Min plats sover mer än bekvämt två. På grund av gemenskapens regler och att det är i ett bostadsområde kan jag inte längre få barn som inte är vänner eller familjens vistelse. Det är bara par.

Det ligger i Parque Natural-området i Corralejo, las Americas 2, som ligger en kilometer från staden.

Bara en sju minuters promenad bort finns det några barer restauranger kaféer taxistation, affärer och ett stort snabbköp från Mercadona.
Det är en kort bilresa till många stränder där stadsstranden är en trevlig 20 minuters promenad bort.
Bungalowen har den extra fördelen av att kunna parkera vid ytterdörren.
Det finns en stor takterrass med utsikt över berg, sanddyner, havet och Lanzarotte.

Great apartment very spacious.

We had a great holiday here.the apartment is a great size and it’s great having so much outside space.there are a few bars and restaurants just down the road but jump in a taxi for about €3.50 and go into town.

spacious house, very clean , easy to walk into the town

The house is in a great position close to walking to the town. the pool is right next door and is well maintained. Inside the house is very homely and clean with all the cooking facilities you need. Its like home from home and would recommend this property to anyone.

Brilliant week

This is a real gem of a holiday bungalow. It’s well designed and the outside courtyard style patio receives sunshine practically all day. There is also a roof terrace that offers great views and further sunbathing space if required. Indoors the kitchen is extremely well equipped, as were all the other rooms. The bungalow is next to a large swimming pool and situated within a gated community. Within this community there is a mixture of holiday homes and permanent residencies.Once on the main road you can turn right and a five to ten minute walk will lead you two supermarket’s and selection of bars and restaurants. The Same applies if you were to turn left although this time it’s only one supermarket. The Indian restaurant here is very good and two of the bars were showing the football matches. At this point you are fifteen to twenty minutes walk away from the beginning of the main town. (Make sure to take the correct road from the roundabout though to ensure the quickest route!)Our holiday was enhanced by the bungalow’s property manager and owner team who are really friendly, caring and efficient. Thank you Hayden, your local management team are excellent.

My Wife and I Celebrated our anniversary and having used this Villa before decided to go back, was not disappointed had a lovely stay, quiet enough and only a 10 min walk to the nearest shops and a 20 stroll into town , would definitely use again ,Davy was also brilliant picked us up from the airport and took us to the supermarket to get some provisions ,Thanks again, Sandra & John

Lovely Bungalow would recommend, went with my wife for a quite week, Brilliant everything you need private, close enough to town but quite enough if you want to get away from it all. Great location

I enjoy walking over the dunes in the morning and this was in the perfect location for that. I travel alone but felt safe here as you needed keys to get into the complex. Not as quiet as I hoped with a gang of lads climbing over the wall in the afternoon and hanging out in the gazebo at the bottom of the garden smoking, drinking and playing loud music but hasn’t put me off returning as I’m sure they will get bored soon and move on, other than that I had the perfect holiday and will definitely book this bungalow again. Thanks for all the quick responses to my emails.

Great Vacation

The house is in a great location! Near bars and groceries. We loved walking through the desert to the dunes and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people. Davy was a big help when we needed him. Some people wrote about the neighbors birds. They did not bother us at all. We liked to listen to them. It was a happy greeting in the morning! The pool was well cared for. Very clean. The inside seemed to be newly painted. Beds were good. No coffee maker, just a filter and a glass carafe. Which didnt bother us. The pots could use some lids. We had a nice stay for 4 weeks.

Acht Wochen Corralejo

Wir waren im Februar und März 8 Wochen zu Gast. Die Kommunikation mit Hayden und Davy war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung wirkte neu renoviert, aber es gibt noch Luft nach oben. Die Elektrogeräte in der Küche, besonders Herd und Ofen, bedürfen der Erneuerung. Das Geschirr in der Küche ist bunt zusammengewürfelt. Töpfe und Pfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist in der Zwischenzeit vorhanden. Die Wohnung war bei der Übergabe weitgehend gereinigt, die Küche hätte bei der Reinigung mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient gehabt. Der vorhandene Weber-Grill war in einem desolaten Zustand und erst nach intensiver Reinigung benutzbar. Die Papageien des Nachbarn, ein freundlicher Mensch der uns zum Einzug eine Flasche Wein geschenkt hat, haben uns nicht gestört. Anders war es mit den zwei Hunden wenn diese Auslauf im Garten hatten. Das Gekläffe war nur sehr schwer zu ertragen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (LIDL, Mercadonna, ChinaShop etc) waren optimal. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ideal Location for a great holiday

Wonderful location for proximity to supermarkets, and easy walk to beaches and town centre. Communal swimming pool is right next door and extremely well maintained, although in need of new sun beds. Property manager Davy is very helpful and on hand if you need him. Admittedly a few things within the villa are ready for updating and would transform this villa from a great stay to a tremendous vacation. Would stay again for longer next time!

