Det kan inte finnas mÄnga villor i eller runt Lagos som kombinerar alla följande funktioner. Fredlig landsbygd plats för fullstÀndig avkoppling, du bokstavligen kunde höra en pin tappar! Panoramautsikt över Lagosbukten framtill; Monchique kullar vid sidan och byn Portelas pÄ baksidan. Enkel Ätkomst till den fantastiska gamla staden Lagos med sin mÀngd restauranger och barer - bara 1 kilometer till centrum, mindre till marinan, plus en privat fullstor pool (10 m x 5 m) med rymliga terrasser, belÀgna i en hÀrlig sÀker muromgÀrdad trÀdgÄrd med stort grÀsplan för bollspel. PooluppvÀrmning Àr tillgÀnglig till en kostnad av £ 100pw. Denna villa fungerar mycket bra i tre generationer av en familj och ocksÄ perfekt för tvÄ familjer, pÄ grund av bilagan. Mycket barnvÀnligt, vi erbjuder alla paket för att lÀttare din last - barnsÀng / lekpenna, barnstol, digital babymonitor, sterilisator och flaskvÀrmare, till och med nÄgra leksaker och en potta! Nya badrum nyligen installerade och renoverade ktchen. Alla rum har takflÀktar, lika effektiva som luftkonditionering under de hetaste mÄnaderna och mycket mer miljövÀnliga. Utomhus Àr en stor pool omgiven av rymliga terrasser, en inbyggd BBQ, en pergola som ger ett skuggigt omrÄde och en stor grÀsmatta lÀmplig för bollspel. PÄ baksidan av huset finns en parkeringsplats och en frukttrÀdgÄrd för citrusfrukter, massor av citroner för dina G & T!

Pool was not used because of cold weather but pool area was since it is a suntrap and very private. The whole property was kept very clean. A few unavoidable minor issues were resolved quickly by property manager.A wonderful stay for a month. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay

We spent a great two weeks. The villa was spotless and the location was excellent. We travelled with grandchildren and Amy provided a high chair, pack & play and a gate.The pool was a lot of fun with a great green space. Communication was excellent. They want to ensure you have a wonderful time in this beautiful spot.

Perfect spring holiday

Everything was great: The house, the contact with Amy and the local managers and of course the amazing pool. Thanks Amy for your good advice regarding the pool heater: It was worth the money - we swum nearly everyday!! We had a great time and will surely come back.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed the stay very much. The house has everything it promised. The children loved the swimming pool and it was worth the extra expense of warming it. The house is near amenities and Lagos’ vibrant restaurants and shops close by.

Wonderful villa in peaceful location

Wonderful villa in a very peaceful location but still close to Lagos town and marina! Great size pool and lots of outdoor space for you little one to play. The toys and floats were an added bonus! Super clean too and great communication with the owner and manager in Lagos. Would highly recommend to families and would not hesitate to rebook in the future. Thank you for having us!

We loved staying at this house. It was located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Lagos yet was very close to the everything that Lagos has to offer - e.g., the marina, grocery stores, old town, restaurants, museums, the beach., etc. We spent 5 weeks there and loved everything.

Falfeira villa

Wonderful week at a lovely villa. The villa is really well equipped and the setting is just so peaceful - it was impossible not to relax! We enjoyed the large pool and the bbq. The villa is spacious, very clean with modern bathrooms. Lagos centre is only 5 minutes by car (or taxi).

A peaceful villa.

A peaceful and very comfortable villa in an ideal location. Some wonderful views and a lovely garden with almond trees and lemon and orange trees in the orchard. A well maintained and heated pool added to the enjoyment. The property manager is very helpful if needed. With no hesitation we have booked a return visit.

Excellent villa, peaceful but close enough to town. Lovely pool & garden area. A great kitchen & bbq area. Floats & toy box for the grandkids. A small hot water issue but fixed promptly. My only recommendation would be a stair gate. Highly recommended.

Portugal 2024 winter escape

We both really enjoyed the beautiful Casa Miradouro at close distance from Lagos. The location is excellent. Supermarkets are at close distance. Numerous both 4 stars and cheap local restaurants are close by. Cleaning team were professionals and each question was answered promptly to full satisfaction. We look forward to come back same period (janu-febru) next year. Thank you all!!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We first visited the Algarve in 1979 and instantly fell in love with the area and the people. We first stayed in Carvoeira and considered buying there but sadly realised that this charming little fishing village was about to be swamped by development. We then explored further west and after several visits to the area decided that Lagos was sufficiently large and predominantly Portuguese to avoid being swallowed up by developments.
Then began the search for a villa nearby rather than in the town itself which can be noisy with barking dogs and late night bars etc.! We were extremely lucky in that the first villa sent to us was in just the right location, just 1 mile from the very centre of town with fantastic panoramic views of the ocean and mountains and yet in the peaceful countryside.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I doubt there are many villas in or around Lagos that combine convenience of access to the many shops, bars and restaurants the town has to offer, with such blissful peace and quiet. We sit gazing at the views for hours both day and night and never tire of returning to Miradouro. The children love the pool,which can be heated in early and late season at extra charge when the water temperature is a mite too chilly except for the most hardy. The villa is very baby friendly as we provide cot, high chair, monitor, bottle warmer, steriliser, even a few toys and a potty!
