Wow - amazing house in a great location

Stayed for Labor Day Weekend with my family for a softball tournament and was perfect. House has really nice amenities, and an easy walk to the pool. Would be great to return again next time we are here.

Great Stay!

Nice house, great resort. The itrip team really helped us out when we had to extend our stay by 2 nights due to an emergency. All it took was one email and a quick conversation and we were all set. Enjoyed the experience.

We had a wonderful vacation!

The house was great and suited all 6 of us. We loved the feature of calling the shutter that took us to the pool or beach and across route 17 to the shopping center or to have drinks and something to eat or just shop. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful and we are planning next years’ vacation at the same location.

Lovely place. Will definitely stay here again. Regret I gave the older sisters the Master Bedroom but the others were lovely too. The courtyard when you come in the front is the center piece.

Nice residence in a great location!

This rental is located right outside Barefoot Landing in a nice, well kept neighborhood. Close to everything and has access to the resort pools , etc ..Inside the home there is plenty of room for 6 to be comfortable with the bedrooms located on each end of a U shaped floorplan. There is also a totally secure courtyard for grilling or relaxing. A double car garage will keep your vehicle safe and secure. In my opinion the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this rental. Key pickup was also quick and painless.

Great house just needs extra supplies

Loved the house, management was fantastic! The kitchen needs some help with utensils and pans. Most of the pans were chipping and almost unusable. Minimal kitchen dishes. Other then that the house was great.

We loved our rental home in North Beach Plantation!

We loved our rental home in North Beach Plantation! It was perfect! Everything was just as pictured, size and space was very accommodating for our family and the location was perfect to get to so many things! I honestly dont have anything bad to say however I do have some suggestions. Just to make it even better:- It would be nice to have tissues available in the bathrooms as well as more hooks to hang your towels. - It would be nice if a map of the resort grounds was available as soon as you get there. Other than that, we would certainly vacation with this rental again! It was a perfect fit for our family and brought us a wonderful vacation! Thank you so much!

Keep Looking

Strip mall property management company, open a few hours per day, cannot check-in until 4pm and they close at 4:30, checkout at 11 and they open at Noon. Communication is not through VRBO app...it's through iTrip. VRBO states to only communicate through the app. House was beautiful and clean. Do not expect extras at the house though...there are no supplies (like coffee, salt, pepper, shampoo, etc.) Fees were over $250 tacked on during checkout. You can find a better place. Keep looking!

Not worth the money.

Worst rental vacation ever. Just to start the cleaning team was horrible,they need step by step training on how to prepare a home for guest. The courtyard was dirty,leaves and birds nests,the outdoor furniture was gross, black fungus,which I called about, they sent out someone to clean but after that the cushion were soaked, So family could not use the are for 3 days. Maint. Team followed up on problems promptly but. Had 4 different visits. Not my idea of a vacation with strange people in the house. Not worth the thousands I paid, felt like a upgraded Motel 6.

Decent ranch

The house was in fine condition, the kitchen however lacked dining essentials. If you don't plan on ever eating more than one meal it was fine. However, we had to run the dishwasher after every meal because there were not enough dishes for 5 of us. It did not have a cookie sheet or baking pan if you plan on cooking a frozen pizza or anything in the oven. It had one small frying pan that wasn't big enough for cooking breakfast for my small family. It could definitely use to have more kitchen ware, knives, an additional cutting board, etc. It would be nice to have some plastic cups for kids without the worry of them breaking glass glasses. The beds were super soft and the shower towels were big enough for my children. We have stayed in many houses at North Beach Plantation and this was definitely the most disappointing. Will not stay in this house again. I wouldn't reccomend for a family of small children.

REVIEW

Beautiful home and great location to pool/beach. Unfortunately the check in/out process is off property extremely far from home. We did not have vehicle so getting packet and returning was ridiculous process. Just put lock box on handle at home with check in packet on counter. The person at office was useless and annoyed by our arrival there was no value added for your property.Upon arriving the house patio needed to be swept and the overall cleaning of house was less than desired. No cleaning products available and are needed especially for COVID protection. The cupboards were empty of general dishes but was fully stocked with roaches.The pool at tower has no restaurants open the bar closed at 430p. The staff in general there was rude and unhelpful. We had to purchase toilet paper as well detergent. FYI Uber and lyft were not available most of the time we were here.
