Set at the base of Peak 7, this offers breathtaking alpine views. Step outside to the Independence SuperChair or hop on the BreckConnect Gondola to explore Main Street Breckenridge within minutes.

This unit is only 2.3 mi away from Main Street. Located at the top of the Ski Hill Rd (Peak 8). Guests often take the gondola from Peak 7 (8 min ride) directly to Main St. Guests have direct access to the Colorado SuperChair, Rocky Mountain SuperChair, and BreckConnect Gondola (Station). All within a few minute of walking time.

A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees.
