Overall property was great! Our condo could use a little touching upon paint. There were some places where paint was chipping on baseboards and a large patch spot over sofa where paint didnt match. Minor things but would def stay there again!

Great location, condo is beautiful. Could improve the mattresses and the pillows. The unit sleeps 12, so more seating on the balcony would be nice. Also, since it is a larger unit, more parking passes should be allowed for purchase.

Beautiful experience. Only downfall, we called when we made it to the area and our room was not ready- which was fine, but were told we would get a text when available, but never did.Overall beautiful property. The kids loved it and so did the adults. Sand and beaches were clean.

Fantastic Place

My family and I just stayed at the Phoenix Gulf Shores 2102. It was a beautiful condo that easily worked for the 7 of us. All the bedrooms were spacious and provided privacy for all of us. The kitchen and living room were plenty big and had everything we needed. The star of the show was the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. We spent early mornings and evenings out there watching the sunrise and set. The condo was a huge hit and a fantastic place to stay!

“ Exceeding Expectations”

My wife and I loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and clean. The only thing better than being so close to the beach was the large and lovely balcony on which to enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf, feel the breeze, and be lulled by the sounds of the surf.

Everything was beautiful I enjoyed the kids as well loved it only thing kind of gave me trouble was the living room tv there’s too many Remotes and the tv was glitching which made it hard for us to figure out which remote belongs to it other than that I was the perfect place! Thank you

Pros and cons

Great experience. I will go back. Great access to the beach. . The pillows are too hard and hurts your neck. King size mattress sinks to the middle. Tile around indoor pool is slippery. Our kids fell several times walking around the pool. This will be a law suit. Heads up.

Fun Fall Break

Facility is very family friendly and fits desires for all ages of kids. Condo is extremely spacious and comfortable but low on dishes and cookware for large families. Lots of security codes and doors. Maybe a bit too much. Clean Beach beach

Get Away

The stay was great. One opportunity is parking passes. We reserved a three bedroom, three bath condo (6 adults with three cars). Before arrival was trying to secure three passes instead of two but was told there was NO WAY and referred me to Premium Parking which is not across the street!! The cost was $90!! Upon arrival we were told there was plenty of space to provide me with another pass. However, it was too late to cancel Premium Parking!! Need to upgrade pillows. Remotes did not control the equipment as designed. The multifunction remote does not control all of the tv functions. Three of the four hdmi port on the tv in the den are non functioning. (My husband works in tv and computer networks and installation). We did enjoy our stay and would love to come back.

Wonderful view, plenty room for 10 or more people

Upon arrival we noticed there was no longer an ice machine in room. Ice dispenser on refrigerator also not functioning properly, bed in bedroom on right farther from entrance is squeaking, hair in the bath tub in that bedroom. Last day noticed the dishwasher leaked in the floor. Light in laundry area went out while there. Could use a better light in that area anyway, not bright enough when on. Besides these things, we had a wonderful stay. Also seating on balcony needs to be added. Thanks!

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay at the Phoenix! The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious for 3 families meeting up in Gulf Shores for vacation. The location was perfect being right on the beach with an amazing balcony view. We didn’t want to leave!
