Detta två våningar vid havet är ett perfekt tillflyktsort för familjer i alla åldrar. Njut av tidlösa solnedgångar medan du kopplar av på det stora bakre däck eller promenerar ner den perfekta sandstranden. Detta underbara strandhus erbjuder 4 sovrum, 3 badrum och över 2 000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta. Det finns ett stort öppet vardagsrum, en matplats med plats för 8 med spektakulär havsutsikt och ett kök utrustat med allt nödvändigt. På första våningen finns också ett litet bibliotek med en soffa och ett kortbord som hjälper till att göra oförglömliga minnen med vänner och familj. Vardagsrummet med havsutsikt är ett bra ställe att underhålla; komplett med två soffor, stolar, DVD-spelare och TV med charterkabel.

Garaget är roligt för alla! Ingen parkering i det på grund av att hitta massor av strandleksaker, boogiebrädor, en kajak och parasoller för att njuta av dina dagar ute på stranden. En utomhusdusch och badhanddukar tillhandahålls, tillsammans med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek så att du kan hålla alla dina strandhanddukar färska för nästa dags kul!

Det här främre huset ger året runt tillgång till sanden - precis utanför det rymliga bakre däck! Ta en promenad ner på stranden för att kolla in surfen på Mondos surfplatta i världsklass eller kamma kusten för havsglas och snäckor. Det rymliga däck är den perfekta platsen för att njuta av utsikt över Channel Island och solnedgångar över Stilla havet.

Huset är bekvämt beläget mellan Santa Barbara och Los Angeles och bara 10 minuter till centrala Ventura med gott om shopping och fantastiska restauranger.

Fun Beach House

This Beach House checked all our boxes. Family friendly, boogie boards, paddle board, wetsuits, plenty of beach towels, hats, outside shower, views of the ocean while dining, TVs, games & toys for kids/adults, and overall comfort. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Great location, outdated dirty house

You can’t beat the location, 100 feet from the ocean. And the size of the house was great as well. But the house is old and dirty and rundown and has things that don’t work, which takes away from the time that you’re not sitting on the beach. The house needs 200 grand of updates and it would be a great house, right now it’s a place that you can tolerate given you’re only 100 feet from the ocean

Wonderful Family Beach House

We loved our time at this family-friendly beach house. Although the weather was a little cooler than normal and windy, we spent lots of time on the beach and also looking out the windows overlooking the water. The house was the perfect setup for our three generations (spanning ages 67 to 3 months). We look forward to coming back next year.

Getaway with family

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was beautiful! We took gorgeous walks on the beach, played games, laughed, and had a great time. We wished the patio was lit a bit better so we could be outside a bit longer. It looked like the lightbulbs were burnt out. But overall, a wonderful time.

Family Reunion Week 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th time renting this house. It is large and has what we need. It is older so little things go wrong like the WiFi stopped working, the microwave didn't work, and the refrigerator leaks water at an alarming rate. However, when we called Cruz the property manager he took care of what he could immediately. That's what makes us so satisfied with our experience. The location is great. Not too far from Ventura but far enough. Mostly we walk the beach, ride bikes, and hang around the house. We had a lovely time and we have already made a deposit for next year.

Nice location but disappointed

We originally booked a seven day stay to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday. Our stay was cut down to five days due to hurricane Hilary and the fact we were traveling from Palm Springs area and literally could not exit the area due to closed and impassable roads. We have requested numerous times for some sort of refund for those first two days due to circumstances beyond our control, and the property manager has said he would speak with the owners, and there has been no refund offered or given. Now when asked, the property manager does not even respond to my messages. On the night we finally did arrive, we found less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the entire house (of three bathrooms.) The property manager did have someone drop off some toilet paper the next day. Being so close to the beach was a joy and the location was fabulous, there’s not much to complain about there, but the beds and the furniture in the home are dated.

Perfect SoCal Beach House

We know it well and it is described accurately. It is comfortable, not fancy, well-maintained, and easy to relax in. The property manager is a responsive professional and all-around nice guy. We've had minor issues over the years and he has resolved them quickly. We walk the beach, play in the water, cycle, go into beautiful Ventura, but mostly stay on the deck and enjoy the panoramic view. I recommend this house--except I don't want it to be too popular! See you next year!

Another Wonderful Stay

It is a perfect spot for families; all three generations thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This year the weather cooperated, and we had some beautiful days at the beach and on the deck. On the one cloudy day, we went to the delightful Santa Barbara Zoo. There was a plumbing issue but Cruz responded quickly and had a repairman out first thing in the morning. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Family Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has rented this house for the last 4 years. It is a relaxed and comfortable house with a lot of bedrooms and a big deck. Clean and well maintained. Faria beach is a great surfing beach. Lots of playing in the water. Low-tide walks are spectacular. Kitchen is small, but who wants to cook? The big outdoor grill is great. Only complaint is that the price has gone up 15% for next year. I get everything is more expensive, but that seems like a lot.

Great place, tons of space!

It was so nice having two dining tables and multiple seating areas inside and out. The kids LOVED all the goodies in the garage. Would love to go back someday!

Great location on sand.

Third time renting here. As advertised however this time the owners called the cops on us for the kids playing games on the beach too loudly. Group was having fun yes , as we should be. The police were laughing at the complaint. Also, we left the place in pristine condition and the owners were staged around the corner when we left. They for some reason were thinking we had too many people and were thrashing. Just the opposite. No apology from them of course.

I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The outside deck was a wonderful place to spend time when we weren't taking long walks on the beach or playing with the paddleboard or kayak. We are already looking forward to another week in the house in summer 2021.We parked 4 cars out front easily. That is a unique and wonderful feature of this house.

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay. There was everything there you needed. It was nice to not haul a bunch of things with you. It’s a great stretch of beach, and we had sand out front the entire time. The house size was very accommodating, and very comfortable. We look forward to going back.

Beachfront for real

Great stay in this beachfront home. Surf accessible, sandy beach right in front in summer, sit on back deck and enjoy the view. Very accommodating home. Plan to be back.
