Detta är en ny, modern studio med eget dusch / toalett. Rummet nås genom en egen ingång vid sidan av vårt familjehus. Studion är nybyggd, ren och tyst, med underbar utsikt över trädgården och användning av en uteplats. Det finns TV och gratis Wi-Fi. I köket finns mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, te- och kaffefaciliteter samt en Nespresso-maskin. Det finns också en strykbräda och en hårtork. Gästerna kommer att ha total integritet och kan komma och gå som de vill. Tyvärr men ingen rökning är tillåten på fastigheten. Platsen är bara 5mins bort från Golders Green tunnelbana (tunnelbana) och busstationen. Det är ett säkert, vänligt område med många affärer, restauranger, barer och parker. Bedövning Hampstead Heath ligger bara 10 minuter bort. Röret tar bara 10mins till Camden Town, 25mins till Oxford St, 35 minuter till Buckingham Palace och Tower of London. Det finns många bussar till alla delar av London och direktbussar till Luton och Stanstead flygplatser, bara en timme. Heathrow är 40 minuter med taxi eller 80 minuter med tunnelbana. Den lokala parken 5 minuter bort har gratis tennisbanor och en fantastisk lekplats för barn. Det har också en liten zoo.

I stayed in this lovely place and it was absolutely perfect. It was cozy and had everything I needed for my stay in London. It doesn’t have a full kitchen but has a kitchenette which made sense for me as I just needed to make coffee, store my snacks and heat up my leftovers. It has a big window which I would open up in then morning as I watched the birds frolicking about. The fruit trees also made me happy to see because they reminded me of home. The access to transportation was great also and made it easier for me to navigate London. There’s grocery stores and food places close by as well. I would say the only thing missing was an umbrella that I could have used for the unexpected rain we had while visiting. Otherwise Paul was a great host and I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay with Paul in Hampstead Heath! It was so quiet and restful there after a full day in busy London. Paul was very good at communicating and making us comfortable! Would highly recommend this place! Very qell connected to the underground!

Perfect pied-à-terre in golder’s green

Lovely studio a few minutes walk from golders green station. Clean, quiet area. 20 minutes from king’s cross and action of London. Lovely parks and cafes within walking distance. Host accessible and responsive to questions. Weather was exceedingly hot and host provided an excellent fan which kept place cool enough for sleeping.

The area has good quality restaurants with very reasonable price. It's conveniently located within 6 min walk to the underground ( Northern Line) and has supermarkets, banks, cafes, etc. The studio is cozy, clean and quiet. Love that we can use the covered patio outside the studio, overlooking a neat backyard. It's so refreshing to sip on a drink on the patio after a day visiting busy London. Host is communicative and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place.

Very nice location convenient to public transit. Property was an easy walk from the “tube” and several bus stops. Paul was friendly and easy to contact with quick responses. The property is small but you have everything you need. There was a sink and counter with shelves that had plenty of cups and mugs for two people. There was a toaster and tea kettle. It was very clean! The bedding was comfy. There is a nice big window with a lovely view of the yard. We also had use of the patio area and the chairs were comfy. I spent many afternoons of our stay reading there.

Lovely Place to Stay

The studio is in an adorable neighborhood that felt very safe and was easy to navigate. Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. I texted him to ask if I could stay an extra night, and he made that process incredibly easy. I’d love to stay here again.

Quiet and Clean

Everything from the check in and responsiveness of Paul was great. Cozy place near the subway was ideal for quick travel across the city. No need to rent a car. Would recommend.

Semaine de visite à Londres

Tout d'abord, Paul a été très facilitant avec nous et très réactif. Nous avons adoré le quartier, les environs avec ses supermarchés et restos; la maison de Paul est très sécurisée. Par ailleurs, l'espace intérieur est un peu petit lorsque nous avons à y prendre les repas en temps de froid. Aussi, le bruit de la pompe, après quelques jours, peut devenir dérangeant. Mais il y a beaucoup de positif à ce petit loft. Merci Paul de ta gentillesse. Par temps doux et chaud

Small studio with a nice garden

Cosy place for a couple, good located close to the underground and bus stops. Beautiful garden. Nice and helpful owner. The only negative point is the annoying noise of the pomp when you use the toilet.

Ottima esperienza, posizione a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana, per raggiungere il centro circa 40 minuti. L'appartamento è piccolino, ma ha a disposizione il prato davanti, per cui si può fare colazione fuori.

5 night stay

Excellent stay, location was perfect for us. 5 mins walk from a northern line tube station. Cafes, restaurants nearby. Area was very quiet and very pleasant. Paul was very helpful when we arrived and explained what we needed to do and pointed out some local amenities which was great. Italian restaurant under the bridge by the tube station was fantastic. Lovely to come back to the peace and quiet after long days walking round the city We would definitely stay here again. We also had off street parking which was a huge bonus for us. Thank you very much for our stay.

Great place and great location

Extremely clean and private flat in a safe neighborhood. A short walk from the tube, which goes into all the popular places of london. Paul was extremely accomodating and helpful, either about the property or activities in london. Would definitely stay again.

Garden Bliss- Peaceful- Access to public transportation

A great spot to relax and recharge. Exquisite garden access, wake up to birds chirping and well manicured and tended outdoor space. Closely located to train and bus station, I was able to balance the countryside experience of the lush outdoors with efficient trips into and around the city. The host was also personable and offered tips for getting around the city.

Paul is very responsive, the neighborhood is lovely, the Northern line of the tube (which serves this area) is super convenient to everything, and the bed was very, very comfortable!

Varför värden valde detta boende

I have lived in this area all my life.It is a beautiful part of London with many parks and open spaces but it is very close to the centre, thanks to great transport connections. A beautiful park with a small zoo and tennis courts is nearby.
