Den här egenskapen är ett utmärkt läge för semester. Det ligger i de exklusiva Las Americas-komplexen. Det är, det är i Corralejo Town. Det är inte långt ut ur staden att försöka övertyga dig om en stadsplats, vilket verkar vara vanligt idag (till exempel La Cappellenia och andra).

Denna väl belägna bungalow i hörnplanet kan sova upp till sex. Bungalowen ligger i staden Corralejo (nära "Baku" vattenpark). Komplexet är Las Americas, som är en säker gated community. Det är en enkel promenad till början av naturliga stränder och till barer och butiker i centrum. Fastigheten ligger på samma rad som badpoolen som ligger i närheten (de flesta är inte), så detta är också ett plus för huset.

Det kommer enkelt att sova 6 i fastighetens två sovrum (sovrum två kan sova 3) och en av de tre sitsiga bäddsofforna i vardagsrummet.

Det finns en spektakulär 60sq. m takterrass med utsikt över Lanzarote och bergen. Det finns en avskild 50 kvm. m kaklat bakre uteplats med grill (BBQ). De två terrasserna är mycket privata och avskilda från vindar. Det finns privat terrängparkering.

Det finns en gemensam pool och barnpool. Höghastighets ADSL 10MB (snabbt internet) - digitalt, rakt ner telefonen (10 gånger snabbare än de flesta). Det finns lutande solstolar bakåt, utanför matbord med 6 stolar, parasoll.

Home from Home!!!

We are just back from a fantastic stay. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed. It was ideally located for us, being in a quiet and secure complex. The pool close by, and never too busy. The supermarkets a short walk up the hill and the shopping trolley was a huge bonus. The secluded garden got sun most of the day, so we barely used the roof terrace other than to enjoy the view. The kids enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor furniture under the shade. Something to suit us all.With an xbox and huge range of tv channels, we had plenty to choose from in the evenings when we didn't venture down town.Kev and Mags were absolute stars and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the stay . We were sorry to leave, and will definitely be back. Thank you

The Perfect Place for a Perfect Stay

This wonderful Bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is just as described and more... Lovely outdoor spaces, very comfortable bed, excellent kitchen equipment. The Tv Equipment is one of the best i have come across. The services of Kevin and Margret are an added bonus and they are always available for any support you may need. We are now looking forward to our next stay later in 2025

Wonderful stay in Fuerteventura

Great communication from the moment we booked. Kevin was super helpful with all questions. The place was perfect. The lovely sheltered patio was our favourite spot. Comfortable beds, hairdryer & straighteners! Great self catering equipment. Two big supermarkets in walking distance. Out of the town, so lovely and quiet. A few bars and restaurants at the end of the road. 15 minute walk to the centre. Kevin also gave us a lift to Caleta on our last day as we had a late flight home. 100/% recommended to friends & will definitely return. Thank you!

This apartment is very comfortable, in a quiet area, well equipped plenty with lots of glasses and crockery, the outdoor space is wonderful sun trap. Only a 30 minute slow walk into Corralejo.

A nice break

The communications with the property manager were very good. The appartment was very clean and well presented although the paintwork outside was a little tired. This also applied to the shower facilities but the bathroom is expected to be refurbished in the coming months. The only other negative comment is that the mattresses on the sun loungers need replacing. In all other respects the appartment had good size bedrooms along with the kitchen, lounge, outside sitting area and rooftop. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Amazing property that exceeded our expectations

On arrival we found the property to be spotlessly clean. The owners agents, Kevin and Margret were on hand to explain everything regarding the property and complex. They are a very friendly couple with great local knowledge. The property is in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk to Lidl and about 20 minutes to the start of the strip in Corralejo. But there are other bars and cafes much closer. The beach is probably just over a 20 minute walk away. The property has everything you need to ensure you have a great experience. Great kitchen, very comfy bed, mosquito nets on the windows and lots of outside furniture. The Internet/Wifi/TV never had a problem throughout the 3 weeks of our stay. The TV package provided is very comprehensive. As well as all the UK TV channels there are ALL the worlds sports channels and on demand movies. The rear patio area is not overlooked and has shaded areas but the best bit for us was the sun trap of a roof terrace. The views are great and there is nothing to prevent you from soaking up the sun all day. The neighbouring property was in use while we were there but I think they were out at work during the day. They also have no furniture on the roof which may indicate that they don’t use it much. The pool is 50 yards from the property and has plenty of sun beds. Communication with the owner and agents was excellent throughout. We would definitely recommend it to others and we are already planning our next stay.

Home from Home

Exactly as the online description and photos. The bungalow is on a quiet and secure gated complex with parking. The communal pool is excellent and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds, it's about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the main strip in Corralejo. There is also a Lidl and large Mercadona supermarket, bars / restaurants and a taxi rank within a few minutes walk. The Bungalow itself is immaculately clean with comfy beds with 2 TVs and high speed internet, every home from home extra comfort has been thought of. The outside space is amazing with sunbeds , table and chairs BBQ it even has a small covered area with seating if the sun gets too much ,where we enjoyed a lot of time just chilling with a drink. The roof terrace has amazing views with yet more outside furniture and is a real sun trap during the day and has great views of the sky and stars at night. One of the best asset of this property is Kevin and Margaret whom welcomed us and were only a text or phone call away if needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat its an amazing place to recharge and spend some quality family time, big thank you to Lain for letting us stay at his property.