Nice spacious house

Easy to book and great communication with Hayden and Davy when we arrived. The house is located in a gated estate, the house is very spacious, the outside spaces are amazing, the terrace gets the sun from really early morning to mid-afternoon and the roof terrace get the sun all day. The house is well furnished overall, the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very conformable. The house is next door to the pool and there is hardly anyone ever at the pool. We were very disappointing to find a dirty glass with lipstick on in the cupboard. We think that the previous guests had done in on purpose as the glass was purposely put behind another glass, nerveless ,we got slightly worried about the hygiene of everything else in the kitchen especially with COVID so we cleaned everything ourselves. The neighbours next door have by the sounds of them, exotic birds which tweets loudly a lot, it felt like we were in the Amazon jungle at times, we didn’t mind them. Unfortunately the neighbour next door decided to work on some sort of bird cage on a Sunday and in all honestly he hammered on this metal cage from 8am until 8pm. This is out with the owner’s control but worth noting that our first day wasn’t relaxing Some of the house and outside walls and fences could do with some freshening up. Overall we had a good week, checking in and out was very easy. Thanks for renting your house

Home away from home

Excellent communication with Hayden the owner from start to finish. Apartment is is a really good location, 20 minutes walk to town but local bars and eateries within a three minute walk (Do try PJ’s bar also known as the Bocadillo, excellent food, best pint and wine and brilliant prices. Apartment had everything you need, we stayed four weeks and the only thing we missed was British tv, wouldn’t have mattered on a holiday up to two weeks because you are normally out every night. Brilliant roof terrace and right next to the swimming pool. Greeted on arrival by Davey who was also only a WhatsApp away if we needed him. Plenty of cooking utensils, storage space in bedrooms was good and the furniture was comfortable, rooms bright and airy and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay

Both the owners, Hayden & Davy, made for a really fantastic accomodation experience. They greet us at check-in with big smiles & lovely chats. Both before & throughout our stay, they were amazing at communicating & helping with any questions we had. The bungalow is always more spacious than the photos let on, with the otherside patio being a nice size & the rooftop space being lovely for tanning. 10/10 would recommend this accomodation to others.

Accurate description

The property was ideal for us, loved the 2 outside areas. The property is light and bright with comfortable furnishings, and had enough cooking utensils, crockery etc, parking space outside the front door and secure access gate into complex. Unfortunately was only there 6 days out of 14 due to flights ( Covid -19 ) but would definitely return when able to.

Nice modern house with good facilities

Nice modern bungelow with private balcony out back and nice roof terrace with good views. In a gated community. All modern equipment Only gave 4 stars as is a good 30+ min walk down to the harbour but with a bycycle only 10mins.Shops and cafes also only 10min walk away. Would happily use again in future.

Spacious rooms in private setting.

We thought it was a nice light spacious place to stay quite well equipt kitchen, loved the size of the rooms and the roof terrace .Disappointed the pool was empty the whole time we were there , and had not been informed.had it been in use we may have not felt so isolated from people as there was beds around it. Being elderly we did not wish to walk out far but the paths were shocking to get to the shops or restaurants.,and we felt quite cut off. The TV in the lounge would not pick up any English speaking programs and the small one in the bedroom had no signal at all. There was a DVD but no films provided to watch.

All that we needed and more!

My wife and I have visited Corralejo every winter for the past 10 years and Hayden's house was absolutely perfect for us. Very spacious and comfortable. Certainly the best property that we have rented in the area. Prime position on a small residential complex of about 50 houses, right next to the communal swimming pool which was very well maintained. Well equipped kitchen should you wish to cook, but there are literally dozens of places to eat out if you wish. We had a car as we like to travel around but literally 5 minutes walk up the road is the largest supermarket in the town with everything you would need. 5 minutes in the opposite direction is a taxi rank, a few bars and one of the best bakers and patisseries on the island. The added bonus is the large patio sundeck on the roof. We were lucky to have great weather all the time we were here and the roof terrace had constant sunshine from around 10.00am - 5.00pm. I notice a few previous comments about the bedroom drawers and the curtains. This island has a warm tropical climate and furnishings will always suffer some wear and tear in temperature like this. However, both the drawers and the curtains were in the process of being replaced during our stay. We had a fantastic time and certainly hope to be back here again next year. My only suggestion might be to have a folder in the living room where guests could leave recommendations of places to eat, menus for takeaways that deliver and contact numbers for taxis etc. Thanks again for a great stay. Hi, I live in London, with my wife 2 kids & dog.
I'd move here tomorrow if it was upto me, but Ann has better ideas like living in England. We go there every year & rent out to tourists as much as we can.

Varför värden valde detta boende

A little bit out the way, with it still being walking distance to town, whilst still having local amneties very close by. Its a lovely property, next to the pool, driveway, easy to maintain & nearly double the outdoor space than indoors.
