Beläget mitt i Gatlinburg. Komplett ombyggnad under vintern 2015/2016.
Vår främsta No Pets-enhet har ett sovrum med en bekväm Queen size-säng och stor väggmonterad plattskärms-TV, anpassad dekor med plantage persienner.
Köket har gott om fina ekskåp, en ny fyra brännare glas toppad elektrisk spis, brödrost, stor mikrovågsugn, ny frostfri kyl / frys i full storlek och kaffebryggare.
Det finns gott om fina redskap, fina tallrikar och köksredskap i rostfritt stål.
Den har en stor platt-TV och DVR tillsammans med en bekväm soffa som omvandlas till en Premium 7 "madrass Queen size-säng.
Den har två nya väldigt bekväma matchande Lazy-boy rocker recliners.
Dessa lägenheter har ingen krångel incheckning / ut med KEYLESS ENTRY.
Hulen har en bred glidande glasdörr som leder till den intilliggande privata täckta balkongen med bord och två stolar med utsikt över utomhuspoolen, barnpool och badtunna.
Det finns ett askfat på balkongbordet för rökare, eftersom detta är en rökfri enhet.

Our get away!

Location was very close to everything we needed and wanted to do! We did not have to drive… just walked a couple blocks and there we were…downtown Gatlinburg!! There are so many things to do and see! We will have to come back to do it all!

Loved it

This is my 2nd time staying here, and ill likely be coming back for a 3rd. The place is super cute , cozy. Its right in downtown so you can walk to the hot attractions and restaurants. The house keeper does such a great job keeping it clean and very well stocked.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Gatlinburg. It's close enough to walk to several of the shops of the main strip, and easy access to bypasses to get around if traffic is slow. The host was very helpful and resolved any issues that came up.

Great condo

Location, Location, Location! Perfect place that’s close to downtown a 5 minute walk. Condo is small but bigger than a standard hotel room. Bedroom is hard to get around with bed but manageable. We saw bears 3 out of 5 days in different locations. Last day we saw a Mother bear with her 4 cubs that walked in the condo parking lot. A beautiful end to a perfect vacation for 5 days. Thank you Sam for being a great host and keeping me updated. We will return!!

Me & my sis-n-law took our nephew for a 2 week vacay. We had an amazing trip & couldn’t have asked for a better unit. The owner is exceptional to get in contact with and handling anything you may encounter during your time. Would highly recommend & would love to stay again one day. We saw many bears, even once while swimming. HahaPS: We are from Louisiana & LSU through & through & our tigers won their 8th baseball natty during this trip so we will never forget celebrating in the unit during that time. ;)

Loved the condo! Very clean and loved the cabin feel! We loved sitting in the recliners with the fireplace on. The location was great! It was great to be able to walk to downtown and not have to worry about parking. The bed was super comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Really close to the strip

Very clean, easy to get in. Waking distance to many fun activities, shopping and restaurants. The space had most of what we needed for our stay. The bedroom is small and makes it hard to move around in and close to the elevator so that bothered my spouse, who is a light sleeper.

Elaine and I grew up in different towns in the Northwest corner of South Carolina and have lived and worked within a 20 mile radius of where we were born. I am retired after working over 47 years in the same place and Elaine retired last year after 30 years at the local Electric COOP. Our parents sometimes vacationed in Gatlinburg so it was just natural that when we met we realized we both loved Gatlinburg and the mountains. After we married, we continued to visit Gatlinburg whenever we could and have grown to love it even more than we did our first trip over 50 years ago.
Both our boys loved the mountains and the many hiking trails and of course playing in the pools and streams. God has blessed us with two precious grandchildren that also love to go to Gatlinburg for the same reasons their dad did plus Dollywood and all the local shows and attractions.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We looked for over three years at many different places around Gatlinburg and finally settled on what we felt like was the perfect fit for us.
It is in downtown Gatlinburg so we can walk wherever we want to go without looking for a paid parking space. There is also a trolley stop in front of the condo if we want to leave our car at the condo and go shopping.
Gatlinburg has many excellent restaurants and a great variety of shops within walking distance.
The downtown Gatlinburg Convention Center is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo and it has a lot of music shows, many trade and craft shows, sometimes there may be three different activities going on at the same time.
Gatlinburg is not only a very safe place to visit, but is also close to all types of activities that can be reached by walking, thus saving time looking for a parking place.
