Vardagsrummet erbjuder soffor i mjukt läder och sittplatser för din största komfort. Den överdimensionerade sovrumsviten har sällsynta Palm Frond-vävda konsttexter, en bekväm lässtol, KING-säng, högkvalitativa lakan och gott om byråutrymme. Det är separerat från de andra två sovrummen med flera rum och en hall ... mycket privat. Sovrummet har egen ingång till balkongen och lugnande utsikt över vattnet.

Exklusivt kök med massor av skåp, granitbänkar, utrullningsdiskar, flera belysningskällor och massor av grytor, kastruller, bakfat etc. Herr Kaffebryggare plus en Keurig för de morgnar och kvällar som kopplar av på balkongen! Den stora balkongen har bekväma platser du plus dina gäster! Det finns platser för konversation och en schäslong för snoozing, samt ett bistrobord för att smutta champagne. Njut av morgonsolljuset, eftermiddagsskuggan och de blinkande lamporna på vattenfallet på natten.

Detta är en lägenhet på tredje våningen med trappor direkt framför enheten PLUS en hiss cirka 120 meter från vår ytterdörr. Hissnyckeln är tillgänglig vid inresan till lägenheten, den är på den stora uppsättningen nycklar.

Samhället erbjuder en uppvärmd pool omgiven av kaktus och vacker bougainvillea, där du kan tillbringa dagen eller kvällen helt enkelt avkopplande. Bredvid poolen finns en bubbelpool och privat tennis- och picklebollbanor. Vår enhet ligger några steg från poolen. Och ett helt nytt badtunnel stod klart i mars!

Njut av promenader på morgonen eller kvällen runt den privata sjön (stenlagd 1 mils spår) där du kommer att möta ankor, gäss, svanar, sköldpaddor, fiskar, hägrar och ägrettsorter! Vandringen inkluderar fiskebryggor, bänkar, en babbla bäck, stenbrunn, fantastisk bro och vattenfallet som ligger framför vår balkong!

En fantastisk semester som är några minuter från alla tunnelbana största attraktioner. Omedelbar stadsdel har många restauranger att välja mellan, inklusive: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (valdes bäst i USA), Garciaš autentisk mexikansk, Red Robin, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Dickey's BBQ, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, Hooters, Old Country Buffet, MOD pizza, Fajitas, Sweet Tomatoes, plus många fler. Både Starbucks och Barnes / Nobles är en kort promenad bort! Enkel åtkomst till motorvägar - ligger 1 kvarter från I-17. Nära till alla fantastiska sportevenemang och vårträning. Comfortable Stay for my Son’s Graduation

My experience at this place was great! A really comfortable 3 bedroom (one being a bunk bed) stay satisfied my family’s needs to be well rested, along with a sweet room to do laundry to keep our clothes clean! Bathrooms were especially nice, accompanied with comforting showers and adequate space to relax, eat food, and other things. Would 100% recommend!

A Peaceful Desert Oasis!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Phoenix! The location is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood yet still close to everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and shops nearby, and we loved being able to explore the beautiful walking trail just steps from the condo.One of our favourite surprises was the turtles in the ponds such a fun and charming touch that made the whole experience even more unique! The pool area was quiet and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventuring. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, which were well maintained and easily accessible.The condo itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and cozy, truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and natural beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Peaceful getaway.

Peaceful complex. Loved the covered patio and the view. Very quiet. Condo is well maintained and clean. Property offers several activities, most items you need are located in the hallway closet for these activities. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, baking sheets, etc. Great rental. The only things we note as small drawbacks. The master bedroom curtains(colored sheers) allow the light to come into the room at night when closed. The bed squeaks in the master anytime you turn over which can wake up a light sleeper.

The condo had a nice view. We wish we would have known that there was an elevator we could only access with a key. We unloaded our suitcases before we entered the condo so we had to go up 2 flights of stairs with our large bag and 2 small bags.

Great location, comfortable property

The property is accurately described in write-up and pictures. Check-in info emailed well before checkin with Millie’s (owner) and assistants phone. Kitchen is well-supplied with dishes, pots and pans, etc. beds comfortable. We enjoyed 1 mile walking trail around the pond, heated pool and hot top.Millie is the most responsive owner we’ve encountered. She answered our questions and concerns quickly. We let her know a sink was dripping and a plumber replaced the faucet 3 days later.Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Great location!

