Denna helt nya 4BR 2. 5 badrum hem på baksidan av ett nytt och säkert grannskap erbjuder öppet koncept bostadsyta nere med fullt utrustat kök och helt nya apparater, matsal, vardagsrum, halv bad och 2x bil garage! På övervåningen finns 4 sovrum och två badrum. Bara 11 minuter till Fort Benning och bara 15 minuter till centrala Columbus! Husdjur välkomna!

Detta hus är helt nytt! Efter att ha mottagit över 2.000 gäster i andra fastigheter runt Columbus och Fort Benning insåg vi att medan vissa människor älskar gamla historiska hem föredrar andra komfort och lätthet i ett modernt hus. Vi samarbetade med en byggare för att skapa 3 helt nya bostäder som tillgodoser specifikt de behov v��ra gäster delade med oss! Just avslutat i mars 2019, har detta hem 4 rymliga sovrum och två badrum på övervåningen, inklusive en master svit. Nedre våningen finns ett rymligt, öppet koncept vardagsrum och kök. Alla apparater är helt nya, och köket är fullt utrustat. Vardagsrummet har en storbilds-TV, soffa och futon som kan tjäna som en annan säng. Uppkörningen är brant, men du kan parkera i 2-bils garage om någon kämpar med att gå upp en brant backe.

Detta är ett lugnt familjevänligt område som i första hand består av nuvarande och pensionerade militära medlemmar och deras familjer. Stor plats!

Spacious and excellent location

Plenty of space for our diverse group of 10. Everyone had a bed, and it was nice to be able to cook in the kitchen and use the outdoor grill. We were in town for a graduation at Fort Moore and this was the perfect little drive to and from the base.

Awesome property!

Great house in a great location. Very close to Ft Benning main gate l and easy access to rest of city. House was clean with a good layout. Only thing to be aware of is driveway is steep. We just used the garage.

Stay was ok, but room for improvement

The rooms looked like their pictures, but that was about the only part that was what it seemed. We got there and the up stairs air was not on and it was 80+. Took several hours for temp to come down. In the bathrooms the tubs did not drain well, there was not sufficient hot water, and water pressure was poor. One of the bed frames was leaning and about to fall apart. There were several dirty dishes. There were quite a few stuff marks and other dirt on the wall. The Tv did not work or was not hooked up correctly. We were disappointed as this was to be a special trip for us. Would not stay there again.

Very responsive management

Management responded rapidly to every issue. The property was decently priced and in a good location. However, this is a very basic and sparsely furnished home- no frills. No dressers, one TV in the entire home, and most things are threadbare and in need of updating, repair, or paint/cleaning. However, we had plenty of dishes! We had brought extra silverware (only a few forks there) and pots but the house was well stocked. The home was a good deal for the price and unlike most managed properties we’ve stayed in- the Patriot folks were on it, even over a holiday-to address concerns. The backyard space was fun for the kids. A mop and vacuum would be very helpful in the house! Kitchen was big and I sat up a folding 6 ft table in there for serving soldiers Thanksgiving. If you need a basic space for a good price in Columbus- this is a good bet because management is dependable.

Surprise surprise

We visited Columbus for a softball tournament. I had 10 guys stay in the house. Everything was really nice until we opened the garage door…….. The garage was covered in dog crap everywhere. If that isn’t enough, there was an old dog food bowl full of rotten food with mold growing in it. Unbelievable that the house keeper didn’t smell it, much less even check the garage.

The house was PERFECT! We were visiting our home town and wanted something with a lot of space. The owners were very accommodating, and it was so clean and relaxing. It felt like being at home away from home. We hope to be able to rent this house for our family every time we come home to visit.

The house had everything we needed for the comforts of home! Close to Ft. Benning which was absolutely wonderful for us! The management team communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Thank you for the great memories!

Huge kitchen & comfortable beds

Pros- beds are all very comfortable, large kitchen w/huge pantry, plenty of towels & washer/dryer on site. 20 minutes to Fort Benning. Cons - could use more kitchen items like, Tupperware, drink pitcher (we bought & left it), waffle iron/griddle, crockpot. Pet friendly but needs a fenced in back yard. Extra couch to sleep on is rather uncomfortable. More seating in living room.

After hosting over 2,000 guests in other properties around Columbus and Fort Benning, we realized that while some people love old historic homes, others prefer the comfort and ease of a modern house. We partnered with a builder to create 3 brand new homes that cater specifically to the needs our guests shared with us! Just completed in March 2019, this home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, including a master suite. Downstairs there is a spacious, open concept living area and kitchen. All appliances are brand new, and the Kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a big screen TV, couch, and futon that can serve as another bed. The driveway is steep, but you can park in the 2-car garage if anyone struggles with walking up a steep hill.
