Wish I could give more stars

We have stayed at other units in this complex because of its proximity to GCU and we love this location but this unit was our favorite! It's clean and updated and the decor is fun and updated. The furniture is comfortable and the porch is screened making indoor and outdoor living possible. Host was responsive and check out and check in was easy. A true 5 star plus experience!

Spring Break getaway

I was a little apprehensive at first only because I realized it is more of a retirement like community. This apprehension was short lived. We walked the trail daily and went to the pool and everyone we came in contact with was kind and welcoming. The location was close to anything we needed and the home was comfortable and cozy. Millie (the owner) was pleasant to chat with and quick to respond to the one question I had during our stay. Turns out we resided in the same city! (Small world) We’d love to come back again!

Relaxing Stay at a Beautiful Property

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week and enjoyed every moment! This updated home was exceptionally clean, well-decorated(!!), comfortable (including the screened patio with great furniture), located in a highly accessible and quiet neighborhood, and was very well appointed. Reviews from others who have stayed at this location were all excellent - we absolutely agree! And the host was very responsive. We definitely would stay at this home again during a return visit to the Phoenix area.

Nice place.

Enjoyed our stay. A little smaller than we expected but it worked. Driving got sketchy, but we just avoided that direction. Pool was nice and heated! We would rent again.

African Paradise in Arizona

Great site with view and access to lake. Owner's responsive to needs and accessible. Fun and pleasant decor. Very complete stocking of supplies and kitchenware. Would stay there again.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was super clean. We bring our own cleaning wipes and even the closet shelf was immaculate. Pool at hot tub were great. Very relaxing stay.

WE lost the game but had a great place to stay

The property was as advertised. Very nice with great amenities. Close to shopping, places to eat, and sporting events. We could not get the app to download when we got there, so we called the property manager and had to leave a message. They call us back within 2 minutes and were friendly and efficient in resolving our problem and got us right in. thank you for a great experience and a very nice place to stay. Hope to be back soon!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The walking trail around the large pond was a perfect way to start the day. Everyone we ran across was very friendly from that community. The condo had everything to provide a comfortable stay. No hesitation in coming back to this location !

Beautiful and clean place!

This home has all the comforts you would want on holidays! The place is clean and comfortable. There is spices, some condiments, night lights and enough towels and hangars! Millie is a great host and gets back to you as soon as she is able.

Great Stay

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and well stocked, which I appreciate when we are flying in. The owner accommodated a late check out so that my son could shower after his baseball game. We would stay here again!

Gorgeous accommodations!

My sister and I stayed at Millie’s place for 5 days and it was absolutely perfect! The location was accessible to everything we could need! Her condo was clean and so elegantly decorated! We would recommend this location and we would love to be welcomed back in the future! I stayed in the smaller of the two rooms and I did borrow the luggage holder for my room because there is a bench at the foot of the bed in the master bedroom but other than that, there wasn’t a thing I would change. This was a magical stay for both my sister and myself! Thank you Millie!

Peaceful and safe

The pond was beautiful with the ducks, geese and turtles. I watched the hummingbirds and other birds from the coolness inside the condo and in the morning walked around the pond when it was cool. If I come back into that side of town I will definitely be back!! Lovely stay!

Excellent Vacation Rental

My experience staying here could not have been better. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The living room furniture was extremely comfortable as well. I brought all my own toiletries, but there were plenty of clean towels provided to last my stay here. There is a big pool and a smaller heated one to swim in which is right near this unit, which I did take advantage of. There are four beach towels provided for this. A lake with a walking trail sits behind this unit. It takes around 20 minutes or so to walk around the entire lake. There is a screened-in porch off of this unit where you can look out over the lake. A lot of ducks and geese hang out around the lake. Everything was provided for in order to cook and eat - pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware. There are some condiments provided in the refrigerator. There is a TV in the master bedroom, which I did not use, but the TV in the living room had YouTube and Amazon Prime available, which is all I use. There were other apps available on the TV that I do not remember. There are games provided as well as plenty of books to read. The check-in process was very easy. The place is very clean, and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Peaceful, beautiful, will return

We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again.

The home is like a very private retreat but at the same time you can experience the community by walking the shores of the lake or relaxing at the heated pool.
