The good: location to eateries and shopping, proximity to shopping, large home, large pool, basic kitchen necessities, good internet connection, good neighborhood to go running/walking, owners respond quickly, was a pet friendly place
The bad: older, worn home, some pots and pans were scratched up and unusable, aesthetics (missing paint, patched up walls, landscaping), light switches for some rooms don't work so use the lamps, kitchen sink leaning downward. None of these issues made the trip worse for our family, but I could see it as a problem for families expecting a house in tip top shape.
