Beautiful clean property excellent host would stay there again. It was a bit odd that they had a car parked in the garage right next to the ping-pong table.

Perfect house for a family vacation. Our annual July vacation at Sunriver with kids and grandkids has become a family tradition over the last 10 or 11 years. Each time we have rented a different house until three years ago when we discovered Donnie and Kat's house. We all liked the house so much that we have rented it for our Sunriver summer gathering the last three years and expect to stay next July. The house is modern, well maintained, well equipped and spacious, yet with a cozy vibe. Lots of bikes and SHARC passes, The 3.5 bathrooms are a real plus with a large group including teens.Owners, Donnie and Kat, are quick to respond if there are any issues, of which there have been few.

clean, well-appointed

We very much enjoyed our stay, and our communications with Kathryn. The house felt new, and was cool during the hottest days. I really appreciated the number of bikes, which allowed for a great evening convoy on the paths in the area.
