Vår hagelgevär i det historiska Touro / Riverside-området har alla karaktären av sina 120 år, men är ändå helt nytt i år. 2 stora drottning sovrum, 2 vackra fulla bad, granit / rostfritt kök, tvättstuga. Tillbaka uteplats. 4 sovplatser. Huset ligger 3 kvarter från Magazine Street med sina många restauranger, barer, butiker, kaféer och gallerier. Protokoll till Audubon Park, universiteten, paradrutten, centrum, Superdome och det franska kvarteret. Vi är ett kvarter från Tchoupitoulas med de berömda Tipitina. Nära St. Charles spårvagn och flera busslinjer. Inga bilar behövs! Vi är en fantastisk matplats med dussintals restauranger inom några kvarter och Rouses stormarknad i närheten. Två stora sovrum med dubbelsängar. Även dagbädd. Det finns en inhägnad trädgård att koppla av i med hängmatta, eldstad och grill. Har all ny central luft och värme, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, brödrost, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, gasbricka, mikrovågsugn, 11 fot tak, WiFi.

Cute home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable which was a plus. Great location. We would stay here again. Host was quick to respond and accommodating as well as helpful with best options to get around New Orleans

Excellent house and location

This has to have been the cleanest VRBO rental we have stayed in. Lisa was an excellent host and did a great job communicating with us about our stay. I highly recommend her place and we would gladly use it again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Exactly as advertised. Host was great! Host met us at check-in and explained the neighborhood, recommended local food choices, and gave us some insight to local norms. Would definitely recommend to friends travelling to New Orleans, and will definitely be our first check for availability when we return.

Great location

Cute house with all the amenities. Very clean. Great location and easy parking Shotgun style so you do walk thru one bedroom to get to the other, but two full bathrooms. Lisa was great would stay there again.

First visit to NOLA

The house was very cute and spotlessly clean! We enjoyed sitting in the backyard area around the gas fire pit one evening. Lisa was very helpful with suggestions on places to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our short stay in NOLA.

Nice shotgun style house. Modern/updated showers. Two bathrooms is very nice and unusual to find in the shotgun homes. Great back yard with lots of seating. The owner was very responsive. Cool area just a few blocks off magazine walking distance to cool coffee shots and restaurants

Owner/manager met us upon check in and provided very informative details like places to eat etc. House is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood and just a 10-15 drive/uber ride away from the action. We will definitely look to book this home again should we ever come back to NOLA. A++

A little piece of home

The property was as described. Lisa was accommodating and prepares you well for your stay in NOLA. The property was very clean and from walking distance to brewery, coffee shop and magazine street. It’s a place at the top of my list for NOLA when looking for a quiet area. The home is quiet when you want to get away from the party. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Place

This house was perfect for us and our friends. It was super clean and well laid out, and had everything we needed for our 4-day stay in New Orleans for Jazz Fest. We took nice walks and runs in the neighborhood and enjoyed eating at some of the places Lisa recommended. Lisa was friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back!
