King William area peaceful/beautiful

Wonderful place and location for two!!

Location of unit was fantastic and made you feel as though you were already part of the community. Joe and Steph were fantastic and very attentive to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again if we came back to San Antonio!!!!

Nostalgia

Very comfortable. I cleaned the shower floor on second use. Originally felt slick from soap film. Fine after that. I didn’t drink any of the water (bottled). Unknown if use was an additional fee. The apt was very cute and functional. The building was very nostalgic. Excellent neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown via Riverwalk.

Great place in a great place

The unit was perfect and the location is close to everything. The historic neighborhood has some amazing architecture. We parked the car and walked everywhere with ease.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to everything. We arrived late and our host was kind enough to have some eater waiting for us and gave us some late night places to eat.

Walking Distance to Everything Fun

This location was perfect: a beautiful, fun, safe neighborhood. We were able to walk to the River Walk, the Pearl Brewery, etc. Great restaurants and bars just minutes from the room too. And the hosts were awesome, offering up some great recommendations!

Overall pretty good

Overall it was fine. Clean, quiet and cute. The heater didn't seem to work super well, and the temperature outside dipped pretty low overnight! So we were really chilly when we woke up. The heat doesn't reach the bathroom too much, so it was very cold in there! We really were looking forward to some warm coffee in the morning. The coffee maker maybe needs to be de-scaled? It wasn't drinkable. There were flakes coming out when the coffee brewed and floating around in our cups. We took a walk to get some coffee, but the places listed online weren't there anymore.

Excellent Stay for couples

The property is great and close by to many different opportunities in downtown san antonio. Despite some slight confusion with entering the property, the host was gracious and helped walk us along what we were doing incorrectly. The apartment is small but well organized, the kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, cookware and some supplies.

The perfect little retreat!

My husband and I came to stay for a work event and it was just what we needed. You could walk to just about anywhere in downtown but the apartment felt safe and out of the way! The bathroom was small but was efficient and the host was efficient and quick to respond when we had a need. The bead was comfortable and the area was quiet at night.

Quiet and Convenient Location

This cozy little studio was very quiet and reasonably priced, and it's located in a lovely neighborhood that is conveniently located to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, etc. The check-in process was easy, and the hosts were very responsive to questions. While we didn't need it, it was nice to know that we had access to the laundry area as well.

SOUTHTOWN SAN ANTONIO

Thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay at Joe and Stephanie's efficiency unit in the gorgeous and peaceful Southtown neighborhood in San Antonio!! The unit was spotlessly maintained and very convenient to the downtown area and a variety of restaurants right in the area. We would definitely opt to stay again on any return trip to the San Antonio area!!

Ideal for single or couple

Property is exactly as shown on the site. I felt safe with 3 keyless entries.The apartment is perfect for singles and couples. Plenty of extra blankets and towels and bath products.The only recommendation I have, is better pots and pans on the kitchen, as someone who cooked most of their meals while visiting. The neighborhood was quiet and immaculate. The locaton is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, The Riverwalk, the Alamo and Towers of America. Would definitely stay here again. a
