Great Stay

Very interesting location with lots of privacy. Picked this place for a spontaneous trip due to the price so I wasn’t expecting a lot but the accommodations were great, hosts were very friendly, and the location was close to a lot of fun options for our kiddos. Highly recommended!

Great place!

It was perfect for us. Just big enough for my family of four. They had extra sheets/blankets and even had coffee for us too. We would certainly visit again.

Tucked Away

Very nice quite rental tucked away at the end of a lane. Very spacious with everything you could need. Also, very comfortable bed, which means a lot.

Perfect location and amazing value

Property owners were amazing! They texted to let us know about an air mattress if we needed it and to let them know if there was anything we needed. For the price, this place had absolutely everything we needed. Full kitchen, dining space, plenty of seating, comfortable bed and super cozy! New favorite that I would love to return to with my family on another trip.

Just what we needed

I stayed here with a couple of friends and this place was just what we needed. We spent one day hiking and another day walking around the city of Asheville. The space was super comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised by the full kitchen! Easily housed all 4 of us, and would happily come back.

Very clean & well kept

It is a shared space with the family above. You can hear every stomp and chair move, which is expected with wooden floors. We were hardly there during the day and only there to sleep at night. The bed was soft, but sunk in the middle, so probably good for one person to sleep. The neighborhood is part of a campsite, so it was an interesting drive to get there. I enjoyed the homely feel of the place. It smelled very nice. The decor was lovely. Communication with Jacob was efficient, and they kept to themselves during our stay. We had a great time overall. Thanks for being a great host for us!

Mother and Son Vacation

Hidden Gem in Asheville

First, Jacob is an excellent and attentive host! His place is in a beautiful wooded community, yet very accessible to everything in and around Asheville/Arden It was very clean and had good amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!.

Cozy and helpful

Had a quick trip to Asheville for my sons graduation! Plenty of room for us all. Cozy and clean. Plenty of amenities. We also left a very important and expensive device and they were very helpful in getting it to us! Enjoyed my stay
