Wonderful spot close to downtown CB. Definitely the higlight of the place is the outdoor space the deck and the views of Sopris and surrounding valley are wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better spot for ours dog to hang out. Highly reccomend this rental if you're looking for a great spot in CB!

Close to CB downtown. Great views of the mts and valley. Clean and updated. There is a sectioned off part of the condo - great for pets in case they bark while you are out.

The house is charming! We loved the huge living room with sunset and sunrise views while relaxing before starting and ending our days. Beds were super comfy and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely book again! Super close to down and all of our hiking expeditions as well.

Excellent property! Everything was clean, cozy, and perfectly described in the listing. Being so close to the ski resort made our trip seamless. The host was very communicative and quick to respond to any needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The views are outstanding! The home truly felt like a home away from home and Clay made sure to provide all necessary supplies—paper towels, various soaps, detergents, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked. Clark’s is a good grocery and had everything we needed to prepare several meals ourselves. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. Absolutely no negative feedback!!! First time for us to come to Crested Butte and we very likely will be back. Hikes were very good!!! Upper & Lower loop one day (beat tired 4.67 miles); Judd Falls was well worth the short hike. Another day we did the Washington Gulch route 1A-2A——very strenuous … steep incline the entire way; last day we drove to Emerald Lake—very pretty. We got some amazing photos and experiences. Thank you Clay for sharing your VRBO !

Gorgeous views off the back porch. Our group of four had a very comfortable stay, with plenty of space to go around including for the dog. Very accommodating for pets, with fenced in yard, dog door, and beds. Cozy fires with the wood store, spacious kitchen for cooking, easy access to town XC ski trails. Satisfied with our stay all around.

Excellent Stay

Great location, really close to town, clean house and responsive owner. The views are incredible and the yard is friendly for larger dogs. Would love to stay again!

The property was very nice and clean, The host is pet friendly even had a doggy door installed. The back deck has a great view of the mountains. The sun set is breath taking from the patio. The dog trail behind the school leads back to the home.

Great Location and Great Views!

We had a great time staying here during our vacation. The incredible views all the way around the house are amazing. It worked out well for us being just right outside of Crested Butte. We are definitely planning on staying again!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Overlook. The large porch overlooking Mount Crested Butte is simply breathtaking — the views are unbeatable and made the whole experience feel so special. Inside, the house was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The fireplace worked beautifully and made for perfect winter evenings. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly have no complaints. We would absolutely love to return!

Graduation Weekend

We knew Gunnison would be booked and love Crested Butte. We were absolutely delighted. They worked with us on our dogs joining us for the trip. It was a fantastic stay.