Beautiful condo in a great location! Very central to all we wanted to see and do. We didn’t really cook much but the impressive kitchen has everything you could need.

This property truly earns it's high rating. It was well stocked with essentials and kitchen items were the best of any vacation rental we have had. Be aware tho there is a long walk from elevator to door. elevatortothproperty.

We loved the balcony where we sat and drank coffee and read in the morning. The view from the balcony of the water was beautiful! The condo was extremely clean and we enjoyed the pool.

As easy and stress free as it gets

Stayed with my 9yr old twins and husband . Overall great location , great space - super roomy, literally home away from home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They provided us with some extra perks such as laundry detergent, beach towels and other misc items you don’t think about. The space is overall very clean. No complaints there. Would stay here again without a second thought. Also was able to enjoy the pool.

Very Nice

This condo was one of the nicer ones that we have stayed at over the past several years. Clean, comfortable, nice AZ decor. The entire place had abt every amenity you could think of. (Books, DVDs, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, visitor info, beach towels, fishing poles, pickleball racquets, cooler, pool floats, and a well appointed kitchen). The instruction booklet was very detailed. Definitely read it when you arrive. The elevator key is on the keyring in the condo. It won't work without the key. The elevator was great for getting our luggage and golf bags to this 3rd floor condo. We took the stairs the rest of our time there. Loved the walking path around the "lake" to start our day. Saw birds and turtles. Its a locked area so felt safe. Nice view from this corner balcony. The hot tub and swimming pool were heated comfortably and a short distance from the condo. Pickleball court near the pool. There was one covered parking space for the car. Also a visitor parking space at the end of the building which was useful. The bedrooms had large mirrored closets for storage of our suitcases and hanging up our clothes. There was baby equipment in the master bedroom closet. (pack and play, infant seat and walker and maybe more). The sofa was deep but supplied with many lumbar pillows for short legged people which was thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again. Very pleased. Millie or her associate were available if needed. We didn't need a thing.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. Unit was very clean and the property was fantastic. Played pickle ball and swam every day despite the 60 degree weather.

Great place

This house was great. When we arrived it was dirty but there was a glitch in the system and it didn't notify the cleaners. But I let the property manager know and both them and the cleaners got right on it and fixed it. When they finished cleaning it it was spotless! The home owner even touched base with me to apologize for it being that way when we arrived and she felt so bad. It was a great stay and close to where we needed to be. I will be staying here again for sure!

Wonderful stay

Very relaxing and comfortable. I was really able to feel like I could unplug from the stresses of my job. There were plenty of amenities, toys and games to keep the family entertained, also lots of different streaming platforms and internet. It was so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended, and I would love to visit again.

Memorable Stay!

We enjoyed having Thanksgiving together at this location. It was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We felt at home. The spacious balcony was an extra bonus too. 5 star stay!!!

Great place to spend vacation

The condo is just like it is advertised and was very spacious for our family of 4 adults. The fully stocked appliances dishes in the kitchen was just great. We all loved hanging out on the very large and private balcony, with the views of the pond and desert structures! Mille was very communicative with some questions about the TV etc. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and it was awesome that the pool was heated. We used it every day! We would highly recommend staying at this condo again!

Pros:The condo was very good for our family vacation. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed. Nice to have the large balcony overlooking the lake. The path around the lake, pool, hot tub and tennis courts were great. Cons: traffic noise on the balcony

Golf Trip

Property was clean and comfortable, perfect for a group of four golfers. Nice view of lake and falls out back patio! We would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to the Valley for 15 years to enjoy the sunshine and escape the blizzards of Michigan. We enjoy traveling the world and immersing ourselves in other cultures. I love re-designing living spaces to incorporate a natural sense of serenity while creating a feeling of simple elegance.

I fell in love with this home as I am sure everyone else will because of the spacious feeling of the soaring ceilings and beautiful view of the waterfall as well as the soothing sound of it! The southwest Pueblo decor throughout uses a neutral color palette which adds to the feeling of serenity. The home is like a very private retreat but at the same time you can experience the community by walking the shores of the lake or relaxing at the HEATED pool. Until purchasing a home here I didn't realize that most pools in Phoenix are NOT heated!
