Nyligen uppdaterad 3 sovrum, 3 badrum sjöutsikt hem i vackra Rotunda West. Ligger granne med Long Marsh golfbana på en lugn väg med mindre än 20 hem. Titta på djurlivet och golfare från den expansiva Lanai med en uppvärmd pool. Vackra plankegolvgolv i vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket. Nya kaklade gästbad och ny plyschmatta i alla sovrum. Sovrummet har en klädkammare, stort badrum med hans och hennes handfat, badkar, och stå upp dusch. Sovrummet med sovrum erbjuder också 2 skjutdörrar som leder till Lanai och poolen med utsikt över sjön när du sover i din välförtjänta semester! Gästvingen har sin egen dörr för avskildhet och båda sovrummen har nya drottningssängar, byråer, sidobord och dubbla garderober. Två badrum finns i gästvingen; en avsedd för sovrummet vid poolen som gör det enkelt att komma från poolområdet. Den andra med badkar / dusch och egen lager linne garderob är lättillgängligt från det andra gäst sovrummet. Alla möbler är helt nya inklusive kraftläderstolar, matbord för 6 (med en bänk) frukostbar med 4 läderpallar, uteservering för 6, 2 solstolar med dryckebord och rostfri BBQ för grillning vid solnedgången! Alla sängar erbjuder nya, mycket bekväma Tommy Bahama-madrasser-ahhh !! Varje sovrum har en fullt lager linne garderob med sängkläder, badtillbehör och badlakan. Sovrummen har vardera ett takfläkt liksom familjerummet, Lanai och köket. Välutrustat kök med nytt kylskåp med dörren is och vatten, spis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, bortskaffande och små apparater som en mixer, brödrost, crockpot, disk, serveringsplattor och mer för alla dina matbehov. Helt ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare. 2 bil garage.

A Perfect Family Getaway in Rotonda!

We had an absolutely wonderful repeat stay at Dave & Diane’s beautiful home in Rotonda! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, the beds were very comfortable, and the layout was perfect for both spending time together and giving everyone their own space.The highlight for us was the pool and lanai area—so peaceful and private, with a gorgeous view of the pond. We spent hours swimming, relaxing, boating, and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was a great location for exploring local beaches, golf courses, and restaurants.The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything so easy from booking to check-out. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay in Florida!

Lovely Home

Thank you Diane and Dave for the use of your lovely home and for the thoughtfulness of the Christmas decor for our stay during the holiday season!We have been renting vacation places for 20 years and your home is by far the best we have stayed at! It is meticulously kept and well taken care of. The quiet location is fabulous and so were all the beautiful sunsets. Your home was truly a home away from home for our family!! Spectacular Home!

Definitely a 10 out of 10! We have just returned from a blissful, peaceful holiday. The home itself was wonderfully equipped, with everything supplied .Many an hour enjoyed sitting on the lanai, watching all the bird and animal life. As ex holiday home owners ourselves, we found that this home was of an exceptional standard. Even hurricane Helene didn't affect us much and the owners were in constant communication during this time, keeping us aware of what to do. Well done Diane and David.

Beach vacation

We stay here every summer and do not even look anywhere else to book. This is the best rental you can ask for with a beautiful view and great communication from the owners.

Traumhaus in ruhiger Nachbarschaft

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Aufteilung ist perfekt. Hilfreiche Tipps und Tricks vorhanden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Mehr Küchengeräte als man braucht, wirklich an alles gedacht. Sehr nette Vermieter und direkt erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage wollte nicht so recht und es wurde direkt sonntags ein Techniker bestellt, der kurz darauf eingetroffen ist. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great private stay near beaches

We loved staying at this house. The owners are very responsive. We didn't have any issues, and the pictures show exactly what the house is like. There are a lot of amenities, including bikes, golf clubs, pool floats and noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers. The beaches are about 20 minutes away, but it is very easy to get to the beaches. Restaurants are about 20 minutes away, too, but there are some fast food chains closer. I would recommend this home to anyone. It was great!

Prime location, comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our spring break stay at David & Diane’s. The home is conveniently located near our favorite local beaches, tennis courts, shops and restaurants. We had a great time visiting Gasparilla Island and spending time with family. The home is very clean and well-equipped. We are already looking forward to another visit. David and Diane are excellent hosts.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed two weeks. House was clean and very well stocked. We had a few minor concerns that were promptly addressed by owner. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood with well-kept properties.

Perfect

Our stay was wonderful. This home is very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The heated pool was a huge plus as the weather was a little cool. Dealing with the owners was a breeze and any texts were promptly replied to. Will definitely stay again if in the neighborhood.

Relax in Rotonda West

Our vacation home had everything we needed to relax after a busy family wedding. It’s a great location to numerous beautiful beaches which are only 20 minutes away. And when you don’t want to picnic on the beach; our vacation home was close to great local restaurants, shopping, hiking and a fantastic community parks for the pickleball enthusiasts The kitchen was well supplied and spacious for making those yummy family recipes The sleeping arrangements were fantastic and the beds were so so comfortable All in all, we will be back soon

Rotunda trip

Great holiday villa, well appointed with a great pool area and views over the pond that was full of wildlife. Well placed for golf, right next to one of the local courses, very friendly people at the course. Also close to the amazing beaches! Great holiday!

Adult Family Vacation

The house was exceptional. The furnishings, appliances, and the decor was all very high end. We really loved the layout of the home and the pool area. Everything you could possibly want was there for you to use. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were close to the beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores too. The host was easy to communicate with. Our family had a very relaxing vacation, and we would stay there again. Peter and Joan.

Amazing pool, clean and comfy house

We had a great stay at this house in Rotonda West. It was super clean and comfy, just like the description. Diane, the host, was quick to answer our questions, which was a big help. The best part was the pool and the amazing view. We even got to see a crocodile sunbathing! Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we'd definitely recommend it. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

This is our second year vacationing in Florida at this home. The owners are wonderful and communicate exceptionally well. The home is immaculate and is perfect for a family to get away to. Close to beaches and convenience stores. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. You won’t regret booking this home!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben das Haus für 2 Wochen gemietet. Es ist super gut ausgestattet. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus war super sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Mit den Vermietern standen wir im engen Kontakt und haben uns bei einem Problem sehr gut unterstützt. Von Rotonda aus haben wir viele Ausflüge unternommen und als „base“ war es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder, da einfach alles gepasst hat und wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Perfect getaway

The home is beautiful, spacious,and relaxing. Easy checkin and the hosts were available at any time. We enjoyed the pool, the quiet surroundings, private yard, and beautiful sunsets. The home is close to Manasota Key beach( Englewood beach) and Boca Grande. Plenty to do or not do! Great location and great house!

Wonderful Stay

This home was beautiful and the perfect place to celebrate our daughters graduation. Very spacious with everything we needed. All the beach amenities were great. Kitchen was well stocked and a very comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool area and I loved bird watching in the morning.
