Kristin och Pete välkomnar dig för att stanna på The Little Blue Penguin. Vi erbjuder gästerna bekvämt och rent boende, stilfullt inredda med tankeväckande handen runt. Med varje gästbokning kommer en donation att göras för att stödja Nya Zeelands lilla blåpingvin.
Denna nyrenoverade, helt fristående två sovrums privata svit suger komfort och stil.
Ligger på första våningen i ett familjehem, är sviten helt separat från huvudhuset. Njut av integritet och säkerhet med egen privat tillgång och innergård med grill. Sviten har två rymliga sovrum och för de extra gästerna finns en bäddsoffa. Den öppna planlösningen öppnar sig rätt in på gården och det lyxiga köket har alla bekvämligheter, inklusive diskmaskin och tvättmaskin.
Det finns bra wifi och Chromecast så gästerna kan titta på Netflix etc.
Bara en slags promenad till stranden och med platsen centrala för allt som Mount Maunganui har att erbjuda är vi säker på att du kommer att bli minnesvärd!

A cosy little apartment

This is a nice but small apartment located in a basement. Everything you need is there, but you do get a bit of noise from the dwelling upstairs (footsteps, washing machine, etc). Good value for money, close to beach, would recommend!

Close to everything and super quiet

Our stay at the Little Blue Penguin suite was fantastic! My mom and I found both beds to be very comfortable and the unit to be tranquil. The location was effortless to find, and the directions for check-in were straightforward to follow. This unit is best suited for adults or couples. You can access it from "town" using the rentable scooters, but the parking spot made it easy to have/use our rental car. I had to use Google to figure out the stove, but that was likely because I'm Canadian and unfamiliar with that type of stove. Being able to do laundry was vital as I had already been on the road for three weeks before we arrived. There is a secluded spot to hang your clothing to dry, doubling as an outdoor dining area. We had a few questions for the owners, and the response time was rapid and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else. This was the perfect spot for my mother (73) and myself (49).

Nice and cosy place

Place was nice and clean, very conveniently located close to most things. Only issue is it's very noisy as owners stay right above and you can here them most of the time walking about.

My husband and I stayed for a week. We were both pleased with the experience. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Home was cozy and tidy. Especially during the cold snap that came through when we arrived. Home had been warmed before arrival. Very appreciative. Location was perfect. Close to everything especially the beautiful beach. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Great location, private, minutes from the beach, owners were friendly and communication was clear. Very clean and modern property with a nice kitchen that had everything you need to cook with. Photos were accurate and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great little place which was super clean and modern - everything was decorated with great taste and anything we needed was provided. Good location for us and very relaxing and private.
