Very impressed upon arrival. Beautiful view of the lake from the screened in porch. The beds were extremely comfortable. Access to the pool was easy. Had everything we needed for our stay! Check in was easy with clear instructions provided.

Loved the screened in porch and the view of the lake

This apartment had everything we needed. We had a great stay for spring training baseball and seeing the sights in Phoenix.

Exceptional in cleanliness and beautifully decorated.

Lake place...

The view was nice of the lake. The hot tub was hot and enjoyable after a day of hiking or golfing. Access to the freeway was easy and close. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great property and host!

We stayed at this condo for a week while in Phoenix. Our experience from booking to post-checkout was nothing but great! The property itself has a fantastic lake view. Communication with the host (and their people) was excellent - they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. A week or so after checking out we realized that we'd left a few items behind. Making arrangements to get them back couldn't have been easier! I would definitely recommend this property and this host to anybody looking for a stay in Phoenix. We'll be looking for this property's availability for future trips to the area.

Millie's condo is exactly as described by other reviewers; perfect in every way You can tell from the moment you open the door that she takes great pride in making your stay as comfortable as possible. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, the location is close to all Phoenix attractions but set in a park like setting with a beautiful lake view.

Peaceful and safe

The pond was beautiful with the ducks, geese and turtles. I watched the hummingbirds and other birds from the coolness inside the condo and in the morning walked around the pond when it was cool. If I come back into that side of town I will definitely be back!! Lovely stay!

All around great place! Pros Location near many places to eat in the middle of phoenix so its easy to get any where is no time! Clean the apartment was decorated nicely and was clean! amenities the complex has a pool and hot tub pond with trail around it nicely shaded patio and a tennis court all well kept We will def stay here again.

Great Central Location & Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy check in and the condo was very clean. Lots of dishes, cookware, coffee maker and other kitchen appliances. Location was perfect for day excursions to hiking trails and restaurants. The screened in outdoor space facing the lake the community pool and jacuzzi were great. The place was very quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this place again if we return to Pheonix. Millie and staff were also very responsive.

Excellent condo

This condo is located in the Glendale area and was perfect for me while I was visiting family. Walmart, Starbucks, and Fry's were just down the street as well. It was convenient to everything. The condo development was safe and secure. I walked around the pond each day which was an added bonus. The condo itself was clean and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this property.

Peaceful, beautiful, will return

We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again.

Lake Retreat in the Urban Dessert

The first day we walked in and I opened the curtain and before us is a little lake! Just beautiful complete with ducks and geese. Has a one mile walking path around it. My husband says I picked a "winner" and knocked it out of the park! Close to I 17 and easy to get to. The development is VERY clean and pleasant. The African animal decor theme is nice, everyone enjoyed! This one is a great value.

Wished it could have been better.

The accommodations were top notch. Very clean and comfortable. Just bad luck with the pool not being available due to the pump not working. The owner tried her best to fix the situation, but was at the mercy of the pool company making the repairs. Her offer to discount our stay was greatly appreciated.

Simply Perfect

We stayed at Millie's place in Nov 2021. Very good "pre-trip" information. Arrival / check in very easy. Unit was very nice and just as described. Had everything we needed. Millie stopped by on first day to make sure everything was OK. She gave us some ideas of things to see while there. Such a pleasant lady. View from patio was beautiful, just 20 steps from walking path around small lake. We definetely plan to stay here on our next trip to Phoenix.

We had a wonderful stay and our host was very responsive when the A/C wasn't working. It was an easy fix, just required new batteries in the thermostat. The unit was very clean ,well stocked and the decor was very nice. The veranda was wonderful to relax in with our morning coffee and walking the trail around the lake was a definite plus.We will definitely stay again if we make it back to Phoenix in the future.

I fell in love with this home as I am sure everyone else will because of it's stunning views of the lake and the feeling of serenity and peacefulness within the home. The home is like a very private retreat but at the same time you can experience the community by walking the shores of the lake or relaxing at the heated pool.

I selected this location because the community is convenient to everything in the metro-Phoenix area plus some great restaurants are in the immediate neighborhood.
