Helt renoverat lägenhet med nya granit kök och badrum, nya möbler, inklusive sängar och alla nya rostfria vitvaror. Var en av de första att njuta av denna vackra havet pärla med balkong och interkostal vyer. Home omfattar alla nya golv, nya apparater, nya lakan och handdukar, och alla köksmaskiner och redskap du någonsin skulle behöva. Titta på soluppgången från din balkong och njuta av den uppvärmda poolen året runt. Enheten innehåller 2 drottning storlek sängar och queen-size dra ut soffan. Komplexet omfattar BBQ grillar med utsikt över havet och volleybollplan på stranden. Detta vackra havsfronthem inkluderar gratis parkering på plats som är på samma sida som byggnad så att det inte passerar några gator.
Vår byggnad är väl underhållna det har en uppvärmd pool, shuffleboard domstol, grill, beachvolley "och tiki bar. Vänligen inga husdjur. Deposition returneras inom 7 dagar efter avresa.

Summer get away

Lovely, quiet, and spasious place on the beach.

This condo is perfectly located on quiet Indian Shores. It is directly on the beach. The condo is lovely in decorations. It is a spacious place. The other guests were kind and friendly. I would recommend this to others and I would stay there again.friendly

Beautiful condo

Looked as advertised. Love the view. First floor so the fact the elevator didn’t work was not a big deal. Laundry room clean and efficient. Will definitely return to this condo.

We always enjoy visiting Holiday Villas III right on the beach and conveniently located near countless restaurants and shopping areas. Our room was the perfect size for our small family.

Good stay prior to hurricane. Lots of work to restore

Unit was clean and stocked with all you would need. Due to the hurricane damage there was no pool. No grills or patio area no shuffleboard. These amenities were important crtfor us on looking for a place. I understand the hurricane but I did ask the owner in Nov when I could have cancelled or reduced my stay ihow they sustained the hurricane. No response except to send me pool rules which led me to believe all was well. One week would have been ok 2 was too long.

Relaxing in the sun

Loved our "home" for the week! Clean, comfortable, and close to lots of great restaurants. The best part was watching the sunrise from the balcony overlooking the intercoastal, then watching the sunset every evening over the Gulf of Mexico!

Great Location But

The location was great, steps from Beach. The Building was having construction done to exterior which was not mentioned. We were woke each day at 8 am to Air Chisels, Air Hammers and once on Beach the Construction noise was very loud.

On the beach

We wanted a place on the beach with a heated pool and this place checked the box. Wish it had a view of the beach instead of the parking lot and road. Road was noisy with the thin sliding doors. Shower and one of the bathroom sinks have the hot and cold water switched. Once we learned that the shower was more pleasant.

Nice place

Enjoyed everything except the balcony. The air conditioning vents on the balcony so between the hot air and the noise it was like being in a boiler room. If you are not a balcony person the place was great.

Fantastic and Perfect

It’s so beautiful, I didn’t want to leave.. Everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation.. The view of the intercostal off of the balcony was perfect- we saw dolphins swimming, saw boats of all sizes... The pool is heated to a perfect temperature, plenty of chairs available and every1 here is friendly.. the beach goes forever...

Family Vacation

Property was as advertised. Location is excellent. Very spacious. Owner was quick to respond to questions and accomodated a early check in and late check out to accomodate our travel. Condo had all ammenities needed. Pool and beach access! Only complaint was the bed was not overly comfortable. I would return to property again and would recommend to family. Thank you Ryan.

Condo location was awesome, heated pool great.

Great area, great pool. Only issue- cleanliness! Had to clean commode and kitchen on arrival. Visible stool on commode and pretty sure kitchen not cleaned. Upside, frig and dishwasher clean. White wicker furniture visibly dirty (sticky dirty.)

Perfect for us!

Condo is in a great location and had everything we needed. The pool and beach access was amazing. We found the condo to be surface clean, but could definitely use a good 'spring' cleaning for certain areas (bottom of bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinet handles, lamp shades etc.) Some reviews complained about the air conditioner on the balcony. We found if you just shut the air off while relaxing out there, the condo stayed plenty cool and it was much more peaceful. Even seen a dolphin swimming in the waterway across the street! Our stay was wonderful and would stay again for sure!

Shorely a Great Vaca

The condo complex was well maintained. There was painting prepration in progress so we lost our parking spot. This resulted in us parking across the street. It was a disatisfier but we adjusted. The condo needed some more detailed cleaning (upholstery, tracks for sliding glass door and closet door). Amenities in all were great. Lots of towels and dishes.
