Om boendet

Vår lägenhet ligger i ett vackert komplex som har både en pool och ett fullt utrustat gym. Lägenheten är smakfullt inredda och har luftkonditionering i hela. Det har alla moderna bekvämligheter i köket inklusive mikrovågsugn och tvättmaskin. Det finns satellit-TV och DVD-spelare för kvällarna med ett stort urval av aktuella DVD-skivor och en CD-spelare. Det finns också gratis wi-fi i lägenheten. Det finns en balkong som går bredvid lägenheten med åtkomst från både loungen och sovrummet genom franska fönster. Utsikten från balkongen är från havet och landsbygden. Det är en vacker utsikt att vakna upp på morgonen. Lägenheten ligger 10 minuters promenad från byns centrum och ligger i ett mycket ganska lugnt område.

Det finns många andra fantastiska platser på ön att besöka. Nicosia är en 30 minuters bilresa och väl värt ett besök. De härliga stränderna i Ayia Napa och det livliga nattlivet ligger 20 minuters bilresa bort och du kan nå Paphos på drygt en timme. Troudosbergen ligger också inom en timmes bilresa och är ett måste för alla besökare.

Holiday break

Spacious apartment, nice view. Instructions were good. Nice big pool and gym facilities. Good access to bars and restaurants. Great food choices. Local supermarket, pharmacy etc.

Schöne,, gerämige appartment

Die Wohnung war schön, geräumig, Die Anlage Gepflegt.Mit dem Auto am Anfang schwer zu finden.Der Wifi war sehr schlecht, wir müssten immer am Balkon sitzen um von der wifi der Nachbar zu profitieren.Das Fernsehen war auch schlecht, kein einzige Deutsche Kanal. Sonst insgesamt positiv

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Super schön!

Das Apartment ist klimatisiert , geräumig und gut ausgestattet. In den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr sauber und mit Liegen ausgestattet. Der Fitnessbereich ist super ausgestattet und es stehen mehr Geräte zur Verfügung als auf den Fotos zu sehen sind. Ein Auto würde ich allerdings immer empfehlen. Die Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen und wer möchte kann Liegen und Sonnenschirm mieten. Preis je Liege 2,50 Euro. Die Sandstrände in Larnaca sind in 15 Autominuten zu erreichen. Haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Aya Napa liegt 30 - 40 Minute entfernt und hat einige schöne Strände. In Oroklini gibt es sehr gute Restaurants. Einfach bergauf fahren. Supermärkte und Bäcker sind in der Nähe. Wer Tauchen möchte kann unter mehreren Tauchbasen auswählen. Wir waren bei den Viking Divers. Pafos und Nikosia sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Liebe Karen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmals wieder kommen. FABULOUS!

Absolutely beautiful apartment set in the very Cypriot village of Oroklini. It took us about 15 minutes to walk into the village where there are numerous restaurants, bars, 2 chemists, tea shops supermarkets and not much more you can ask for, The apartment itself was very clean and extremely well stocked. We didn't do any cooking there (only toast for breakfast) but if we had wanted to there were enough utensils and crockery to have made a 5 course meal! Karen the owner was extremely easy to contact both while we were in the U.K. and Cyprus and replied to my messages within the hour. (Much better than my friends do!!!!!) Loved it and will definitely be back.

Very Good and very comfortable

Easily kept clean, well equipped, very comfortable! Was the base for a great two weeks in Cyprus. We have enjoyed our time here and return home ready to meet the cold windy south coast weather for November! Thank you for making the apartment available to us. Oroklini is a nice village, with plenty of very good tavernas with excellent food. Easy access to Larnaca and beyond by local bus.

Stor, lys, innbydende leilighet med god beliggenhet på rolig og stille sted. Karen gir god service.

Leiligheten fungerte perfekt for oss to voksne ektepar. Den ligger i utkanten av et hyggelig tettsted der vi fant alt vi trengte. Vi leide sykler og opplevde det helt genialt. Vi kom oss mye rundt i området, både til andre byer og innover i landet.

Lovely!

