Renoverat 3 sovrum / 2 badrum hem (ca 1200 kvm) i ett lugnt område, inom gångavstånd från SLO centrum (cirka 20 min). Tvärs över cul-de-sac gatan från öppet utrymme med en skivgolfbana och en kort 5 minuters promenad till en stor, helt ny, lekplats för barnen. Tennisbanor är ännu närmare! Vårt hem har bekväma sittutrymmen i både fram- och bakgården. Tvättmöjligheter finns i garaget. Vårt hem är beläget inom ett perfekt mikroklimatområde i centrala kusten, inte för varmt, inte för kallt. Vinodlingar och vinprovning ligger i hela kustområdet, norr och söder. Staden San Luis Obispo är helt fantastisk med många kvalitetsrestauranger och alternativ för nattliv. Strandstäderna, Avila är vår favorit, ligger cirka 15 minuters bilresa bort. Om du letar efter ett hem för hög musik och PARTYING är detta INTE hemmet för dig. Våra grannar går i säng tidigt och vi har en stram tyst tid klockan 22 i kraft. Terrific Inside and Out!

We had such a pleasant, relaxing stay! This property is well-appointed and well-maintained, and all the spaces inside and out are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Kitchen and baths have very nice finishes. There were plenty of fluffy white towels and beach towels. The hot tub was fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and there is a park across the street so it feels private even though there are next-door neighbors. Good host communication. I would stay here again!

Like a stay at good friends' place

We had a delightful four day stay in this well-appointed, clean and homey place! Paul and Diana went out of their way to welcome us, including leaving detailed welcome information and treats. Our older parents were with us and had no problems getting around despite their mobility challenges. Super convenient to downtown SLO and also close to Greengate Ranch where we had wedding events to attend. Would stay again without reservation! Thank you!

Nice family home

Quiet Relaxation

Great location to all venues attended for week of wedding events

Wonderful stay

Great property in a wonderful location! We stayed here to help our son move to SLO to attend Cal Poly in September. The house is well appointed, has a lovely yard (both front & back), and was super clean. Communication with Paul and Diana was seamless. Even though we didn’t take advantage of it, we like the 12pm check out time that is later than most properties. We will definitely stay in this lovely home again in the future.

Ideal home & location

This was my 1st time venturing out since the pandemic started. I met my niece and her 6-year-old son in this great SLO home. There is a fantastic park nearby (disc golf, tennis & playground) plus a wonderful backyard that included lizards. What 6 year old boy doesn't like looking for lizards? There was also a nice hot tub, barbecue and table for eating outside. The home was clean & inviting. We had a great time at this ideal location/home.

Perfect Stay

We stayed for the month of March. Our daughter finished at CalPoly in March and wanted to get her back for her final month. The house was great the the location was perfect for us. Paul and Diana were the perfect hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

SLO Getaway

This is a great place to stay. Nice house, 2 baths, great kitchen and grill in the backyard, TVs with cable, hot tub, across the street from a nice park plus more. Very clean, well appointed and comfy.

Excellent stay

Great home in nice, quiet location. Thoroughly enjoyed the front yard courtyard. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown SLO and freeway access. Would definitely book again!

Great house and location

Clean and beautiful house located across the street from a park in a quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for our family. Paul and Diana were awesome to deal with and even left us a welcome note and wine, cheese and crackers. Great location close to downtown SLO and the 101. Will definitely stay here again.

Great House!

Very nice 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, gas grill, nice outdoor seating area. Highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

This was perfect for our family's stay in SLO for our son's wedding. Rather than staying in an impersonal hotel room, we felt we were staying in a friend's home....a home that has been lovingly cared for. A huge bonus for us was the park across the street with abundant walking trails, plus the tranquil nature of the park and neighborhood. Without hesitation....yes, we would opt to stay here again!
