Vackert renoverat modernt radhus bara 1,5 mil till hjärtat av centrum på ett hörnparti. Denna plats är fantastisk för evenemang på AlamoDome som ligger inom gångavstånd.

Nedre våningen erbjuder granit kök med ö, rostfria vitvaror och kontinuerlig matsal och vardagsrum. På övervåningen finns 2 sovrum, alla med eget badrum, och master inkluderar täckt balkong. Gated parkeringsplats. Säkerhetskamerasystem. Keurig smaksatt kaffe, BBQ Grill och utemöbler ingår.

Kvarteret är ett äldre stadsområde som genomgår en revitalisering. Vårt hem är ett av de första bostäderna på blocket som har uppdaterats.

Detta är ett angränsande radhus, men du kommer att ha hela huset till dig själv och kan njuta av din integritet. Du kommer att ha allt du behöver för att ha en avkopplande vistelse i centrala SA. Vårt utrymme är perfekt för korta resor, långa semester och möten.

Enkel körning till allt som downtown har att erbjuda! Inom 1-2 miles från Alamo, Riverwalk, Alamodome, Convention Center, AT & T Center, King William District, Majestic Theatre och Pearl Brewery.

Great stay, super close to the Alamodome and town. Neighborhood is up and coming so I would keep that in mind depending on the crowd, but super nice and clean place. Thank you!

Would rent Again

Loved the layout and especially the hot tub and fire pit! Overall an excellent stay. Would appreciate more paper products: TP, paper towels, napkins ran out too early.

Quick access to Frost Bank Center

Booked for a convenient 10 minute access to the Frost Bank Center for a concert. Our stay was nice and stress free. We felt safe and the hot tub was a nice touch. We had all the essential needs. House was nicely updated. Only recommendation would be a comfortable sofa in living area after walking around exploring the city. Overall communication was minimal but quickly responded when needed.

San Antonio Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our host, Kelly, was very responsive from the time of booking and throughout our stay. We spent time there with another couple and it was awesome that each bedroom has a separate bathroom and there is also a half bath downstairs. Hot tub was very nice as well as the outside area. The property was extremely clean and definitely met our needs for an extended stay. It isn't really walkable to the River Walk but is extremely close and just a short drive. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood but one that is being renovated throughout. Entry and checkin was very easy.

Best Value in San Antonio

Not quite walking distance to downtown but really close. The house is exactly as described. We got lucky with the weather, the mornings were very pleasant and ideal for the hot tub. My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!

San Antonio Trip

The house was very clean and provided everything that was listed. Very close or within walking distance to most of our needs. The neighborhood was very run down but we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay again.

Hot tub heaven!!

Place was very clean. Furniture & supplies were adequate. Host was responsive & helpful. Although neighborhood was a bit noisy; it was extremely helpful to be so close to downtown & attractions.

Great location and hot tub

The location of the property was close to San Antonio attractions like the Riverwalk. The property was newer and in good shape. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The hot tub is definitely why we would rent this place again. The price was perfect. A few issues - the description of the property says that Keurig coffee was provided but this turned out to be just two capsules, one was Folgers the other was a long expired generic hazelnut flavor. I found this unacceptable. Please update the listing to state that coffee capsules are not provided so we know to bring our own. The living room furniture is sparse. The kitchen equipment is worn out and needs replaced. We made it work. Despite some of these issues we'd stay here again and just come better prepared with our own stuff from home. We drove in from a nearby city

Nice modern house

Nice ,clean property. Just a different neighborhood, from what country folks are used, too! Would be a great place to stay in the winter! As far as the hot tub and fire pit.Nice that we didn't have far to all the things to see as far as Riverwalk, etc...

My daughter and I stayed while she showed livestock at the SA rodeo. Home was well kept and nice. The train was a bit loud at night. The location was a easy drive to the Rodeo.

A lovely home.

The hosts are wonderful. Always responded very quickly to any questions that I had. The house is perfect for a short vacation and we’ll stocked with everything that we needed. The location was great. Please be aware of no parking within thirty feet of the stop sign. We got a $35 ticket. We never lived in a city so didn’t have a clue. But no worries there is plenty of parking along the street. We stopped at a local bar called Cherities. Profits actually go to their charity. It’s fun. You mix with the locals and it’s right down the street. Just off Cherry street. I’ve been to many VRBOs all over the world. This is a good one. The area is in the middle of rejuvenation but nothing was loud and I look forward to going back.

Nice Place

Place was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for! The only disappointment was with Neighboring residents. They were not friendly and a little aggressive when we drove up to unload our stuff. Learned real quick not to park infront of the neighbors property. It was like they were waiting for us to make a fuss. Thank goodness they never bothered us again throughout our stay.

Quick getaway