April 24 stay

Great 10 night break in April, picked up and dropped off at the airport by Margaret and Kevin who have a lot of useful information about the property which was as advertised and the island itself. Very spacious apartment and we spent a lot of time up on the roof terrace. A 20 minute walk into the main resort which is a perfect distance for us and lots of things to do close at hand. Would recommend staying here for a chilled out and relaxing break.

Great communication pre stay and really helpful at check in and out. Brilliant apartment for the 2 of us - very well equipped (even had straighters). Loved the roof terrace, so peaceful and amazing views It’s about a 30 min walk to main crater egich is what we like and there are nearby bars and restaurants too, Ugly Duckling is our fave but you have to book in advance. Lots of taxis around for those that need them and only 5 euros to centre. One of the best equipped apartments I’ve stayed in and would definetely recommend.

comfortable house with with excellent privaty

Everything as described! I enjoyed every day in the house, the very private terrace and roof solarium. Breakfast on the roof with wonderfull view to the vulcanic mountains. I also enjoyed the walking tours in the impressive vulcanic landscape or along the coastline. The location is good for day trips in northern part and also down to central Fuerteventura.

Charming Getaway in Corralejo, Fuerteventura

We had a wonderful vacation in a holiday apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, and I'd like to share a positive review: We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this holiday apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was charming, with a cozy courtyard that we loved spending time in. The sunny rooftop terrace was a real highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. One of the best features was the nearby pool, which we often had all to ourselves. It provided a peaceful retreat where we could unwind and cool off. Additionally, the convenience of having shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus. We can't recommend this place enough, and we're already looking forward to returning. It was a truly fantastic experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better holiday destination in Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Perfect location for a quiet sunshine holiday

Well equipt bungalow with patio and roof terrace. Two large supermarkets nearby. Good choice of places to eat nearby - 10 minute walk. Access to a great swimming pool by key fob. Very secure feel as road and pedestrian access is controlled. Dedicated driveway parking. Great level of tech for the evenings with plenty of TV channels. Agents were great at arrival and departure. We had no need to make contact during our stay as everything was spot on. Tried to book for next year while we were there but too slow! Definitely on our list for future trips to Fuerteventura.

Estancia cómoda y agradable

Muy buen alojamiento con dos terrazas, una de ellas con barbacoa. La comunicación con el propietario y la agencia muy fluida y muy serviciales. Lo único malo ha sido la plaga de hormigas y el calor ya que no había aire acondicionado.

Wij werden opgewacht door Magareth, die samen met haar man Kevin, ons aanspreekpunt was. Zij verzorgde ons de incheck. Het werd ons duidelijk dat alles in het huis aanwezig was (zelfs afwasmiddel etc.) en alles er nog beter uit zag dan op de foto’s. De inrichting was prima, tv met extreem veel kanalen en alles wat je nodig hebt in een keuken was er. De tuin met bistro setje, twee ligbedden en een heerlijke loungebank onder een afdak, waar je in de schaduw kon chillen! Op het grote dakterras ook nog drie ligbedden en een picknick bank, waar wij heerlijk genoten van de “afternoon sun”. Ook het zwembad, op ongeveer 40 meter van het huisje, was perfect. Als verbeterpunt kunnen we aangeven dat de voordeur lastig opent / sluit en wij vonden de bedden erg doorhangen. Dit laatste punt is heel persoonlijk, zeker gezien wij thuis net nieuwe harde matrassen hebben. Algemene indruk: een aanrader!

Tutto quello che cerchi se vuoi stare a Corralejo

La villetta si trova in una zona appena fuori dal centro di Corralejo (5/10 min a piedi) e vicinissima a servizi come i supermercati lidl e mercadona. La casa é accogliente e adatta a 4 persone Fantastici sono gli spazi esterni con sdrai, divani, poltrone, barbecue che é proprio ciò che cerchi quando sei a Fuerte. Comodo il parcheggio davanti all' ingresso e bella la piscina comunitaria sempre pulita e libera. Direi adatta davvero a tutti, tranne a chi vuol dormire fino a tardi visto che non ci sono oscuranti per le finestre se non una tendina e i vicini un po' chiassosi, ma davvero niente che possa rovinare questa bella esperienza. Tornerei super volentieri

Good property as described

A very well equipped apartment which made nights where we cooked very easy. Good outside space and sheltered for when it is windy. Great communication with the owners prior to arrival and also their representative on the island. It is a bit of a walk to the old town, maybe 25 to 30 minutes and the dunes are really a taxi ride. However, ti stay closer is more expensive.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote.
I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I be.
It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Europe this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks).
The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful.
Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.
This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town. The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper British TV (BBC, ITV etc). This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

The USP of this property is the space and views. In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties. The wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video. The real BBC / ITV etc TV helps parents - it is genuine - watch out for the trick of properties quoting English TV only for you to find out that is English but is actually no English channels that you have ever heard of. I have loads of reviews and a 13 year track record, as evidenced by c539 - one of the original Owners Direct numbers.
