Vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa, öppen spis och en platt-TV. Ett fullt utrustat kök med alla större apparater och ett matbord med plats för fyra belyser ett bra rum som gör att gästerna kan njuta av hemmet i en världsklass Waldorf-Astoria resort. Sovrummet har en king size-säng TV och byrå. Enheten har en hall badrum med dusch och ett master badrum med dubbelt fåfänga, dusch och badkar. Franska dörrar i master sviten öppna till en privat uteplats som ligger bredvid en gemensam pool och badtunna. Lägenheten ligger bara en kort promenad till hotellets huvudlobb, konferenscenter, restauranger och butiker. Enheten kan kombineras med SV004 (Single Story Spa Villa Studio med en king size-säng) för att skapa en rymlig två sovrum Spa Villa (beroende på tillgänglighet). Love La Quinta!

The La Quinta Resort & Spa is a lovely property. And this little Spa Villa that we rented was perfect for my husband, myself and our French Bulldog.

Perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us, close to main restaurants and easy access to the main pool. We loved the smaller pool right outside of our gate. It was spacious and perfect.

This is a nice unit that has gotten tired. It needs a good deep cleaning and some redecorating (dirty drapes, etc.).The patios were dirty and untended. Stained cushions, dead or missing landscaping.

I really liked the location and the unit’s design. We had a couple rainy days and the fireplaces were great! We had a great time. There were a few things that needed a little attention. But overall it was great.

Great on Resort Property

This property was great for my family! It was conveniently located on the La Quinta Resort property making it very easy to use the resort amenities, especially the golf cart service for rides for my grandmother! We stayed here during my sister's wedding and would love to return when we come back!

La Quinta is great, and this is a great unit - close enough to everything you want. Had a little trouble getting into the unit at check in, but I called and they were quick to resolve the issue

Spa Villa Getaway

This is the second stay with family. This time we rented the entire villa which adds another bedroom suite which was perfect for the four of us. The villa is well equipped and property management responds quickly to questions and requests.

Always a great time here! Looks like they put new flooring in the bedroom. There were some drawers that the hardware had come off in the kitchen and such but other than that is alway clean and a great location within the resort! Love having a kitchen and separate living area.

This guest contacted us upon arrival regarding an issue with her door code. It was resolved immediately providing her access to the unit. The Spa Villa has numerous windows and high ceilings allowing for plenty of natural light inside the unit. The last week of December and the first week of January have the least amount of sunlight in the Coachella Valley due to the shortened day and close proximity to the Santa Rosa mountains. Regarding the condition of the property; the unit is clean, well-stocked, and functional. Our staff works hard to ensure an excellent guest experience and our pricing for specific rental units is based on the age, location, and condition of the interior. A 2-star review is not appropriate for the value and customer service the guest was provided during this stay.

Spacious retreat good value

Would return. Very spacious and comfortable in resort setting (plus bonus of being contiguous to La Quinta resort). Lovely patios, off kitchen/ dining, and master bedroom patio 20 feet from small pool and spa serving immediate cluster of units. Old style mission decor but comfortable and in keeping with setting (would benefit spirometer some updating). Large bedroom and master bath with double facing gas fireplace. Full kitchen, dated but functional. Lots of place settings but bit short in some areas. Only had Keurig coffee maker so ended up buying coffee in morning at onsite marketplace. If your wanting old style la Quinta charm this is the place.
