Hela lägenheten renoverades från topp till botten. Alla premium finish och gjort med utsökt känsla för detaljer. Designer och anpassade möbler samt accenter från butiker som restaurering hårdvara, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate and Barrel användes för denna lyx-plats.

Lägenheten har golvvärme i badrum, duschar, dusch bänkar, hela köket och vardagsrummet, vilket gör det en riktigt trevlig upplevelse att gå barfota. Alla counter-toppar är granit med helt nya apparater. Båda sovrummen har premium madrasser för komfort och bäddsoffa har ett minne skum madrass. Sovrummet har king size-säng plus tvilling, har gästerna sovrum drottning säng och soffa i vardagsrummet är queen plus storlek så det kunde passa 2 vuxna eller tre barn bekvämt.

Varje sovrum har luftfuktare samt gott om lagringsutrymme för att hålla föremål borta under din vistelse. Förutom den stora TV i vardagsrummet, har varje sovrum en plattskärms-TV. Alla TV är HD internet aktiverad med strömmande kapacitet (ansluta till din egen Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu konto) plus kabel med 40 kanaler finns. Två balkonger har utsikt som sträcker sig från öst till söder till väster.

Backarna är bokstavligen 2 minuter bort, inklusive hissen, vilket är bra att göra snabba stopp under dagen för lunch eller för att värma upp i -Front av vedeldade spis. Lägenheten är beredd att sova upp till 7/8 personer. Matsalen sitter 8 vid utbyggbart ovalt bord.

Köket har nya apparater, dubbel ugn på räckvidd, diskmaskin och alla leksaker en kock kan begära att göra en minnesvärd semesterupplevelse.

Båda sovrummen har utsikt till backarna och Maggie Pond. Gästen sovrummet har också balkong. Vakna upp till idylliska utsikt från både sovrum och kolla hissen linjen vid Quicksilver hissen innan du ens lämna din säng!

Alla bilder av vyerna togs från lägenheten. Missa inte chansen för True Ski in / ut plus fantastisk utsikt för kvintessensen Colorado semester. När du anländer till enheten ingen bil är nödvändigt eftersom vi är gångavstånd från huvudgatan också. Barnen skidskola och daghem ligger också vid foten av vår byggnad.

Great location, great place, great host

500 ft from the lift is pretty awesome. Ski school on the first floor and multiple rental places in adjacent buildings. (There is a crepe shop around the corner and across the bridge!) The building was very nice, as was the condo. One minor hiccup at check in was handled almost instantly even though the hour was late. Thank you for a great family trip.

Clean unit in a great location

Highly recommend this rental! This unit was perfect for our family ski trip. Covered parking, same building as ski school, at the base of peak 9, walking distance to many restaurants. My children loved the community game room, indoor pool area, and movie room. The only minor disadvantage was not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but the shared washer and dryer was right next to the unit.

Peak 9 Base Condo

Michal’s 2br condo was perfect for our family of four for a Christmas ski trip! Well appointed and updated. Super comfortable and easy access to slopes (literally as close as you can stay to the Quicksilver Superchair), Main Street, and just about everything Breck has to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Mattress issues

The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced for new ones. The master bedroom mattress had a hump in the middle. The second bedroom’s mattress was extremely flat and not comfortable. Additionally, there was no toilet paper in the unit other than what was already in use on the roll. Overall, it was a great vacation and the accommodation’s location and amenities were fantastic.

Perfect Location

This condo was in the perfect location. It is steps from the Quicksilver lift, and a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. The view is amazing as well. I would definitely rent here again.

Long ski weekend

The cleanliness of this condo along with the convenience made it the perfect spot for my husband, son and I to enjoy Breckenridge. Ski and main streets a few short steps away. It had everything we needed! (Except for no bar soap) but the beds were comfy, loved a box fan for white noise, humidifiers, fireplace with wood provided…. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location!!!

Our family of four (2 adults / 2 teens) loved this condo and its location. It is right at the base of Quicksilver with a perfect view of the mountain and first lift. We had everything we needed. Michal was very responsive when we had questions. We look forward to renting this property again next year!

Great ski location

Enjoyed the ski in and ski out!! You could see the quicksilver lift right from the bedroom window. Location is perfect! We kept our skis downstairs at Breck Sports and walked right to the chair lift. Couldnt have been any easier. Quick walking distance to all restaurants and downtown. Parking was a little confusing the first time there, but I just went to the front desk of the Village hotel and they explained how to park and what elevators to use. Host was very responsive to our request to check in early and place was just like the pictures. Only issue we had was with the bedroom tv's but we were so tired each night, I didn't even bother with trying to figure the cable/roku out. I would definitely return and stay here again!

Wonderful!

Our stay was fantastic! Location was perfect! Walking distances to shopping, dining, groceries, spas, gym, and of course skiing! My only issue was that the closest ski lift (Quicksilver) got very busy. However, there is a shuttle just across the street to take you to the next lift (Beaver Run)…the lift runs every 20 minutes and the drive is about 2 minutes. It’s well worth it, especially if you are not a beginner. (Quicksilver is the best place to start for a plethora of green slopes.) - Again, LOVED the location. Loved the room. Loved the views. Loved the accommodations. This stay can easily accommodate all 5 family members, even though only 3 of us went. Also the host was easy to connect with! I hope to stay here again next year - all 5 of us. ❤️

Amazing Location, Beautiful Unit

The location is truly perfect -- right in the middle of town. You can walk anywhere, and the unit faces a lake and the mountains. We sat on the balcony in the morning and the evenings and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The unit itself is very well done -- nice furnishings and decor and everything you might need. It was very clean and well kept up. We loved it.

Great location, cleaning was lacking

We enjoyed the proximity to town & the ski slopes. This unit had nice views and they also provided lots of towels. The major drawback was the apparent lack of cleaning in several places of the property. We found multiple water bottle caps, a used coffee stirrer, a dirty sock, a used ziploc bag, food crumbs, dust balls, and lots of hair in one of the shower drains. The outdoor seat cushions were ripped and the wood board in front of the kitchen sink fell off. The lack of detail when it came to cleaning these items leaves us wondering what else was not cleaned given the current COVID pandemic that is going on. The property manager was extremely responsive until I sent them a message detailing these issues asking if the unit was cleaned and it's been radio silence ever since. Really makes us wonder how the cleaning fee we paid was used.

Highly recommend

We would recommend this property. The process to get our keys was easy. The property manager and especially the owner were very responsive to the few issues that we had arise during our stay. The property is very close to everything you need in Breckenridge. We loved it because it was very close to the ski lift. We would stay there again.

Perfect location and beautiful condo

Perfect location for skiing and Main St with many restaurants and shops. The condo is equip with all essentials, beds and furniture is nice, comfortable and clean. Views from the balcony are amazing! Host is easy to get in touch with. Make sure to pick up keys before arriving at condo (if applicable) We will definitely be back! Can’t wait!

All of us ski or snowboard as well enjoy variety of different activities during the summer like swimming, biking and hiking. This is our home away from home. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do.

Premium location with ski in & out access plus amazing views. What more could we ask for? We bought this property because once you get there the views are amazing, you can walk everywhere(slopes or town). The apartment is on the top floor, has a wood burning fireplace and more.
