Det kan inte finnas många villor i eller runt Lagos som kombinerar alla följande funktioner. Fredlig landsbygd plats för fullständig avkoppling, du bokstavligen kunde höra en pin tappar! Panoramautsikt över Lagosbukten framtill; Monchique kullar vid sidan och byn Portelas på baksidan. Enkel åtkomst till den fantastiska gamla staden Lagos med sin mängd restauranger och barer - bara 1 kilometer till centrum, mindre till marinan, plus en privat fullstor pool (10 m x 5 m) med rymliga terrasser, belägna i en härlig säker muromgärdad trädgård med stort gräsplan för bollspel. Pooluppvärmning är tillgänglig till en kostnad av £ 100pw. Denna villa fungerar mycket bra i tre generationer av en familj och också perfekt för två familjer, på grund av bilagan. Mycket barnvänligt, vi erbjuder alla paket för att lättare din last - barnsäng / lekpenna, barnstol, digital babymonitor, sterilisator och flaskvärmare, till och med några leksaker och en potta! Nya badrum nyligen installerade och renoverade ktchen. Alla rum har takfläktar, lika effektiva som luftkonditionering under de hetaste månaderna och mycket mer miljövänliga. Vår villa har inspekterats och tilldelats sin turistlicens 4401 / AL.

Alla kanaler för BBC, ITV, 4,5 och många fler förutom via bredband. Det finns också en infångningsanläggning. Gratis wifi.
Alla sovrum på bottenvåningen, plus 2 badrum, 1 badrum och pentry i bottenvåningen för drinkar vid poolen och BBQ-porslin. Marmor trappor leder till övervåningen vardagsrum med matplats och huvudkök. Också en. stor terrass med uteservering med fantastisk utsikt.
Utomhus är en stor pool omgiven av rymliga terrasser, en inbyggd BBQ, en pergola som ger ett skuggigt område och en stor gräsmatta lämplig för bollspel. På baksidan av huset finns en parkeringsplats och en fruktträdgård för citrusfrukter, massor av citroner för dina G & T!

Great stay

We spent a great two weeks. The villa was spotless and the location was excellent. We travelled with grandchildren and Amy provided a high chair, pack & play and a gate.The pool was a lot of fun with a great green space. Communication was excellent. They want to ensure you have a wonderful time in this beautiful spot.

Perfect spring holiday

Everything was great: The house, the contact with Amy and the local managers and of course the amazing pool. Thanks Amy for your good advice regarding the pool heater: It was worth the money - we swum nearly everyday!! We had a great time and will surely come back.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed the stay very much. The house has everything it promised. The children loved the swimming pool and it was worth the extra expense of warming it. The house is near amenities and Lagos’ vibrant restaurants and shops close by.

Wonderful villa in peaceful location

Wonderful villa in a very peaceful location but still close to Lagos town and marina! Great size pool and lots of outdoor space for you little one to play. The toys and floats were an added bonus! Super clean too and great communication with the owner and manager in Lagos. Would highly recommend to families and would not hesitate to rebook in the future. Thank you for having us!

A Super Family Hols

We loved everything about the villa. It was the perfect setting for our Canadian/English family holiday after being apart for so long. The garden is lovely and the lawn and pool provided many hours of fun and games for our multi-age group ranging in age from 5 to 80!

We loved staying at this house. It was located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Lagos yet was very close to the everything that Lagos has to offer - e.g., the marina, grocery stores, old town, restaurants, museums, the beach., etc. We spent 5 weeks there and loved everything.

Lovely first holiday as Grandparents

Excellent villa, peaceful but close enough to town. Lovely pool & garden area. A great kitchen & bbq area. Floats & toy box for the grandkids. A small hot water issue but fixed promptly. My only recommendation would be a stair gate. Highly recommended.

Falfeira villa

Wonderful week at a lovely villa. The villa is really well equipped and the setting is just so peaceful - it was impossible not to relax! We enjoyed the large pool and the bbq. The villa is spacious, very clean with modern bathrooms. Lagos centre is only 5 minutes by car (or taxi).