Had a lovely holiday, apartment was beautiful was spacious with lovely views! The complex was also nice with a decent sized swimming pool and gym it was all maintained very well! Karen was also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

we have family in Oroklini and it was idea for us , very clean and tidy in a good position for us , probable need a car though , pool was clean , new sun beds had just arrived , did everything we needed and with a twelve year old boy with us it had good wi-fi

Lovely spacious apartment

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and, not being overlooked at the front, is light and bright even although only on the first floor. The building has a lift so would probably suit those with mobility problems. It's about a 20 minute drive from Larnaca Airport and just a short drive from the motorway so well located for visiting around this part of Cyprus. The village facilities are a bit scattered so a car is probably essential but a walk of 10 minutes or so will take you to a choice of places to eat. There is a selection of books, DVDs and beach equipment available for use by guests and there is satellite TV thought the range of stations, as in many Cyprus rentals, is a bit limited. Karen was really helpful with speedy answers to our various enquiries (yes, there's a hair dryer!) and it was good to meet Jenny, the local contact in the village who ensured that the apartment was spotless for our arrival.

Perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday

We had a lovely time in Karen's apartment. It's modern, clean, well appointed and in a nice quiet location. The nearby village has several excellent tavernas and shops. Excellent communication and everything worked out perfectly

Prachtig!

Prachtig groot appartement. Alles is aanwezig en de eigenaar is makkelijk te bereiken als er wat is. Ze reageert vlot. Goed geregeld! Uitzicht over zee in de verte! Groot balkon.

Perfect apartment in Oroklini

Lovely large and bright apartment. Large balcony overlooking the fields and the sea in the distance. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Oroklini and contains everything you need for a perfect holiday, ranging from TV / DVD to kitchen equipment. Oroklini is a lovely small town with supermarkets, tavernas, bars and a 7 * 24 hour bakery :) The town is relatively close to the motorway, which means that you can quickly get to Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Nicosia etc. Karen (the owner) is a very nice person, and was really helpful during our booking proces, and whenever we needed help. We had a great time, and can highly recommend the apartment and would gladly return.

Sea View Valley Apartment

Highly recommended. Large apartment and very comfortably. We are a family of four but could easily accommodate another two. The apartment is very well equipped. There are, from the balcony, distant views of the sea. Great sized pool and also has a shallow end for under fives. Oroklini is a lovely modern greek village and has all that would be required for a nice family holiday, tavernas, supermarkets, banks etc. All in all, a lovely village in an excellent apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant apartment! Great location!

Enjoyed a fantastic family holiday in this apartment in early 2010. The apartment is very large with a good balcony with great views. The apartment is very well equipped with everything for a family holiday even down to snorkels and beach balls for the kids. The complex was very quiet and the people that we did see were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fact that the village had some lovely tavernas, particularly the Mandras Tavern but was very close to Larnaca with all the extra facilities there. Managed to find some lovely beaches close by and explored the Island. The owner, Karen was very helpful before our holiday and everything was as she described it. We will definitely come again

Oraklini apartment lanarka

Excellent complex built for resdential use indicates the apartments large size. Quiet no noise from other units Fully equiped for 6 people large wadrobe space fully fitted kitchen. Great location only an hour to Trodous mountain area and plenty to do locally. Entry to North via Pyla check point just 1/2 hour away. Bathing beach 15 mins Large supermarket Care Four in Lanaca 20 mins drive plenty smaller supermarkets in Village Must take trip up mountain behind village great views walks etc. Apartment easily suitable to two couples sharing with own bathrooms each. Great balcony for eating out good views in 2009 but possible building in future may detract slightly. On site pool area is good but a litle cold in water at Easter. Large sports comples due to be bulit at Pya just 10 mins away would make this location perfect. Good outside Taverna in old village relax at lunchtime drink eat and talk to locals. English spoken everyware. Easily found from Lanarca or Pafos airports first class suport from owner before and after holliday.

We live in a small village in Buckinghamshire and have been going to Cyprus on holiday for a number of years. We work in the car and film industry so are always busy and spend a lot of time travelling in the UK and farther afield.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with Cyprus on our first visit, it is a beautiful island that just keeps on giving, there are always new things to see and the people are so friendly. We loved this apartment when we first saw the plans. We bought it before it was built but saw the location and knew it would be fantastic. We particularly liked the layout of the apartment and the fact that it was really big for a two bedroom apartment. It was also important for us to be in a quiet location and have a nice balcony with lovely views. We still remember the first time we walked into it when it had been built. The view from the lounge and main bedroom was and still is fantastic and we love being there.

It is a great size for a two bedroom apartment with a lovely open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. The village is great and it's closeness to Larnaca and many of the interesting places to visit on the Island is a real benefit
