This house is a perfect location to everything Tallahassee. It was just a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us, and pup who stayed there. It's hard to pinpoint one thing that stood out because we enjoyed everything!! Would definitely request to return if in the area again! Thank you again Chris and Casey. You're awesome!

Clean and spacious

House was clean. We liked that it had two living areas both with televisions. We didn’t use the pool area but it was large and had a nice grill.

Great find!

We were only in town for one night to watch my son run track at FSU. This was a great find, very clean and quiet and exactly what we needed! My daughter liked the grapefruit tree too! We will be back in the future!

Relaxing stay.

The place is great. The owners were extremely amazing. They helped us out with our pets. We have four dogs. My father passed away, and we were in a tight spot. They worked with us, and couldn’t have been at a better time. Thank you so much for helping us. It was the right house to stay at. We felt at home and it was extremely relaxing there. Very quiet neighborhood. We will stay there again.

FSU audition stay

House was very clean!! Provided all the necessities. Neighborhood was an older neighborhood but no one bothered us and it was quiet. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for a longer stay

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. Well appointed, clean, and just the right amount of space for us, a family of four, to eat/sleep/hang out comfortably. No complaints whatsoever.

A perfect home for a stay in Tallahassee

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is just as pictured and is very well stocked. The bottle of wine and muffins were a great touch and made us feel welcome. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to FSU. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks. The day before our arrival, a very significant tornado tore through Tallahasee leaving behind major destruction and most of the area without power. Casey and her husband Chris communicated with us often as we were driving, letting us know that their home was without power. They called hotels in the area which were all booked or they were also without power. Then they brought over a generator and got the place cool and enough lighting for us to get our stuff in, showered and ready for bed. Really, really appreciated the effort they did to accommodate us after a long drive from Illinois to Kentucky and then on to Tallahasee. Power came on late the next day so we were able to settle in without any issue after that. The house is very clean, well maintained, amply supplied with dishes and cookware and nice towels and bedding. The yard with the pool and covered deck were great and relaxing to sit around every day. I also worked remotely the whole time I was there. Set up in the dining room with a very comfortable chair and was able to work easily during my stay. Can't say enough about Chris and Casey, the hosts, great people. Highly recommend this property.

Loved this rental

I highly recommend this rental. The house is very comfortable and clean. The backyard was spacious and beautiful. We brought dogs along and they immediately felt at home as well. The neighborhood is calm and quiet but close enough to Uber out to anywhere you may want to go in town. Did I mention the water pressure? These showers are amazing! Will definitely try to book again next time we visit.

Relaxing Family weekend

Our extended family was in FL so we spent a relaxing weekend visiting our daughter in Tally. We had plenty of room to spread out but enjoyed coffee and meals outside, lounging around the pool, and games at the large dining room table. Casey was awesome and super accommodating we can’t wait to return!!!!

Graduation Stay

Throughout our stay we continually said, “this place is fantastic!” The home is cute and quirky in the best way and close to everything we needed. My parents stayed with us and we had plenty of room (5 adults). Overall impressions: extremely clean and comfortable- nice towels & bedding, complete kitchen. We had several family meals and had everything we needed. Casey and Chris were just like the house- fantastic! Our plans changed a little and they made it seamless. Only downside for us is that we didn’t find this sooner. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Tallahassee.

Beautiful house

The house is more beautiful than the photos show, comfortable, clean and with everything you need to enjoy a quiet and wonderful stay. The hosts were very friendly and always ready to quickly answer any questions or concerns. Without a doubt, a fantastic option to stay in a group and enjoy a quiet atmosphere just 10 minutes from college.
