Detta charmiga hem har renoverats med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för en fantastisk semester. Beläget på Sombrero Beach Rd ligger detta hem på gångavstånd till den vackra Sombrero Beach, bara några kvarter från Publix, Winn-Dixie, K-Mart, bra restauranger och lokala barer.
Huset ligger i hjärtat av Florida Keys, på Mile Marker 50 i Marathon, beläget vid Ocean sidan, bara en timmes bilresa till Key West. Fastigheten kan rymma bekvämt upp till en 30 fot båt.
Huset är bekvämt för att antingen fiska och eller bara koppla av som du vill. Det finns en frys för din bete samt ett kylskåp för förfriskningar på bottenvåningen för din användning. Bara några minuter från de öppna vattenfiskeområden där du kan njuta av olika snappersarter, grouper, tarpon, cobia, segelfisk, delfin, wahoo, tonfisk, kungmakrill etc. . . och även vacker snorkling eller SCUBA dykning för att fånga krabba eller hummer när de är säsong. Nära till Crane Point Museum & Nature Center, Bahia Honda State Park, sju mil bro och stora grunda och djupt vatten fiske och dykning.
Huset har bekväma möbler och central A / C. Vi tillhandahåller handdukar och sängkläder. Vi har en grill i rostfritt stål för utomhusmatlagning. Vårt hem har Premium kabel-TV Service, gratis höghastighets WIFI Wireless Internet, platt-TV i både vardagsrummet och varje sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, det 2: a sovrummet har en queen size-säng och vardagsrummet finns en drottning Trundle utdragbar säng. Vi har ett komplett kök med helt nya apparater, mikrovågsugn, tallrikar, kastruller, kastruller, brödrost, kaffebryggare, mixer och köksredskap för din bekvämlighet.
Det finns gott om parkering framför huset för bilar och båt trailer. Det finns flera bekväma GRATIS båtramper i stan för att starta din båt med det närmaste att vara på viken sida på 34: e gatan i Marathon. Vi har 2 personer kajak och 2 cyklar på bottenvåningen som du kan använda för att promenera genom vattendrag eller grannskap på din fritid.

Paradise

This property is a true paradise. The hot tub surrounded by palm trees in the backyard is gorgeous. Sitting on the back deck at night also beautiful and relaxing. The house is fully stocked and perfectly decorated to give that vacation feel. Communication with the property owners was excellent. This is a perfect house!

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Great location, hot tub was updated and very clean, kayaks, bikes and games were provided, beds were comfortable, and it was decorated for Christmas making it so festive and fun. Thanks for a great trip Dora!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was cute, clean and as described. Even had some Christmas decor up, which was nice! We brought our boat and the dockage was nice with water hose and fish cleaning set up. Had fun playing cornhole and enjoyed the hot tub at night. House had everything we needed and more. Lots of towels and plenty of kitchen items for cooking. Would definitely come back!

Directly across the street from High school. At least 2 garbage trucks every morning around 5 or 6 am. Very noisy. Everything else was as stated. Beautiful property, great ammenities, and centrally located.

Relaxing Vacation!

This is a beautiful home and is stocked with bikes, games, beach chairs and everything else you need to enjoy fishing and the beach. The backyard is a tropical paradise and the deck is a perfect place to sit and relax at the end of the day. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Perfect rental!

Lobster spot

The house was very well equipped with everything you’d need. House was very clean and comfortable. Downstairs storage room was great with extra fridge freezer. Boat dock was great and no wake whatsoever so boat is safe. Neighbors are nice. Hot tub was great and clean. Little far to get to ocean access but a nice idling ride nonetheless. Only downfall is the school trash pickup at 6am. I’d definitely recommend this house.

Awesome property!

This location was great with the best beach right down the street and grocery stores at the other end!! Everything was clean and the furniture and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again!! To top it off the canal was right in your backyard and we were lucky enough to have a visiting manatee!!!

Great House

This was a very convenient location. The hot tub was nice to sit in at night. Overall this is a great place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. I would definitely stay at this home again we go to the keys several times a year.

The house amazingly clean and the pictures are 100% accurate and real! Great location and lots to do in the area. The back yard is amazing. This place has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your time. The Manatees even came for a visit in the canal

Fun time in the keys!

Good central location in Keys. Location of house is directly across the street from a school so trash trucks woke us up at 5:30 every morning so gave it 3 stars for that as it wasn’t clear when looking at house. The house is really cute and decorated nicely! If up early to fish or start your day, not a problem and would recommend!

Perfect Keys Home

Great location. Very close to beach and local attractions. Stocked with beach chairs, games, umbrella and ice chest. The jacuzzi is really nice and so relaxing after a full day of exploring on the included kayaks and paddle board. Would highly recommend.
