Perfect PGA West Condo

I'd like to keep this absolutely secret - this was the perfect spot for our family (mom, dad, and two young adults). Spacious layout - rooms for everyone. Kitchen, living area beautifully updated. Perfect location for the pool. We stayed here because it is across the street from our lifelong friends, but this unit gave space for fully grown kids to have their own space. Perfect spot. We will be back.

Lovely quiet location...

The location means that it's super quiet & the view is lovely we saw ducks, geese & hummingbirds each day just a few yards from the little patio. The property has a modern kitchen & downstairs toilet but the other parts of the property do let it down, it does need a little re-modelling in general & specifically the upstairs bathrooms, the windows also need attention, the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced & with something more comfortable as the best feature of the property is the location & view so you want to be outside & able to relax.

A beautiful & restful place

We stayed at this condo 2 weeks & had a wonderful time. The condo is updated & comfortable with a beautiful view of the Duck ponds. We would definitely stay there again.

La Quinta trip

This our second time staying here and will not be our last. It is a beautiful location, lovely remodeling throughout condo, and stocked full of everything for a get away vacation. We love it!

Wonderful property

The property was spotless, the furniture comfortable, and the view was magnificent. Also, the kitchen was fully equipped and lacked nothing. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great coachella stay!!

We (group of 6) had a great time at this property during weekend2 of coachella 2023. Communication was excellent, the location was super convenient and the fully stocked kitchen/ amenities were a nice touch. And of course, the property itself was stellar!

Great vacation

We enjoy the property with our daughter and her family. The view from the patio and the balcony or fantastic. The mountains were close and so was the pond. Overall we had a fantastic time!

Very nice!

Very nice mostly renovated condo. Enjoyed our stay there, but would have liked to see master bathroom redone. The rest of the place is great. Kitchen is fabulous! Would stay there again.

A nice remodel in PGA West

The condo was very clean and newly renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans and we were able to cook full dinners. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the view off the back patio is really lovely.

Golf getaway

Spent 3 days at PGA West and had a great stay in your condo. The 4 of us were very comfortable. condo had everything we needed including an amazing view to wake up to each morning. The setting and neighborhood was perfect for us. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

This property is exactly as advertised….great view, very clean and modern, extremely user-friendly. We had some trouble with the front door lock (battery issue) but the property manager couldn’t have been better— she texted and called back late on a weekend night and worked it out very quickly — all appreciated! Easy to recommend.

Great getaway weekend

From the moment we entered our condo we knew it was going to be wonderful. The property manager was great to work with- prompt, professional and personal. The condo was newly remodeled especially the kitchen which was beautifully equipped and most everything was new. The condo was clean, comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains and pond. The neighborhood was quiet and well located. We were delighted by how well maintained everything was and in excellent condition. We were very happy.

Comfy and Clean

The condo at 55231 Tangle wood in PGA west was a perfect spot for my daughter and I to spend time while attending the horse show at the Desert Horse Park. It is newly remodeled, very clean and comfortable. The beds, bedding, pillows and towels were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the needed utensils to cook full meals. The showers, heating and air-conditioning all worked well. The visitors policy is VERY strict however, so if you are wanting to have friends over for dinner beware that it is a hassle to get them approved to enter the community.

GREAT LOCATION!

Charming, well appointed condo in the PGA West Palmer resort. The views are of the the lake and the mountains, big horn sheep wandered down to graze on the greenbelt. Walking distance to the Stadium and Nicklaus Tournament Courses. Convenient to the village of La Quinta and great restaurants. Nicely appointed with a contemporary flair. Need a few kitchen items like a strainer for pasta, but overall well equipped. Family / TV room is a little short of seating if you want to watch sports or stay in for a movie night but the chairs from the living room were easy to move, the space was just a little tight. We really enjoyed our stay, went by too fast. It will be saved for another visit for sure!

Gorgeous Views

My husband and I loved our three weeks at this PGA West Palmer residence. Two of our adult kids joined us for one of those weeks. The condo was clean, comfortable and the remodeled, well-stocked kitchen was a unexpected bonus. The real star of this place though is it’s incredible views of the backyard pond and the mountains beyond. We cooked most nights on the excellent BBQ (never run out as it is directly plumbed to gas), and on other nights enjoyed several excellent restaurants in nearby Old Town La Quinta. We had no issues and never needed to contact the manager, but their communication was excellent up to and after our stay. Other than some updating in the master bathroom and addressing the poorly installed upstairs carpeting mentioned in a previous review, this place really is fabulous! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!

We have extensive experience with vacation rentals and I have to say this property is exceptional. Stayed here for 5 fabulous, relaxing days with my husband and mother-in-law. Here are some of our observations. - Extremely well equipped, they have thought of everything you might possibly need, especially in the kitchen. - Extremely clean. - Updated decor. - Gas fireplace works GREAT! - All the seating is very comfortable (not sure why someone stated otherwise) Beds comfortable as well. - The views are even better in person. - The complex is guarded and feels very secure and safe. - The pool and hot tub are heated and we found them empty during our stay. - The patio is large and well furnished with a very comfortable dining table/chairs and two chaise lounges. Upstairs balcony is great too, with comfy chairs and amazing views. - Issue-free internet and Smart TV - Very close to top golf courses and Old Town La Quinta. - Property management is prompt to respond to questions. - Friendly neighbors, wink! :-) Obviously, we highly recommend this property!