Portugal 2024 winter escape

We both really enjoyed the beautiful Casa Miradouro at close distance from Lagos. The location is excellent. Supermarkets are at close distance. Numerous both 4 stars and cheap local restaurants are close by. Cleaning team were professionals and each question was answered promptly to full satisfaction. We look forward to come back same period (janu-febru) next year. Thank you all!!

Villa with spacious garden&pool in beautiful setting at the countryside very close to Lagos and sea.

We had a great time together as a family in and around the villa. The garden has a lot of different places to chill and the pool is fantastic! Also great bbq! We loved the view during breakfast at the balcony that’s connected to the living upstairs. The bathrooms are very well renovated. Contact with owner in advance and during stay was very pleasant and helpful , we received a lot of information from her about the villa and tips for activities and restaurants in the Algarve. Also very accurate and kind local hosts. We really hope to return once again!

Wonderful!

We felt very privileged to have stayed at this glorious villa. The 3 directional views from the upstairs dining area are stunning and we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals up there. The pool area is large and has a lovely shaded seating area covered by a bougainvillea which we were delighted to find. There was an area for playing ball games with beautiful hibiscus and other lovely flowers. We were excited to find a huge selection of English books and somes games. including chess. The weather was perfect. Windy and sunny so we were pleased we had brought a jumper for the evening as the wind made the evenings cool. Perfect. Thank you! Oh yes! We saw Dolphins (book for a morning trip if you want calm seas) and took a speed boat to see the Benagil caves from Portimao which was beautiful. The walk along the cliffs near Carvoeiro was stunning and the jump from the rocks into the sea very scary!

Nice villa albeit tired but with wonderful pool and setting.

Really enjoyed our week at the villa in Falfeira. The heated (at extra cost) pool is fabulous and the grounds are immaculate. The views are superb and the neighbourhood very quiet. Exceptionally convenient for access to Lagos. However the villa itself is rather tired (although presents well externally), with an 'old house' aroma not helped by the smell of drains in one of the bathrooms (we did report this to the managing agent but as we did not want tradesmen visiting we chose to put up with it). The kitchens need updating and they stand in contrast to the modernised bathrooms. Beds (only singles) were very comfortable. The windows and doors are ancient and difficult to operate and secure. We ran out of gas but this was rapidly attended to by the managing agent - top marks! There are no flywires. In summary, if you are looking for luxury then look elsewhere. However the villa does provide reasonable, albeit basic accommodation, very much ameliorated by the excellent location and the grounds and the pool. Indeed the property is really all about the superb swimming pool where we spent most of our time, as the weather during our stay in early October was fabulous.

Stunning views great outdoor space but villa tired

I loved the views and peaceful location and the pool is great however it is in need of a deep clean and updating. The curtains in my bedroom we so old they were stained darker at the position of opening from years of never being washed. The top of the head boards were caked in thick dust that had been there years. The bath mat looked like it had not been changed since the 80's and my sons bedding had holes in it. Some of the lamps didn't work in the lounge and the wires were all frayed. I'm by no means a clean freak I would have just expected a higher standard for the price. Wifi did not work and the management company told us to buy a dongle even though villa is advertised as having wifi, then we discovered by chance that the password in the visitors info is incorrect! If you want a quiet out of the way villa with fantastic outdoor space it's for you but don't expect luxury on the inside.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We first visited the Algarve in 1979 and instantly fell in love with the area and the people. We first stayed in Carvoeira and considered buying there but sadly realised that this charming little fishing village was about to be swamped by development. We then explored further west and after several visits to the area decided that Lagos was sufficiently large and predominantly Portuguese to avoid being swallowed up by developments.
Then began the search for a villa nearby rather than in the town itself which can be noisy with barking dogs and late night bars etc.! We were extremely lucky in that the first villa sent to us was in just the right location, just 1 mile from the very centre of town with fantastic panoramic views of the ocean and mountains and yet in the peaceful countryside.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I doubt there are many villas in or around Lagos that combine convenience of access to the many shops, bars and restaurants the town has to offer, with such blissful peace and quiet. We sit gazing at the views for hours both day and night and never tire of returning to Miradouro. The children love the pool,which can be heated in early and late season at extra charge when the water temperature is a mite too chilly except for the most hardy. The villa is very baby friendly as we provide cot, high chair, monitor, bottle warmer, steriliser, even a few toys and a potty!
