Vi älskar det nya utseendet på vårt renoverade kök / vardagsrum / matsal. Den nyöppnade planlösningen, trägolv, brickplattor etc. har förbättrat vårt hem vädjan och användbarhet. Vi håller på att inreda vår nya Estes Park-bortflykt.

Vi har fantastisk utsikt över bergen i ett avskilt område som fortfarande ligger nära staden (under 10 minuter till centrum). Kom och upplev vårt avkopplande hem.

Vardagsrummet, matsalen, köket och kontors- / dagbäddskroken är alla på huvudnivån. Det finns gott om plats att samlas vid köksbordet (plats 8) och runt spisen eller TV: n. 7 stora fönster ser ut mot bergen.

På övervåningen är Master svit, ett andra sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Befälhavaren har direkt tillgång till ett stort däck med badtunna och fantastisk utsikt. Stargazing från badtunnan bör inte missas.

Nedervåningen finns ett separat familjerum med en annan öppen spis, ett tredje sovrum och en tvättstuga / halvbad. En skjutbar glasdörr erbjuder utsikt från familjerummet.

Älg och rådjur kommer igenom fastigheten och annat djurliv finns i området inklusive älgar, björnar och bighorns får. Rocky Mountain National Park ligger bara 10 minuter bort med stora möjligheter för sightseeing, vandring, ryggsäck, flugfiske och klättring. På vintern är det ett utmärkt ställe för snöskor och backskidåkning.

Vårt hem är en underbar plats för dig och din familj och vänner att uppleva en reträtt från det vanliga livet. Kom och njut av skönheten i Rocky Mountains och den underbara staden Estes Park.

Short commute from town

Property is very cozy and has all of the amenities you will need for your entire stay. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

RMNP visit

A perfect place for our trip to RMNP! Close to park entrances and just enough secluded from the hustle and bustle of town. The house was cozy and clean and the hot rub was great after hiking all day! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Great home and neighborhood!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as pictured. We viewed elk, mule deer with fawns and many birds without leaving the property. We would visit again.

Perfect location for RMNP visit

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Prior to our arrival, we communicated with Dana regarding area forest fires. She was quick to respond—providing updates as needed. The place was clean and a great location for downtime between activities in Estes Park and the RMNP. Wonderful vacation!

Perfect Location

Perfect location on the edge of a development so it feels like you're out on your own while still in town. Everyone loved the hot tub, and the spacious deck was perfect for grilling and hanging out. Perfect house for a family vacation.

Estes Park home

Very comfortable and livable. A bit dated in some rooms but we really only slept and played games in evenjng. Very close to RMNP where we hiked everydsy. Hot tub was a big bonus.

Great stay

The property was just right for our family’s needs. It was close enough to the sites we wanted to see and experience and separated enough to unwind and focus on our time together. The hot tub is a nice plus after a hike in the rain. Owners are great communicators, too, ready to answer any questions.

Great location in town with private setting!

We loved the convenience of the house to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and yet it still felt so private! The view of the rock wall and mountains was splendid. The house was very comfortable, and the hot tub was a favorite for relaxing after hiking. Very convenient to Lily Lake, and we enjoyed evening walks after dinner.

Our stay was OK but they need to update living room. Couch was very wore out. like setting on the floor. Window blinds broke. Baseboard heaters did not work in many rooms.

Stayed at home for son 's wedding in Estes Park. Was a great location to venue, downtown Ests Park and Rocky Mountain Park. House was beautiful, great accomodations even pack n play for one yr old granson. Enjoyed the surroundings (deer slept under shade trees in front yard). Hot tub on porch very nice. We just wished we could have had more time to relax at property, so much going on with wedding.Would go back to house, thank you for the wonderful way you quickly answered all questions.

Nice Property

I gave it all 5 stars and Steve and team were great to work with. I do think the property could be improved with a little effort. A new mattress in the master would help. Also the Wifi/internet needs to be improved if possible. A door for the basement would also make that space work better if someone chose to sleep down there. All in all, a nice property, clean, and well-maintained.

Decent accommodations close to Rocky Mountain National Park

We appreciated the 10 minute drive to Downtown Estes Park an d the west entrance to RMNP. The house was dated in appearance and furnishings. We found blinds in one of the bedrooms not able to be lowered, and one of the blinds in the nook off the dining room didn’t go up. The slider off the master bedroom kept going off the track. The garage door opener left on the counter didn’t open the garage door. There was only one coffee filter That was the correct size for the coffee maker in the cupboard for a four night stay.

Disappointing

Kitchen poorly furnished. Only 6 small repurposed jelly glasses and 2 pint jars for drinking. No salad plates, no butter dish and no storage containers. Only 2 placemats. Frying pan was completely warn out with much of the nonstick surface missing. Nice set of knives but there wasn't a knife you could slice a tomato with. The frig was difficult to use and belonged in a small apartment. There was mildew in the bath and shower and thick dust in the window sills. The screen on the main bedroom door was missing. That made it difficult to get any air in the bedroom. The washer/dryer were excellent. It would help if they would switch the door on the dryer to make it easier to load from the washing machine. Nice large deck and well maintained hot tub. We saw lots of deer and elk while staying there but we would choose someplace else for our next visit.
