We had an excellent stay at our house. It was clean, and the check in was efficient. Our group enjoyed staying at the house as it was central to where we went off roading daily on our motorcycles. Ample room in the house for all 5 of us. I hope to rent this house again on another Motorcycle trip for our group in the future.

Very nice place and reasonablely priced. Private garage and driveway was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Air hockey was a plus. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great Moab Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were easy to access, clean and warm. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came with another family and toy trailers in tow. The parking was perfect!! The home was clean and ready for us. Our kids loved the easy access to the pool and we loved the hot tube. Perfect base location for days out exploring and playing. We had one small issue with bed sheets and they were quickly changed out the next day.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect! Very close to town and both Arches and Canyonlands. The house has a great layout with tons of room. We had nine people with plenty of space and seating. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and plenty of supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper….. Everything was clean and in great condition. We were definitely impressed and recommend this property!

Great for our family national parks trip. Lots of space for 8 people. Very spacious kitchen and living areas. Our only “complaint” is that it was a ways outside of town on the opposite side of town from the park entrances, making it a longer drive each day.

Everything was great. Unit was clean and organized, easy in and easy out! Pool and hot tub were basically next door and were great too!

Very nice. Only minor drawback is some road noise audible in the bedrooms from the highway which passes by the back side of the property - easily solved by playing white noise or other sleep background sounds streamed through your phone, or by using simple foam earplugs.

The home was very clean and close to a lot of things in Moab! There was plenty of space for parking, and plenty of beds for all the guests. The beds themselves were comfortable! There were a lot of utensils and cookware, which was nice to have in case we needed to prepare any meals! The pool was great to have too. The host was responsive and answered all the questions I had. It was a great place to stay for a weekend in Moab!
