I närheten finns North Mountain Preserve där det finns många vandrings- och cykelleder. Många golfbanor ligger inom en radie av 7 mil. Great Place to Stay!

This place was perfect for our needs. The location was central to where we needed to be with many restaurants and venues close by. The other guests or residents were friendly,The condo and pool areas were neat and clean and Joel, the host, was so communicative and helpful. It was overall a positive experience.

Long weekend stay

The condo is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances. Joel was very easy to work with and, very accommodating and was a great communicator. The property grounds are great with three pools and this condo was less than 50 yards to the main pool.

Wonderful AZ visit

The property was cozy and very well located. The two master bedroom set up was absolutely perfect for traveling with our young adult. I had excellent communication with Joel and he also accommodated an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated!!

Perfect for last minute family Phoenix trip

This was my first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. I didn’t know what to expect, but thankfully it all turned out great! Joel the owner was very attentive. The condo was as pictured in the app. Overall we are very happy with our stay. Thanks Joel!

Great Getaway

Our stay was perfect. The grounds in this gated community is very well taken care of. The pools and spa was pristine. The condo had a great layout for our family. There is shopping and grocery stores located near the property. I would recommend staying at this property.

Very Satisfied Stay

This worked out very well location wise while visiting family in central Phoenix. The host has a great attention to detail and very good communication . The unit is very well maintained and the pride of ownership is evident. The amenities are also sound with very convenient pools and hot tubs available. I like to walk and exercise and you have great access to hiking trails and quaint neighborhoods to enjoy. Definitely give this location a look . It is sound.

Vacation

It was exactly as advertised. Check in and out was super easy. Close to stores and restaurants. It is a good place to use as a base for exploring the area. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and shopping.

Relaxing and comfortable

Joel was such an excellent host checking in to make sure we had everything we needed! This property was comfortable, roomy and relaxing. We especially loved the water fountain feature that lulled us to sleep at night. Breathtaking and beautiful!

Host was prompt in responses, complex was nice. Too pricey for the unit-needed work-sectional smelled like body odor. I sprayed with Fabreze and it was better. All living room roomfurniture had seen better days. Needed and upgrade.. Guest bath shower head leaked badly.

Enjoyed Our Visit

Safe and secure complex. Condo was exactly as pictured. King mattress needs to be replaced and perhaps some written instructions on how to work the tv’s would be great. Parking space is small but in a good location to condo. We were so busy we didn’t even have the chance to enjoy the pool which looked great. Joel was completely accessible and very helpful. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we will definitely consider staying here again.

Family trip

We planned a last minute trip to visit family. Our stay was very comfortable even in the 115 degree weather our place was nice and cool. There was plenty of clean towels and extra blankets. TVs in all of the rooms. We will be back again.

Excellent Vacation Spot

This is an excellent condo to rent for vacation. Has a very friendly vibe. Location is excellent. You can walk to trails and more plus the complex has clean warm pools. Owner Joel was nice and professional and always willing to communicate. We'll be back!

Perfect for families

Joel’s condo was the perfect stay for our family of 5. The condo is clean, comfy, located on the ground floor, and VERY close to the pool. He includes so many of the little things that help to make your stay comfortable. The complex is quiet and filled with friendly people that are willing to offer suggestions on places to go and eat. We would highly recommend and definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Stay

This condo was in a great location, we appreciated that it was in a gated community and felt very secure. The two master suites were great for each couple to have their own space and the couch bed in the living room was big and roomy for my two kids. The only reason I gave accuracy 4 stars is that the bed in one of the rooms seemed really small for a queen, it was still very comfortable though. The pool and hot tub on the property were awesome! Even though the weather was a little chilly during our stay we were still able to get in since the pool is heated. Joel was great to work with and gave us very clear and easy to follow instructions. We would stay here again!

Wonderful

This fit our needs perfectly. Nice layout and was great for our little dog. Joel is super responsive to any questions or issues. The grounds are very nice and you have a choice of pools. Mountain hiking is just blocks away. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and will plan on coming back again.
