Jag har en annan enhet i samma byggnad VRBO # 859.099 som också 6 sover så om du har en stor grupp det är på samma plats med gratis parkering under tak för alla fordon och bekvämt för alla. Det är exakt samma layout som denna lägenhet.

The Girls from Colorado

Kim and her Husband were wonderful.!! Outstanding Hosts.And the accommodations were more than we expected. Very clean. And absolutely comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a perfect home away from home. Your hospitality was something I will never forget. just like home

very spacious for 4 adults, beds where very comfortable and cozy living room. Kitchen was stoked with coffee!! Close to the main attractions we wanted to see and lots of parking.

Our stay in Nashville

Our time in Nashville was fun however we had a miscommunication with the condo . There was NO ELEVATOR and although Kim was trying to be accommodating (very accommodating)it was a real pain to take things upstairs and downstairs specifically with my brother who had a heart condition/ procedure. Although Kim said it had no elevator in the notes it was well hidden and clearly not worded correctly, in my opinion ! Thank goodness we didn’t have anyone who was in A wheelchair!! We would have been screwed!!Place was clean but super old ! Although it said it was close to Broadway, which it was , but not very safe walking distance because of all the construction.Honestly we would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Outstanding owener and very well stocked property

The condo looks exactly like the photos and the owner Kim is very communicative. The unit is extremely well stocked with supplies--actually the best stocked of any units we've ever rented. Also, the towels are soft, and the beds, with ample blankets, are very comfortable.Kim has also taken the time to put together a really nice book of things to do in the area--if you haven't been to the area before, be sure to look at it as it is very accurate and complete and it's just one more nice touch that was included in the property.As others have said, it's walkable to Broadway, or an Uber is 5 pls tip if you have people in your mix that don't want to walk.Overall, excellent experience, and would recommend.

Perfectly Located

Great place to stay, close proximity to all things. Train was alittle loud but was manageable. The Condo owner was awesome and thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville

Great Location, Great Property!

Perfect location, Felt 100% Safe, and close to all the action, but peaceful to back "home" to. Walkable distance to a few bars/eateries, but we preferred to take a $8-$10 Uber ride to Broadway. Property is perfect for 2 couples. Kim had everything you needed, seriously just need to bring clothes! First Nashville visit for our group and we'll be back! Great place to stay!

Girls Getaway!

This trip was my daughter’s first time to Nashville. We had the perfect location. We walked to Broadway, Kim did a great job welcoming us to her place. She had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying to our friends and family.

I have lived in Nashville most of my life and purchased this condo because of the perfect downtown location. Incredible views of the river! Walk to Broadway/Honky Tonks/Stadiums. I personally love the calming movement of the Cumberland River. I love any lake or river experience. Stunning breath taking views! Coffee on the deck is a must. Take a walk on the greenway right out the front door. It goes all around downtown! TOPGOLF just opened & it's awesome!
