Kom och koppla av i detta 3 sovrum 2 1/2 bad, dubbel bil garage stadsbostad ligger i Rim Village Vista. Ligger 5 miles söder om Moab, ligger landsbygden bort från bullret från centrum och ändå tar det bara några minuter att köra till. Kabel och wifi ingår och 36 'extra långa uppfart kan du parkera släpvagnar eller extra fordon. Ligger nära poolen, lekplats, badtunna och tennisbanor. Det finns en king size-säng, queen size-säng och 2 enkelsängar och en balkong utanför sovrummet. Uteplatsen är ett utmärkt ställe att njuta av solen och utsikten över Moab Rim.

Thanksgiving get away

We love the proximity to the pool. Could use oven mitts and an ice cream scoop but we improvised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, roomy, well stocked kitchen, garage fits 2 large utvs, driveway length would fit a truck with an 18ft trailor. Plenty of parking close by for larger truck and trailers. We had 32ft and 22ft trailors with no issues parking them each night. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable living

Friends trip

The property was wonderful. Very clean and easy to deal with property manager. The condo is a little out of the center of town. Definitely need a car.

Great place to stay in Moab!

Condo worked out perfect for a short trip to Moab. Allowed us to cook meals as a group and the grill worked great. The garage space was handy and everything worked. Condo was well kept and we'd stay again.

Moab Experience

The townhouse was clean, larger than expected & very nice. The views were great. Sitting on the patio, you could see the Red Rocks, there were flowering trees with humming birds in them. Very peaceful. Great communication with the management. Would stay here again.

Great place!!

We really enjoyed our time here! The place was spacious with plenty of room for our family of five adults. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic for visiting downtown Moab and Arches National Park! Highly recommend!!

Great place in Moab

This place was perfect for our Jeep trip to Moab. The garage is big enough for two Jeeps and it was nice to be able to wrench on them after a day on the trails. The house was clean and had room for us to relax. Thanks!

Great property and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay, the area had great views, the pool/playground area was awesome, and the property manager was attentive to sort out some issues we encountered when we arrived. Overall, we would look forward to revisiting in the future.

Great location!

We stayed here 6/5/23-6/9/23 for family vacation. The convienently located and just a short drive (5-7 minutes) outside of Moab and in a very quiet neighborhood. The location within the complex was great as far as proximity to park/pool area, just a few feet away. Three bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

We had a good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a good, reasonably quiet location in about 10-15 min drive from the center of Moab. Besides of not having basic toiletries in the upstairs bathrooms (Management company's choice), everything else was perfect. I would suggest to put coasters in the upstairs bedrooms to protect the furniture and the small rugs in the upstairs bathrooms (we only had towels). Moab is a fantastic town and the scenery and the hikes were amazing.

Our trip to Moab.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was very good for what we wanted to do, visits to Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. The construction outside the front of our unit kind of took away from the surrounding view, but can't fault the owners for that.As far as local restaurants go, we enjoyed them all. We hit Moab Brewing, 98 Center, Susie's Branding Iron and Twisted Sistas. We both liked 98 Center the best. For breakfast the day we left we went to Sweet Cravings, which was very good.

Great rental for our large Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was the perfect place for us! Our kids loved being so close to the pool (this was one of the closest units to the pool). The house was clean and well stocked with essentials like towels, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc. We visited Arches National Park (20 minute drive) and Canyonlands National Park (about 45 minute drive) during our visit- didn't really explore Moab much, but lots is available within 10-15 minutes of this rental. Home was in a nice, safe area and the other guests/residents in the complex seemed friendly. It was nice to have a garage to park in which was clean and spacious. We were on a long road trip, so it was nice to have space to clean out our van and repack it for the remainder of the trip. I didn't have any reason to contact the owner/manager, but they were very good about communicating essential information like check-in process, check-out, etc. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Moab!
