Denna Champion 4-enhet på en enda nivå har två sovrum plus ett hölje / kontor med en bäddsoffa och 3 badrum som rymmer 6 på den 11: e farleden på Palmer Private Course på PGA West. Fantastisk utsikt över golfbanan från baksidan uteplats och utsikt över bergen framifrån. Andelslägenhet har nyligen renoverats med ny färg, ny matta, nya möbler, nya persienner, nya sänglinne och ett välfylldt kök. Det stora sovrummet har en säng i Kalifornien, plattskärms-HDTV, privat uteplats och eget badrum med jacuzzi-badkar och dusch, två handfat och fåfänga. Det andra sovrummet är också en mästare med en Queen size-säng, platt-HDTV och eget badrum med duschkabin. Det tredje kontoret har en bäddsoffa i Queen size-storlek med en skummadrass, platt-HDTV, DVD-spelare och ett skrivbord för dem som behöver göra lite arbete på semester. Det tredje badrummet är tvärs över hallen från hiet / kontoret. Matbordet har plats för 6 i matsalen. Familjerummet har en våt bar, gas spis och platt-skärm HDTV. Vårt hem har ett inomhus tvättstuga, en ny gasgrill på uteplatsen och flera fruktträd inklusive grapefrukt, apelsin och citroner (i säsong).

För golfälskare ligger hemmet på den 11: e farleden på Palmer Private Golf Course i PGA West som har sex golfbanor i världsklass inklusive tre privata banor och tre offentliga banor.

För älskare av poolen ligger poolen och spaet bara några steg från hemmet.

Vårt hem är mycket välfylld med DVD: er, böcker, spel och förslag på saker att göra när man besöker området. WiFi ingår också tillsammans med Smart TV: er där du kan ansluta till ditt Netflix-konto.

Nice stay!

Great quiet place to stay! Overall the place was clean and had a lot of room for 6 guests. Only complaints were the strict HOA rules and pull out bed in the 3rd bedroom was uncomfortable. Would stay here again.

Golf course views and great location

Home was clean and lovely. Location is beautiful and views of golf course are great. The owner communicated well and made the check in process very easy.

Most beautiful condo to stay in La Quinta!

This home is absolutely the most wonderful place to stay at the PGA West. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 rooms have their own bathrooms). We had 6 couples and there is plenty of room. It is decorated so beautiful and it is right on the Golf Course! It was perfect for all of us. We hope to stay there again!

Wonderful condo home, beautiful green golf course view!

This was a wonderful place to get away from the snow up north for three months. Bobbi is a wonderful and responsive host. We enjoyed all the local restaurants and fun activities.

PGA West Paradise

We stayed in this townhome all of March 2017. It met our every need. We have rented numerous properties through VRBO and this was by far the best stocked of any. The property is clean and comfortable. We enjoy hiking and the Palm Springs area is great. Another must is a polo match at the Empire Polo Club. Don't hesitate to rent this property if you are looking for a place to stay in the La Quinta/Palm Springs area.

La quinta

Beautiful area with Big Horn Sheep in the yard daily!! Very cool! Very strict neighborhood. The house needs a deep cleaning. Carpets are dirty and house smells musty. It also needs a good dusting. Otherwise it was clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. You can’t play the golf course or use the pickleball courts.

We loved our Thanksgiving week. The condo was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Bobbi was very responsive and a great host. We'll be back.

Golf vacation

Great place to stay for our little golf vacation. The place was nice and clean - perfect for what we needed. Bonus - big horn sheep walking around in the morning along the course and around the houses was really fun to see. Lastly, Bobbi was very quick to respond to any questions and very easy to work with.

Perfect!

We enjoyed three nights at Bobbi’s La Quinta condo and everything was perfect. Plenty of room for six of us to spread out. She has everything you need. We also enjoyed being able to BBQ and eat outside looking at the beautiful golf course. Big Horn Sheep stopped by each morning and we really enjoyed watching them- unexpected treat!

Great Desert Golf Course Experience!

The property was very clean and comfortable for our whole family. All aspects of the house were in excellent shape and good working order. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend this property to friends and stay here again anytime.

Amazing Stay

We stayed here for my birthday with family and it was amazing!!! The house is perfect, with a fire pit and bbq. The next day we came home from the Living Desert and there were big horn sheep in the backyard to greet us! Our 4 year old was so excited!!! It was the best stay and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything again!

Weekend at PGA West

This was a great family getaway. The property was quiet and beautiful, nice location on the golf course near pool - and house is fully stocked. Owner is a great communicator and very responsive. Looking forward to a return trip!

Great location...great home!

Our family had a wonderful time in this nicely appointed and well maintained property. The view of the golf course was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing at the table and chairs and fire pit on the back patio. A highlight was watching the bighorn sheep come by each morning. The owner was very attentive and the property spacious and nicely decorated. We will definitely make a return trip to this property!

Great Condo

This was a great condo for four of us and a baby. You really feel like you're in Bobbi's home when you stay there as there are many little things that she makes available to guests - a computer, sporting equipment, plenty of toiletries and cleaning supplies, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, which was especially appreciated because we had no issues preparing Thanksgiving dinner. The outside area is small, but plenty to to be able to enjoy some time outside. PGA West is a great place if you want to get away as there are great places to walk, swim, etc.

Vacation in La Quinta

We were extremely pleased with our condo rental as this was our first time in this area of California. We are two Canadian couples visiting to enjoy the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament as well as the gorgeous scenery in this part of California. I would highly recommend this property. Very spacious, clean and we didn't want for anything! Spoke with Bobbi over the phone prior to renting and she was very helpful and accommodating.
