Efter att ha mottagit över 2.000 gÀster i andra fastigheter runt Columbus och Fort Benning insÄg vi att medan vissa mÀnniskor Àlskar gamla historiska hem föredrar andra komfort och lÀtthet i ett modernt hus. Vi samarbetade med en byggare för att bygga 3 helt nya bostÀder som tillgodoser specifikt de behov vÄra gÀster delade med oss! Den hÀr Àr den största, och slutfördes i mars 2019! Den har 4 rymliga sovrum pÄ övervÄningen och tvÄ badrum inklusive en master svit. Fantastisk utsikt över bergen vid Fort Benning! NedervÄningen finns ett rymligt, öppet koncept vardagsrum och kök. Convenient and comfortable

Overall pleasant stay. Check in and out super easy. Asked in the morning of arrival for check in 2 hours early. Told I’d be contacted. Called back after 4 hours without response, and told I’d be contacted right away. I was never contacted. Other than that, Property management responsive and friendly. Kitchen is minimally and sparsely stocked with pots, pans, dishes. Condition of items was very poor condition, unusable nonstick pans. Eat in kitchen table is oddly low to the ground. I mean ODDLY. Beds are firm and clean and generally comfortable. Linens well stocked. Water temp not great for hot water. Rains made yard soggy mess and grill was not in useable condition. Home is clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is convenient to Benning which was our priority. Generally felt safe. I would recommended for anyone needing something clean & comfortable but not needing well stocked kitchen or anything fancy.

Very helpful best support but very complex checking process

The location is Ok, probably the best you can get south Columbus
 The house is recent, but might need some upkeep, the yard is vast The customer support was very helpful since the checking was difficult, they want you to upload your ID and your face on their system, and sign extra contract. Be sure to do it way before arriving, as trying to do it on you phone, on the porch with lintel cell phone connections

Work in Columbus

Communication with host was good, but wish we had the door code earlier. The garage door doesn't open and wanted some fresh while playing ping pong. The kitchen needs some new saucepans since some of the existing ones are very scratched. Everything else in the house worked fine, and the rooms were clean with comfy' beds. In all a good stay.

Dirty.

Stains all over sofa and carpets. Kitchen not fully stocked. Only few pots in the kitchen, and most rusted. No cable or satellite tv, only Roku. Unable to open garage door, it was too hot in the garage to play table games. Notified owner about issues found, he responded soon after and he sent property manager over with pots and remote control. I appreciate the quick response, but do not appreciate that those items were taken out of the house from across the street half an hour after renters left. That house was not even cleaned and the items were brought to us to share. In the end, we did not enjoy the house. I would recommend to invests in properly cleaning the carpets, replacing sofa and futon that is ripped and taped and stocking the kitchen with decent pots.

Nice floor plan

Very clean and we enjoyed our stay! Loved the two dining areas that we used for both games and dining. The floor plan really suited our needs with all the bedrooms upstairs so the partier's didn't disturb the kids. Nice kitchen set up for homecooked meals for my soldier. Spent a lot of time in the garage enjoying ping pong and beer pong. Also loved the front porch with the bench. The charcoal grill fell apart when we tried to use it but the owners have another rental across the street that had a working grill. We carried that over to our rental. Beds were very comfortable - good mattresses and pillows. The futon in the TV area listed as a sleeping area was HARD and uncomfortable. Our 9 year old ended up on the couch in that area. Bath towels were small and we could have used more! Not great water pressure in the showers. I unscrewed lightbulbs over the tables because it was so glaring and bright. I would also suggest more bedside tables, more coffee cups and trash liners that fit the trash can,

Family Weekend

This was a nice place to spend Family Weekend with our soldier. We had plenty of room to relax and I could cook some of our soldier’s favorite meals for him. The couch and futon are showing some wear, but that was minor. We played football and soccer in the backyard and it was close to base. The price was great, cheaper than 2 hotel rooms, as we had 5 people to accommodate over night, and you have a lot more space. Would rent this property again. Thanks for helping us create some lasting memories with our soldier!

Location, amenities, convenience!

We had a wonderful time in Columbus for our son’s basic training graduation. This house is brand new and was perfect for our needs: well equipped, plenty of room, comfortable beds for our family of 6, washer&dryer, ping pong and foosball in the garage. Great location just off I-185, nice neighborhood, literally 5-7 minutes to the Ft. Benning main gate. Owner is wonderful and easy to work with. If we are coming back to Columbus we will be booking this property. Thanks for a great visit!

This house is BRAND NEW! After hosting over 2,000 guests in other properties around Columbus and Fort Benning, we realized that while some people love old historic homes, others prefer the comfort and ease of a modern house. We partnered with a builder to build 3 brand new homes that cater specifically to the needs our guests shared with us! This one is the largest, and was completed in March 2019! It has 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms including a master suite. Great views of the mountains at Fort Benning! Downstairs there is a spacious, open concept living room and kitchen. All appliances are brand new, and the Kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a big screen TV, couch, and futon that can serve as another bed. Separate dining room, AND A FANTASTIC GAME ROOM IN THE GARAGE!

*PLEASE NOTE* We have doubled the amount of time spent cleaning each house and are ensuring our staff wipes down every surface with bleach to protect your family during their stay

This brand new 4BR house sits in a great neighborhood of young military families less than 15 minutes to BOTH Fort Benning AND Downtown. Open concept downstairs with fully equipped kitchen and brand new appliances, dining room, living room, half bath, and 2x car garage that doubles as a game room! Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Set on top of a ridge, the whole property has spectacular views of the rolling hills on Fort Benning! Pets are welcome and family gatherings are great!
