braunfels och Gruene där du kan njuta av Schlitterbahn Water Park, Comal River Tubing, Wurstfest, Gruene Market Days, shopping, vingårdar och fantastiska restauranger. Bara en kort 35 mil bilresa till San Antonio är där du hittar Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World och Riverwalk samt fantastiska restauranger. Alamo tillsammans med flera andra uppdrag finns i San Antonio för fantastiska dagsturer. Wimberley ligger bara 25 minuter bort där du kan njuta av Wimberley marknadsdagar och shoppa. Fantastic second visit

This was the second stay at this property and it was just as awesome as the first visit. First of all, the home was perfect for our group of guys. There were more than enough beds for everyone. Even the beds in the bunkroom were super comfortable. The kitchen was clean and full of everything we needed for the meals we cooked. The best part was the outside space and the back patio. The views are fantastic. Vicky, the property owner, is very responsive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

River trip

We had a wonderful time, the property has the best views while coming packed with plenty of things to do at the home! The host was very accommodating and communicated well and quickly with everything! We had a great time and were provided everything we could need and more, completely recommend to anyone looking for a weekend out with some amazing views!

Wedding Trip

The property was great and very well priced considering how nice and clean it was. We found they took time to make it entertaining as well (in/outdoor games, sound, tvs etc). The furniture was well thought out and comfortable. The outdoor space has amazing views and was great for hanging outside and plenty of covered space for hot days or rain. We had 8 adults, and the bunk area was pretty well laid out. We would definitely stay again.

Hill Country Haven HEAVEN

Our family of eight, aged 18-77, enjoyed a relaxing, beautiful, comfortable stay at Hill Country Haven. The home is packed with everything you could possibly need or want (including a high chair I saw in the laundry area). The water pressure is incredible…we all loved showering while we stayed here! lol The location is perfect, far enough out that you are in nature and can relax but close enough that a short drive gets you to shopping and hill country fun! Any questions we had were quickly answered in a friendly and polite manner. We 10/10 recommend this rental!

Great home and location

My friends and I rented this home for two nights and thought it was better than the pictures showed. We truly enjoyed the property and how close it was to float the River. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful!!!

This house is absolutely beautiful from the interior to the exterior. The view from the back patio is stunning! The house is very roomy. The owners are quick to respond and gives you all the information that you may need. It’s a perfect spot to stay at, easy to get to, and not far from the Guadalupe River. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing stay

Pictures do not do this place justice. It had everything to accommodate us. It was one of our favorite places we have stayed at. Pure relaxation and comfort. Highly recommend if you want a hill country setting close to town. We will be back.

Weekend getaway

This home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It has plenty of room, tons of amenities, a location that is convenient to tubing and boating, and is just a short drive into New Braunfels for live music and great food. We played for hole in the lighted backyard in the evenings and enjoyed watching the deer and foxes outside while we drank our morning coffee in the covered deck. This home has everything.

This place was amazing! Open, beautifully decorated, plenty of room for our framily, and that view!!!! We saw deer and foxes everyday! After the day at the water park or on the river, this place was great to unwind! I will definitely come back! Vicky was the sweetest to work with also! The whole process was easy!

Fabulous House!

Stunning and well furnished home! It’s close enough to town that running to the store is no sweat but high enough on the hill to not hear anything noise. The photos don’t do the backyard and view justice. We saw deer, a fox, hummingbirds, and there’s a lovely breeze up on the hill even in the dead of summer. The owners were very communicative and helpful when I couldn’t figure out the lock (user error.) we’ll definitely be back for another summer float trip!

Beautiful Hill Country with View & Deer

Had a wonderful time with our family of 6, though this property would be comfy up to 3 couples (BRs) and 6 kids (bunk room for 6). Kitchen and open LR gave us tons of room and functionality, and back deck and yard was the incredible in mornings (deer, purchase deer corn at Leow’s down the hill or Ace HW) and evenings (fire pit/s’mores and corn hole). Hosts were also great communicators and friendly. Any time we head back to hill country, we’d keep Hill Country Haven in mind.

Perfect Get Away for the Family

We loved our stay! We had family of all ages and everyone had a fantastic time. The outdoor space and views were spectacular! We enjoyed the sunsets, corn hole and the fire pit every day we were there. The owners were amazing to work with as well. We visited Canyon Lake and Gruene while staying there. Great location!

We have been traveling to New Braunfels for many years and raised our children floating the Guadalupe, playing at Schlitterhahn Water Park, boating and skiing on Canyon Lake, listening to live music at Gruene Hall and enjoying everything the amazing Texas Hill Country has to offer. We built Hill Country Haven for our family's vacation home, where we plan to make many family memories and raise our grandchildren with the same Texas Hill Country traditions. We want to share Hill Country Haven with others and hope that they will enjoy and experience the same joy. Maybe even start their own annual memories and traditions of their time in the Texas Hill Country at Hill Country Haven.
