Always love Orange Beach

We always enjoy Orange Beach in the springtime! The condo was very nice and welcoming. The owners, John and Paige were great to work with and very quick to respond to questions and provide items as needed. The new updates to the facility amenities were wonderful, especially the adult only pool area. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful condo directly on the gulf of America.My bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and I wasn’t in the masterI like the fact that the condo has no breezeway so you are not in the elements at any time from parking garage to front doorYou get what you pay for and this place was top notch

Perfect and relaxing Thanksgiving week stay. The owners John and Paige were great to work with and made communication easy. Well stocked and cared for condo — kitchen supplies, towels, games, etc. Appreciated the full-size washer and dryer. A few starter-size items provided—toilet paper, paper towels, bath essentials.

Awesome experience

Loved every minute of the vacation and room. Room was just as stated and communication with the owner was easy and they were there from the get go if we needed anything (which we didn’t). Would be back for future vacations here.

Family and friends

The pictures of this property are point on. We had plenty of room to relax and spread out throughout the condo. The property is very well stocked with any kitchen appliance and utensils you could need. The separate ice maker was amazing. John and Paige were easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We were a bit hesitant about the elevators with being on the 27th floor but all in all the experience was not terrible. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! We saw SO MANY dolphins and even saw 2 sting rays. Being so high you do not hear as much of the noise from the pool area and bar. I do have a few complaints about the property in general, not the condo itself. The security is ALL OVER keeping anyone under 21 out of the adult only pool but they do not patrol or keep order around the other pool or lazy river. The pools were only cleaned one time the entire week we were there. There were deflated floats and trash lying around the lazy river at all times as well as SEVERAL broken lounge chairs. Unless you were in the lazy river early in the morning it was difficult to relax and just float due to all the kids swimming, running around and jumping into the lazy river. All in all, we really did enjoy our time and would definitely stay again at John and Paige’s property. Thank you both for being amazing to work with. May God continue to bless you greatly!!

Orange Beach Independence Day

We had a wonderful time at the location. The amenities were top notch and the staff was great. Our family enjoyed the pool and beach, as well as nearby shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back to Orange Beach.

Kathy, John, Jonathan and Paige have been vacationing in Orange Beach for more than 25 years as our family adopted the beauty of the Sugar sands and Gulf as our family vacation place to make memories of a lifetime. A family that has cross continent roots as Kathy was from California and John is from New York but have come to call the south our family home. We hope to relocate full time to the Gulf as soon as life steps allow.

We are fortunate to have owned first in Tradewinds in Orange Beach where we have a 2 bedroom unit. We then purchased our 3 bedroom for our growing family and friends at Island Tower Luxury condos in Gulf Shores. As we toured the The Oasis at Orange Beach formerly Phoenix West II for our first time we immediately knew that this was a vacation resort unmatched on the Gulf as it offers everything that a family or couples looking for relaxation could imagine ! This resort is just the ultimate luxury complex on the beach !

We looked at dozens of units so we can honestly say that the original owners did a masterful job in decorating and completing this unit. The decor is just wonderful and the view from a completely PRIVATE BALCONY is wonderful ! Read your Bible or your latest hot summer novel as you just will not want to leave the balcony! The amenities offer everything so we promise it will not disappoint. We can't wait to block some weeks for our own stay!
