Perfect location

Lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment. Location brilliant near our favourite restaurants and beach. Also great for walks to Playa Honda and Peurto del Calero. Janet is a fantastic host. We really enjoyed our holiday .

Beautiful property with everything you could need for a self catering holiday, the only items missing for me were shower gel and hand-wash, i would usually take my own but only had underseat bag this time round, the storage box on the terrace was full of extra bits that were super useful, including snorkles, sun umbrella, inflatables etc. Large selection of DVDs and books is a nice touch. Pool area clean with plenty of space. 30 seconds from the shops/restaurants and beach. Overall 10/10.

Great position by The Strip

So many bars & restaurants nearby. Flat & easy to walk to them all. If you want to go further afield ( to Old Town etc) then taxis are plentiful & very reasonable

Lovely apartment in a great location

We have just got home after having a great holiday in this apartment and it was lovely it’s got everything you need and is so close to bars restaurants and shops all the staff that work on the complex we’re really friendly and helpful as was Janet with any questions we had before arriving.

Location Location Location

A quaint apartment within very easy reach of PDC bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and nicely presented but doesn't have the views as it's a ground floor apartment. It can be noisy for a few moments around 5.30am due to lorry movements, as the bedrooms back onto a road, that said, the apartment is in a fairly quiet location. The owner contacted me shortly after booking and was extremely helpful as were the onsite staff. There are bathroom towels supplied and can be changed whenever you wish, there are also detergent and cloths for cleaning crockery of which there was plenty. Sunbathing was on the apartments patio and there was 2 sunbeds provided, we were also offered towels for sunbathing if we wished. We had a problem with a toaster which was tripping the main panel but the issue easily resolved by the onsite staff supplying a new one.We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay in this apartment again.

Perfect location

A good sized, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment ideally located for beaches, restaurants buses etc. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend this property to anyone wishing for everything on their doorstep.

Very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Small complex of about 40 apartments around a small pool. Ideal for the more 'mature' guest, very close to shops, restaurants, beach, taxis, bus stop and supermarket.

Great holiday perfect location

We had a lovely holiday in a nice apartment with the perfect location.All the people on the complex were friendly and helpful especially Javier and Soraya.The apartment was clean and well equipped with all the facilities we needed.The pool area was also lovely and very well maintained.Great communication from Janet as well all made it a great holiday

Perfect for us.

We had a brilliant 10 day stay over Christmas in Janet’s apartment the location was perfect for us as was the apartment's facilities, we tend to eat out on holiday but apartment had everything you need if you wanted to cook/watch TV etc. All communal areas are very well kept and clean and residents very friendly. At night it’s quiet which suits us. We would definitely stay again on future trips to Lanzarote. Thanks again Janet for the use of your apartment.

Fantastic ground floor apartment

Have just returned from a week at this fantastic apartment. It had everything we needed and more. A few minutes walk from a couple of supermarkets, pleanty of shops and restaurantes. Our favourite was the italian next to the spar shop. The owner Janet was quick to respond to any questions we had before we travelled. We will hopefully be returning soon

Excellent location

Great two bedroomed property, literally 50ft from main strip in Puerto del Carmen. Great communication with Janet. Very helpful lady. Two small beaches close by, one beside Domiti ice-cream shop and one opposite La Penita apartments - opposite directions. Loads of nice restaurants nearby to eat in. Good choice of local shops. Couldn't ask for a better base. Lovely and quiet apartment complex.

We had three fantastic weeks here second time in Janet,s apartment and it was like coming home. Plenty of space, very clea, thanks Linda and hubby. Great for getting around and lots of bars and restaurants close by. The complex is well managed and clean. We didn't,t use the polol because of my disability but the apt is just around the corner from it so is very peaceful.. We enjoyed our stay very much and hopefully will be back another time

Superb accommodation and facilitie

We were fortunate to meet the owner, Janet, on our arrival and could not have asked for friendlier greeting to the apartment and area. The apartment itself is superbly decorated with quality furniture and fittings. The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you should need, the beds very comfortable. The apartment is spotlessly clean and towels of high quality. The complex is just the right size - not huge and not too small; the pool very adequate. Its location is absolutely perfect for the beach, shops, restuarants and bars. The prices in this part of Puerto Del Carmen are cheaper than in the Old Town, and the ambience better! We have made up our minds to return to this apartment next year and will book with Janet as soon as flight schedules have been declared. Just fabulous!

Very enjoyable long holiday

My wife and I have just returned from a 10 week stay in this very nice apartment. The small complex, which is quiet and peaceful, is only a few steps away from Avenida de Las Playas, with lots of shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. There is a private terrace where we had breakfast and other meals when we weren`t eating out. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. Linda and Gary, a very nice couple, came in once a week to clean and change the bed linen and towels. The gardens and pool area are well maintained by the complex, which also provides the Wi-Fi connection. This was very slow but Javier, the manager of the complex, is working on the problem and it will hopefully improve. Thank you Janet for being so helpful and we will have no problem recommending your apartment to our friends.

Brilliant location

What a wonderful apartment!!! The location is just about perfect especially as my husband has some mobility problems. The area is absolutely flat and just steps away from the heart of everything. Three minutes walk takes you to the beach and main spar supermarket which is actually as good as having an 'Asda' on your doorstep! Janet knows just what is needed to make your stay very comfortable and a home from home experience ...everything you could possibly think of that you need is in the apartment and provided to add to your comfort. Towels are changed twice a week by lovey Linda who is always available to help with anything at all. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard in fact I couldn't do it better myself and I'm fussy!!! The beds are heaven ..just so comfortable and spacious giving us a really good nights sleep every night.. Patio furniture is brilliant .. in fact once in the reclining chairs with a G nT in hand you don't want to move they are so comfortable. Although we didn't need them there are plenty of fans about the apartment if it gets particularly hot. Janet is very friendly and helpful and the whole booking process felt very safe and secure. Thank you Janet we had a most enjoyable holiday and would certainly return here when we come to Lanzarote .again..
