Vår villa är privatägt och underhålls med en privat elektriskt uppvärmd pool i sin egen muromgärdade grunder. Beläget i ett lugnt läge erbjuder den perfekta komma undan och ändå bara några minuter bort för centrum av Playa Blanca. Villan har ett vardagsrum, kök, rymliga badrum och stort sovrum med gott om garderober. Nedan finns uppgifter om de anläggningar som finns i villan. Beläget på El Parque del Rey, är en 10 minuters promenad till hamnen och bara ytterligare 5 minuter till den största shoppinggatan med tre stormarknader Villa Miranda.

Wonderful villa in great location

We had a week at the villa during easter. Its in a lovely quiet location about 10min walk to the promenade. The pool is great, warm and a good size. The villa itself is well equipped and was perfect for a family of four with lots of shaded areaa outside. There was also good privacy screening to the road - although we barely saw anyone go past. We'd definitely stay again.

A gem of a place

We had absolutely everything we needed for our relaxing break. The villa was lovely and clean. The facilities were perfect for us with the bonus of a lovely heated pool. We ate out every night as there is a fantastic choice to choose from. Our hosts checked in on us to see that everything was fine. We would love to come back here in the very near future. Definitely recommended.

Lovely

I stayed for a week with my daughter. The villa is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden feels private and is not overlooked. The walk into town takes around 20 minutes, so it is in a great position to be peaceful, however close enough to not need to drive. We loved it!

Villa was as described. Clean and tidy. Communication from host was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Quiet area good for a relaxing holiday.

Great Base

Well equipped villa with an amazing heated pool suitable for winter swimming. The villa has all necessary self-catering facilities including full oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine.. Wi-fi was good quality. Host (Andrew) very polite and supportive. . Flamingo Beach and town centre can both be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes (dependant on how fast you walk) but the walks to either are pleasant. Beds comfortable. Would definately recommend to anyone wantingbto relax . pleasant

Lovely villa ideal for 2

Lovely villa in a quiet area just outside Playa Blanca town. Ideal for 2 people with its own small private heated pool and everything you need for a relaxing restful holiday. Marina Rubicón 5 mins drive has some lovely restaurants ( would recommend Lani’s)

Firstly the property is very well presented with ample space and a lovely pool. WiFi was faultless. The local amenities are within a short distance and the beaches were clean with nice clear water. 2 local water parks are within a few minutes walk. A lovely quiet residential area far enough away to be peaceful yet close enough to the main areas. Andrew and John (and Pepper the dog) are absolutely amazing hosts who went out of their way to give that ‘extra care’ feel and would have always been on hand should we have needed them. All in all, a 5*+ rating from us and very, very highly recommended.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew's villa. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the villa was impeccably clean, located in a quiet and safe area. The bus stop to Playa Blanca is just a few minutes away, and the center of Playa Blanca is only a 20-minute walk. There's also a lovely water park about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect for young children.

Lovely property and fabulous relaxing getaway - the online pics don’t do it justice. Beautifully clean and well appointed and a pleasant stroll into Playa Blanca (slight incline and a bit windy on the way back up!)

Posizione comoda,a poca distanza dal centro e dal lungo mare,si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi senza dover utilizzare l’automobile. Villetta davvero bella,tenuta bene e molto pulita. Decisamente apprezzati il kit di benvenuto e la facilità del check-in nonostante l’arrivo in serata. Posteggio privato, piscina curata che viene pulita regolarmente. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza.

A relaxing and wonderful stay and the photos don't do it justice

We just had a fantastic and relaxing Easter break in Playa Blanca and loved it. I've not been to Lanzarote before and was very impressed with the resort as it's very clean and not like the usual Canary Island resorts with shopping centres that host the bars and restaurants. It's a long strip of bars and restaurants along the coast. As for the villa, it was better than we expected as the photos don't do it justice. We were a little worried that the pool would be tiny as on Google maps street view it does look it, however it is plenty big enough and nice and warm as it's heated. The villa is also plenty big enough for a family of four and has everything you might need to cook and clean. We were very grateful also for the basket of goodies that were left for us upon our arrival, The villa is in a quiet location and there is a small supermarket half a mile away for essentials or 15-20 minutes away for a bigger supermarket amongst all of the bars and restaurants. There are also several boutique shops including Ale Hop which my girls love. We will definitely return to Playa Blanca as we enjoyed it so much. We would also be more than happy to stay in this villa again too! Thank you Andrew and John for letting us stay, You have a lovely villa.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison d'Andrew. La piscine chauffée, la situation, à 3 minutes en voiture de playa blanca, la terrasse couverte et abritée du vent, le pack de bienvenue, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons.

A lovely break in Playa Blanca

We had a good time at Andrew and John’s property. It was comfortable and well appointed. The warm pool was a great bonus and the development is tidy and quiet. We had a couple of problems which Andrew sorted out promptly and quickly. We enjoyed our holiday greatly.

Lovely four person property walking distance playa blanca. Lovely pool heated to 26°. Everything about this villa is great it's very clean with everything you will need for a relaxing break . The instruction booklet is perfect giving every detail that you need. We will certainly be back soon . Lanzarote has so much to offer with warm sunny weather throughout the year ,Playa Balance has so much to offer with every cuisine imaginable available. Lovely villa just far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the shops and bars within 20 mins. The villa was spotless, Andrew is easy to deal with and very accommodating. The welcome pack, beach towels, toiletries, hair dryer and an iron that actually works are a nice touch. We will be visiting again!

Perfect Quiet Location

The villa was very well equipped & clean. Everything that you could possibly need has been thought of. Our Christmas stay was perfect, the best holiday that we have had. The Pool is a perfect temperature and very well maintained. The location is ideal, we did not hire a car on this occasion but found everything that we needed within easy walking distance. Playa Blanca is so beautiful, this is our first visit to the location after staying in many other places in Lanzarote over the years. Playa Blanca has become a firm favourite, we intend to return soon. I have no hesitation in giving the villa, hosts and location 5 Stars. Thank you both for a lovely stay at your villa xx

Ideal location away from centre or supermarket which are only a 20 minute walk away. Pool well maintained and villa does the job perfectly. Would have no hesitation in returning.

Hi I’m Andrew and the property belongs to me. I live on Lanzarote with a sun loving West Highland Terrier called Sally. A good part of my time is spent ensuring that our place is kept to highest standards both inside and out. The only way I can ensure my standards are met is to do it myself. Following COVID-19 we ensure that the property has at least 8 man hours of cleaning between guests.

We love the island and all it has to offer and we are thrilled when other people are introduced to Lanzarote after booking with us. It’s even more rewarding when those people come back to us year after year. I am more than happy to share my knowledge of the island having lived here for years and many of our guests have been surprised at just how much more there is besides glorious sunshine and beautiful beaches.

Our place is absolutely ideal for couples who want a peaceful quiet break . We are fortunate to be situated far closer to the beachside town of Playa Blanca than many properties in the area.
Since 2005 when the property was built, the private estate it’s part of has been maintained to the highest standard and is still as peaceful as ever.

May be the best part is lounging in the pool as the sun goes down with a bottle of Lanzarote wine.
