Thanks for sharing this — we’re sorry your stay had so many problems. We shared the offensive-odor and kitchen-stocking concerns with housekeeping; a deep clean and ventilation check were completed and the kitchen stocking checklist was reinforced. Maintenance inspected and repaired the lock after your report. We take the incidents with people blocking access and any threatening behavior very seriously; the owner and property management have been notified and we’re working with the HOA and local authorities as needed to address loitering and safety. We’ve also logged the nighttime noise concerns and will explore steps with neighbors/HOA and update the listing to set clearer expectations. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
